@O2 please please please can you stop your call centres calling my 11 year old son relentlessly on his mobile. They have even been ringing whilst he’s at school. He isn’t an o2 customer and he is too young to be hounded like this. Please could you take action. Thanks.

@O2 So my phone was lost by dpd that I ordered as a upgrade on the 19th January to be told they can’t do anything for a few days and to phone back Friday 28th jan so I did and was told a new phone was ordered and I would get an e Mail conformation that never arrived so I phoned back
