At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@GorillaoJustice @O2 Shocking signal usually coincides with work on or upgrades to the mast network. Worth checking the O2 website for any work they’re doing because they don’t always tell you (if they’re anything like Three).

@GorillaoJustice @O2 Hi James. I’m on O2 as well and not a million miles from you (N Wiltshire). I had issues yesterday. Losing signal, slow Internet, 3G. Today has been better. Still slightly flaky but not an issue. Hopefully yours will sort itself out. I’ve been with 02 16 years & won’t change

@GorillaoJustice @O2 It was always patchy in Oxfordshire when I lived there. No signal within half a mile of home, none in parts of Oxford city. Now live in Devon and it’s a LOT worse. Not helpful when banks want to text a OTP for online banking and no text available.
