    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @O2 Thanks for reaching out. I was contacted by Prestige today - but the whole pitch was designed to make me believe they were my current provider. During the call I was told I lived near a 5G mast & would have 5G coverage as they use your network. I’ve checked the O2 website & there

    @O2 wow this is a great start to life with you. Phoned your customer service line. Wait 35 mins Afro someone to answer and the line goes dead before I can speak to anyone. Phone straight back wait 25 mins speak to someone and the line goes dead again after 30 secs. No callback 🤬

    @Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

    @O2 You disconnected old sim before my new sim was despatched. How smart! Not the service I’m paying for. You switched off 4G and wifi calls too. Do you guys know what you are doing??Was told I would have an additional credit on acct but still waiting for that too. Poor cust service.

    @MrJedi66 @O2 No problem. Although I don't hold out much hope, I've had the same conversation with this agent twice now including confirming my name and address and it looks like they're trying to start it off again. It's like talking to a bot.

    @badassscotsman @O2 @oppo I know it's an O2 problem, because I put a BT contract SIM in the phone and it worked fine with SMS/MMS but as soon as I put the O2 sim back in the same **** started again. Really annoying 🤬👎

    @JordanWebber96 My wife’s the same. She’s with @O2 and every time I call her I can’t hear a thing. Her signal is terrible in Swansea. EE and Vodafone work best around here.

    @o2 when I call and spend 45 minutes repeating the same issue ‘can you unlock my phone’ and the customer advisor says it’ll be done in 72 hours yet he’s ordered me a new sim instead. That’s not customer service #02usedtobegreat #o2customeradvisorsneedpropertraining
