    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    Been an @O2 customer for almost 20 years and its time to change. Phone signal and Internet always seems to be poor in the places I regularly visit, even though my phone is showing 4/5G. @EE, what deals can you offer a new customer?

    @bbcwatchdog @o2 can it please be investigated properly why I have extremely limited download data in Porth (CF39) when my phone shows 4G and 3 bars of signal. O2 claim it's because so many people use it there, but no other provider uses this excuse. Terrible network provider!!

    @virginmedia So in the meantime NOBODY is able to discuss how I leave the contract I have with you that IS NOT BEING FULFILLED - I wonder if @o2 or @ThreeUKsupport will be happy to take my business. I cannot see any issues on their sites like on your forums.

    @O2 I got called earlier from 01980 333016 and they claimed to be from O2 Telefonica. I know your customer services advisors don't use the word "telefonica". He managed to cut himself off before I did ! #SCAM #O2
