At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@chrisckmedia @O2 Am having issues trying to cancel a SIM. 3 attempts to trigger the 30 day notice period, still no actual confirmation that its been done. Still waiting for 02 to finally answer DM's sent on Saturday. @virginmedia had the worst Customer Service ever, seems they’ve given it 02.

@O2 Don't that, made no difference. Had texts and emails to confirm o2 problem in my area, so resolve in sight but I'm paying £60 each month to only be able to use my phone when I'm home and on my wifi!!
