At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

@O2 If call centres weren't sourced out of the country they may have paid off the correct accounts and it wouldn't have happened things get lost in translation poor service on the cheap does not benefit the customer 😕

Hey @O2 I have absolutely no signal at all where I live so cannot get text messages or make or receive phone calls. You tell me a mast has been taken down and your “engineers are working tirelessly” to fix it. It’s been over 3 weeks of ZERO service. That’s not good is it?

@O2 is online chat running anymore or are you just deliberately frustrating customer by hiding the facility well on the website? Ps also used the what’s app style service and been waiting for a response for 2 hours!

@O2 Helpful as expected...not! They are also no longer a customer of O2, and didn’t use the myo2, legally you cannot not unlock a phone, don’t really understand why it’s so difficult, guess their kind gesture will cost us to pay to get it unlocked by a third party. #O2charlatans

@o2 your password reset page is so frustrating 😡 the time between receiving the fraud txt & code txt is too short 😡 count down timer ran out each time now I'm locked out , no wonder i don't use it much can't wait until my contract finishes 👋👋👋o2

@O2 Perhaps you can explain exactly why I needs to be the previous owner, it’s not lost or stolen it’s been given as a start up for a 9 year old, if it was L/S the imei would tell you so. It’s worth £30, just what is your problem?

Is anyone else having problems with their @O2 phone connecting to @EE numbers? Calls just wont connect or its silent... tried it on 3 different ee numbers!?!
