I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

They also offered to buy out my contract with EE to move me over to O2. When I asked them Qs, they hung up. Is this legit?
