@O2 I have no signal!!! Upgraded on Tuesday night but no sim or device as yet! I’ve turned phone off and on and followed the mobile data steps on o2 community but still no signal!Sent messages to you but no response! Not acceptable!

@O2 if a customer rings you with mobile data access issues abroad and explains that the unavailability has spoiled their plans to travel and explore the region, you do NOT respond by laughing and saying "no point crying over spilled milk". And then put the phone down - twice.
