    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    @O2 I’ve been on about my signal issues since Oct 2020 again feb 2021 And still nothing resolved 😡 it’s actually got worse now, missing calls can’t make calls and calls dropping! Can’t wait till my contract ends! And yes I’ve tried everything you’ve advised!

    @O2 can you explain why your service is down in Ramsbottom to the extent my neighbour was unable to connect with emergency services for an ambulance for covid & had to make it to door to ask for help nearly fainting & seriously struggling to breathe? Beyond disgraceful.

    @O2 why do you still have so little 5g around. I'm glad I didn't pay extra for 5g but frustrating my husband has the same 5g phone on a different network and has 5g. Not even in Chester which is a pretty big city.

    @O2 I've called up, was on the phone for 50 mins. I was advised to just stay put and wait till the signal issues improve. This issue has been ongoing since I took the contract out in Feb.

    @O2 What is going on with your service recently? No service last week at Bickington, Devon. No service this week at Longleat, Wiltshire. Never used to have this problem before you merged with @virginmedia
