@Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

@DerChem @ThreeUK @O2 Yup. Three were never the best full package but they offered great service, good roaming and non of the 'extra benefits' like discount cinema tickets you actually do end up paying for. Was very happy with them for a long time. Big shame.

@RhysAddison @bbceurovision @O2 It is more than likely a network problem, as each mobile network has its own capacity for this sort of thing. The load is supposed to be spread across all lines, so it's not necessarily an indicator of who is receiving lots of votes.

Hi, I wanted to return an upgraded phone. I was sent two Jiffy bags, although only one marked on the system. Now o2 are unable to find the phone even though it was delivered on Monday. The first person told me they sent the extra Jiffy bag for accessories. Can anyone help? @O2

O2 should be trying to fix offers that don’t exist and making the app accessible but nobody gives a ****. It’s one attitude. PAYG customers are “second class”
