@O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

@CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

@O2 Hi, I want to upgrade my phone but it will not let me go below 150gb monthly data. I don’t need this much. If I was purchasing the phone new rather than upgrade it let’s me decrease the monthly data on edit my plan but not when upgrading. Please can someone help?

@O2 customer service is shocking. Been on the phone almost every day for the past 10 to try to return an order. Told me to go in-store to return it. They told me I couldn't and then put me on the phone again. No online chat or returns form. Shocking.
