    @O2 Hey i wounded if you can help me I have a contact with o2 but I was unable to pay my bill last month I spoke to you on fone and told you I would pay you on 14th of January as I was in hospital but I’ve only got today and when I’ve went to pay it I can’t my fone now completely off

    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

    @O2 asked for a SIMPLE change to be made in August and 5 phonecalls later you still can't get it right! Customer service is a joke!!!

    @O2 I was spammed. Then defrauded. Went to O2 shop and reported issue. Told Fraud Dept would contact within 2 days. Three further calls to O2 (2O2) and one month later still no Fraud contact and no resolution. Today notice to take another payment. @O2 any chance of sorting?

    @O2 spent an hour to try and sort out and cancel an account and have been cut off 6 times now #not happy

    .@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

    @O2 Hi. I’ve left O2 in September when my contract expired and switched to another provider. I was billed in September in error and I spoke to someone who refunded the difference from when my contract expired. I have today received a debt recovery letter???? Can someone help!

    @ThreeUK counting down the days until I'm able to leave. I've overlooked the poor CS and data dead spots however the reintroduction of roaming charges (after banging the go roam drum for years) is the final straw. I'm sure I won't be the first or the last to jump to @O2

    @o2 service is awful. 24 hours with new phone, no signal, no data , no messaging, no Wi-Fi calling. Their suggestion? Put my chip in another O2 phone to see if it works.Of course I have a few of spare mobiles from each of the major networks laying around for this very scenario

    @O2 it’s now 3.20pm and I’ve not had a working phone all day due to the incompetence of your staff. I’ve had meetings I could not attend, places I could not get to due to no sat nav, people left stranded because I couldn’t cancel, I will be invoicing you for my daily rate of work
