    @O2 @picoflu I binned O2 after a brief 2 year spell of misery with continued call dropping. The acceptable solution for them was a home signal booster. No good to a mobile technician back with EE and happy. If your on iPhone check Wi-fi assist is off it savages internet.

    @O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

    Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

    Come on @O2 I'm getting plagued daily by false automated calls from different numbers #scams #fraud now I'm x directory and blocked lists etc so shouldn't receive such things. I know there's auto dialled but operators should be cracking down on this!

    @O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

    @O2 How do I obtain a refund? I’ve not been able to use the card for the purpose for which it was bought and as I’ve not had any help in rectifying the situation I want to lodge a complaint and get my money back. Complete waste of time effort and money whilst on holiday.

    Stupid question maybe, but with a sim only contract on @O2 if my phone was to die can I just get a phone from anywhere and put my current SIM card in it (as long as it’s the same sized sim) doesn’t matter if it’s apple or Samsung or anything like as long as that phone is unlocked

    @O2 I drive past the mast everyday, says on your website a tree is the issue, theres no trees with in 3 meters of it, i do not see whats taking so long, people need it for work like me

    @O2, my wife has just arranged to switch to your network. Why is she being asked to keep her phone switched off until 6pm? Surely her current SIM will be disabled remotely and remove her from her old network when the switchover takes place. She needs her phone for work.
