    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

    Great response .@O2 "With regards to your tweet, as per our terms and conditions, we're unable to guarantee a fault free service, therefore, a refund wouldn't be provided" I'm not expecting 100pc uptime but this isn't a single fault it is an ongoing issue of many weeks.

    Never had to deal with a customer service department as bad as @O2 ever in my life. 60 minutes waiting on live chat and 1.5hrs on the phone. Been without service for 3 days now and paying £65 for nothing.

    @O2 disgusting service from o2 right now. I called up and they tell me the systems are down and to call back in 24 hours. I asked to speak to a manager but he refused and then hanged up the phone to me. However before I spoke to him I spoke to another department and they are fine

    @O2 I got a new contract and this is the service I receive after hearing good things about o2. Not happy at all! This service is disgusting. I’m not left without a phone which I can’t do my job anymore losing me money. O2 you need to sort this out ASAP

    @O2 zero to 0.2 mbps yet again. Very very poor service. After multiple conversations still no answers or reasons given. Very very poor customer service.
