@O2 Day 113 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

I see @o2 has their fantastic network operations today. This mornings speed test zero Mbs. And I get charged for this service and guess what. That bill delivery never fails and is always on time

Hello @O2 it’s taken a week for my SIM to activate from delivery. I can’t get through to anyone on Live Chat, it just says you’re busy. Supplied PAC and no notification when I’ll be switched over. First bill has been received, but no service as of yet. Please can you help?

@O2 your service going down and being inconsistent in a day when trying to sort out bereavement issues is unacceptable. A total disgrace in this day and age. Try and blame snow...I dare you
