    @O2 can anyone help??

  • keith_cpm Keith CPM (@keith_cpm) reported

    @o2 Some reality for you: your 'fair use' of 63 days in the EU is a lie. I switched off my phone before 63 days and didn't use >25GB but you've just sent me a bill for £50. You never sent any warning texts you just raised a bill. Face it, you've become a scam operation #o2isascam

  • NigelSarbutts Nigel Sarbutts (@NigelSarbutts) reported

    @DarrylSparey @O2 Can't help with that sorry but just been on the blower to Firetext which might be worth a look for desktop SMS, integrates with Hubspot via Zapier and UK based help desk. I've been looking for some thing good for a while.
