    At least every other week since beginnings January @O2 are down. I can’t receive or answer calls or use my own data. I pay £60 a month for a phone I can never use and there apology is £1:55..

    @HannahAlOthman @virginmedia and Mobile is a rubbish service. It's getting worse with age. The mobile now they've switched to @O2 is pathetic. When travelling outside of the UK the signal is absolutely perfect. We're being ripped off
