    @segawhore @O2 Took 2 calls, nearly 3 hours and a messed up weekend but I got there in the end although no new phone yet. I can’t believe the service in store and the lies too.

    .@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

    @O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

    @virginmedia @O2 your volt supercharge is a con! Why has my virgin media bill doubled and I’m being charged for making changes to my bill, none of this was mentioned to me this is a breach of contract im not paying almost £100 just cancel my package if that’s the case

    @ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

    @O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

    @Aamiinah12 @O2 Why are some many people complaining about connection, look at Tesco same issue. Looks like Tesco customer service have been blaming o2 for troubles.If you don’t get a satisfactory resolution then maybe retweet and use BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. Get it fixed

    @O2 never been so upset to got through all the upgrade stuff the amazing Cyrus on ur upgrade team. Agree to everything all goes through then couple hours later get email to say out if stock. So upsetting didn't get phone next day. Always had great service with o2 tho thanks

    @O2 absolutely shocking service as usual by O2. Had a sim ported over due by 10am. Nothing. No emails, texts etc. I called at 12 and told 1pm, then 3pm and told 6pm and then 6pm and told Monday.

    @O2 worst customer service ever. Switched contracts from EE over a week ago, phone number not transferred. Calling daily. No joy. Told I’ll be called back. Doesn’t happen. Told it will be escalated. Doesn’t happen. Tried to leave: can’t. No record of the conversation. Shocking.
