I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

Clifton (@ebisham) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I was on the top of Leith Hill on Sunday you could see for miles in every direction but no signal at all. It’s a combination of nimbys objecting to phone masts and unwillingness to invest. Direct to mobile Starlink will buck their ideas up.
