At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 I'm doing absolutely nothing to cut my carbon footprint because the whole thing is bollocks. Any company that promises to commit to net zero immediately puts themselves on my personal blacklist. I will never support a company that promises to reduce people's living standards.

@O2 POOR service from O2 cut service on daughters phone cos I paid her airtime and device bill and the advisor paid off both amounts on airtime bill leaving device plan unpaid so they cut her off and she couldn't ring home NOT HAPPY bad service & poor response 24 hrs to correct

@O2 Please tell me why my 90 year old grandmother has had no mobile service nearly all week in tn16 postcode.. Your status check all week has said upgrade in area.. Back to normal by 8pm 24thbaprul..hardly good enough what's going on?

@O2 So, I assume there's no possible fix for the mast that's been down in ormskirk all day? The only way to contact my partner who is ill is via mobile phone and yet I can't call or text them. Sort this out urgently ! It's a joke when there's 3 masts here apparently

@O2 Nothing whatsoever. One thing people could do to help you reduce your carbon footprint is to stop buying telephones manufactured in China and flown half way around the world. Good idea?
