    @MarkEvansO2 I have just forwarded an email to you from .@O2 customer service who have not detailed the full complaint I have raised regarding poor signal and service at a specific location since 2019, that affects multiple customers and devices. I look forward to Your response.

    @O2 tried to use the priority 241 code but it’s not working tried it both online and getting them to scan the QR code but it won’t work and they said they can’t do anything to help and i don’t want to pay for a drink without my 1 free only reason i’m out😭😭

    @O2 I'm trying to obtain my proof of purchase and it took over 30 mins and tranferred twice with no joy.I ask to be called back and I'm a day later and i still cannot get that call and still no proof of purchase. Considering O2 is a communications company, the service is poor.

    @O2 Please can you reply to my dm? You have left me without a service for 16hrs now? Which means when i go out my phone will be useless to me as i cant connect to wifi to use any features at all? This is shocking and i cant even phone customer services?
