@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

@CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

@O2 Basically 02 Priority has been **** today. After being thrown out before 10am must have had over 100 attempted log ins. Still unable to access but can see from other sites pre sale is sold out. Very let down and O2 reputation takes a plunge.
