    .@O2 customer services are no help at all. I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. I'm trying to make a payment but no help.

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    @O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

    The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

    @altybob @O2 They usually are, I spoke to a lovely lady who put notes on the account on what customer services need to do but they wouldn't read the notes on the phone. I just got passed one person to another.

    @O2 At home I have little to no signal inside/outside of my house, when making calls having to stand in certain areas just to hear people. And then in Bath I have the opposite where I have full 4G yet nothing loads or works. Constantly having to hotspot from my work phone.

    @Ceeeemaaaaannnn @EnglandRugby @O2 Coles is another Saints lock, don’t know much about him really, seems handy but wouldn’t have though him about Laumchbury/Wells/Martin/Green, especially not with Saints issues at scrum time when the engine room will be a contributing factor despite props getting all the blame

    @O2 I have been a customer of your forever with no complaints but since changing to a sim only contract a few weeks ago I never seem to have data coverage anywhere whilst out and about. Please help
