    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

    .@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

    Ordered the Apple Ultra via @O2 based on the fact it said 2-3 days delivery. Ive since been told its out of stock with no indication of a delivery date. Customer service said the estimated delivery times are irrelevant. Just warning any1 thinking of ordering

    @O2 hi 02 . I have a sky mobile phone which I believe uses your network . I am trying to use an app called hullo mail but it won’t work . It needs to use a protocol called conditional call forwarding . Does 02/sky mobile support this ?
