At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 Gave me back £30 last month because the 4G speed is zero everywhere. So my bill was £10 but I still couldn’t use any data in most places I go. Now I’m back to full price and still can’t use data. Took 40 minutes to load a car parking app on Tuesday! The 10 minutes to pay. Crap

@O2 Being called as much as twice a day from your number; 0344 826 0202 asking if I want to upgrade. I've told them many times no and to take my name off the list, to no avail. I've was happy and had no problems with O2 until this non-stop harassment. Gonna switch because of it.
