@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

@O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

@O2 I urgently need to speak with you as well - it’s 4 days now, with 2 O2 phones and NEITHER of them active with a signal. A change of contract/sim really shouldn’t be this hard, especially O2 to O2 🤬🤬

@O2 hi there I have an issue, my oppo had a hardware fault a month ago. Phone was unusable but in perfect shape, and I spoke to the people in O2 Huddersfield and they advised me to go through oppo to get it repaired as it was in warranty. I did that and yet again it's broken 1/2

@O2 Hi, I am based in Cornwall and am struggling for signal everywhere. For the cost that I pay, it needs to be better. I lose connectivity on calls every few minutes and cannot download with data. I have tried your network help guide and still it hasn’t helped. #o2connectivity

@O2 just a heads up from a usually happy customer, the roaming in the USA is dreadful, doesn’t text or allow data (and for £6 a day) turning roaming off now but you may need to speak to your US partners
