@Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

@O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

@O2 2/2 refers me to the app. Do you see a pattern and problem emerging here? Finally speak to someone, who was about as helpful as having a 3rd armpit by the way, only to be told to call back tomorrow. Solid customer service chaps, well bloody done!!!

@EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

@O2 wow this is a great start to life with you. Phoned your customer service line. Wait 35 mins Afro someone to answer and the line goes dead before I can speak to anyone. Phone straight back wait 25 mins speak to someone and the line goes dead again after 30 secs. No callback 🤬

Awful service from @O2 today. After an hour on the phone, we got disconnected. I called back to be hung up on twice by the same person in sales department, refused to transfer me to there supervisor. I won’t be getting any more products through O2 after 12 years of loyalty.

@O2 My son had a low blood sugar event when he dropped his phone (which is used to measured his levels). He had it two days and insurance doesn't kick in until after 14 days. Your shop had no cases available. O2 can fix it for £70 (with a discount) but still not very happy

@O2 Just received scam call from a number 01527 244001 claiming to be you, and offering 30% discount on my current contract. Hung up when I asked for proof they were from O2, as I've never had a adhoc call from you.
