@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@O2 Placed an order with you for collection. Yesterday 8pm received an email stating 2 days to collect. This afternoon received an email stating order had been cancelled. Called the collection point store who were of no help. Customer services were unable to help either

@O2 Recieved call , trying to convince me to buy a bigger bundle, then tried to sell me contract, when i said no need was told contract is safer as i won't be at risk in pandemic going to a store to top up, using a glabal pandemic to scare someome into taking a contract is bad
