OMG @O2 what the hell have you done to the app. Anyone who hasn’t updated the app on their phone... don’t bother, it’s bloody awful, bad enough for me to remove it 😡 #OldSchool #rubbish

  • simonpbrierley
Simon Brierley (@simonpbrierley) reported from Breaston, England

@CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

  • chunky120717
Paul Elston (@chunky120717) reported from Derby, England

Why do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.

  • MigT
MikeThompson (@MigT) reported from Chellaston, England

@O2 Just had an absolutely shambolic experience with your chat and then customer service division #cantwaittoleave

  • Watto_Clare
Clare Watson-Spence (@Watto_Clare) reported from Coalville, England

Can anyone help with 20 data dongles for a school I’ve worked closely with. The free WiFi/data would allow these families to access on line learning for lock down. Would be a loan until they return to school! Please try and help! Thank you xx @virginmedia @tescomobile @O2

  • emmajones2324
Emma Jones (@emmajones2324) reported from Burton upon Trent, England

    @xxxxminniex @O2 No she doesn't. **** off.

  • Breeze_16
    Breeze (@Breeze_16) reported

@O2 getting rid O2 Open discount, really poor decision from the business, have a feeling there will be a mass move to cheaper providers who have better coverage.

  • Uncle_C_J
    Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported

@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.

  • pmw_77
    Pauline Wardle (@pmw_77) reported

@kokeshimum @scampaboy @O2 Event venues often have signal jammers to prevent live streaming. Supermarkets are just as bad, use our app to get discounts etc then can’t use it due to metal building and no working WiFi

  • hakology
    hakology (@hakology) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 i live less than 100ft from a cell phone mast ... yet i get 0 signal ... weird that? and im on 02 aka giffgaff

  • Wrightoe
    Paul (@Wrightoe) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I’m Hudds too. Signal has been shite for a couple of years now. But hey ho, no trains but replacement bus service, terrible council services, rats running riot. However the council spent £250,000 on the weird flower pot metal things in town centre.

  • KumbullaMonty
    Monty Kumbulla (@KumbullaMonty) reported

@O2 Is there something wrong with the signal around YO32 area? 2 bars of 4G isn’t enough for an email, text or Messenger connection.

  • jonathandu10972
    jonathan durmont (@jonathandu10972) reported

@jibbajabbba @kokeshimum @O2 Did you not read? Signal much worse last 2 years

  • _unidropout
    uni drop-out✨ (@_unidropout) reported

@MJJHunter @O2 This is how I’ve been recently, I’ve been to a few major cities in the UK and just have no service anywhere it’s ridiculous

  • jonR1939056
    dr_yugoslavia444 (@jonR1939056) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the UK internet infrastructure is old, it's a patchwork of systems from different eras. Less developed countries have a newer total network
