At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@NathFerguson @O2 Agreed. They are just jumping on the “screw our customers” bandwagon ! Everyone is increasing prices substantially whether or not it reflects their rise in costs & I don’t see their telecoms costs rising !! Just a con. I hope people cancel their plans & go elsewhere 😡

@nathan06320834 @O2 I did the same last year. After being with O2 for as long as I can remember. Saving so much money and getting equivalent service for a shorter contract before getting an upgrade. Was win, win, win!!
