@virginmedia @O2 your volt supercharge is a con! Why has my virgin media bill doubled and I’m being charged for making changes to my bill, none of this was mentioned to me this is a breach of contract im not paying almost £100 just cancel my package if that’s the case

@O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

@O2 I’m in Newcastle for the weekend and could hardly get a service, keeping jumping from 1 bar on 5G onto 3G, couldn’t get into social media or online due to it buffering. What a waste of time moving to you from EE

@O2 Yeh I ported a number over, and it was fully functioning other than I just couldn't receive calls. It has started working now. the customer service agent wasn't really responding to me and just kept saying it would take up to 24 hours, so it wasn't very reassuring.

@O2 Not interested at all in looking into the matter to see where the failings in your customer service are happening? What’s happened at O2 you used to be the best service and provider. Just a “oh sorry bye”. You have a 1.2 rating on trustpilot for a reason, Vodafone has 4.6
