@O2, I’ve just had you take me to the sign in page and sent me the code to log in… only to go ahead and boot me back to the home page. I was happy as Larry for a second thinking I was gonna bag some #PeterKay tickets

  • chunky120717
Paul Elston (@chunky120717) reported from Derby, England

Why do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.

  • chaddychadx
Laura Chadwick (@chaddychadx) reported from Sutton in Ashfield, England

@O2 trying to call 444 today, never connected. Plenty of credit. Phone receiving calls, able to call other numbers so not a network issue. Any ideas?

  • CatherineMell0r
Catherine Mellor (@CatherineMell0r) reported from Derbyshire, England

.@O2 I have been trying every night for two weeks now to cancel my phone contract via your customer services desk. Every day I get cut off at 5.50pm - My contract is now up & I’m desperate to cancel my contract to avoid any further bills. (1/2)

  • peteroughton
Pete Roughton (@peteroughton) reported from Alfreton, England

@O2 hello. Can you help me please. Just curious how long my account has left before I can upgrade? They set it up as a business account which means I can’t check much online. Thankyou

  • rhysadams
Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported from Belper, England

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

  • pgallivan87
Philip Gallivan (@pgallivan87) reported from Beeston, England

@O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

  • robhollanduk
Rob Holland ⚽️ ☮️ (@robhollanduk) reported from West Bridgford, England

Finally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!

  • bennyjcomer
benjamin. (@bennyjcomer) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

@O2 It’s happened in multiple areas, no signal or internet it’s beyond a joke. It’s been happening for over 6 weeks now. I pay £85 for a terrible service, why would I have to pay for this contract any longer?

  • KerryGanly
Kerry Vanessa Ganly (@KerryGanly) reported from Ripley, England

@AtWeald @O2 Sorry to hear this. The link was a one, so at first I thought it would take me to a secure site. Your bank may be able to help

  • peteroughton
Pete Roughton (@peteroughton) reported from Alfreton, England

@O2 can you help me please. I have a business account and I can’t get it to work on the app. I’m just curious when my contract ends and what allowances I have as my call time has increased recently. Thanks

  • gaz_smith123
Gareth Smith (@gaz_smith123) reported from Sandiacre, England

So I get a call today from @O2 today, asking how things were going since joining them & if I fancied any #upgrades / #offers! When I told them terrible, signal at my work keeps dropping out & I’ve you contacted numerous times about it, the guy hung up! #O2

  • james_watts
James Watts (@james_watts) reported from Sandiacre, England

@O2 wow this is a great start to life with you. Phoned your customer service line. Wait 35 mins Afro someone to answer and the line goes dead before I can speak to anyone. Phone straight back wait 25 mins speak to someone and the line goes dead again after 30 secs. No callback 🤬

  • paul_carnall
Paul Carnall (@paul_carnall) reported from North Wingfield, England

@O2 Ok just got a scam text telling me my bill is overdue and to follow the link to update my payment details. So been on my o2 to find the telephone no. To tell you of the scam. Given up! Just been round n round no numbers. Terrible service.

  • simonpbrierley
Simon Brierley (@simonpbrierley) reported from Breaston, England

@CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

  • robhollanduk
Rob Holland ⚽️ ☮️ (@robhollanduk) reported from West Bridgford, England

Really poor service @O2 - ring about adding 2 new SIMs to my account for my kids’ Xmas presents & having been passed to the sales team & waited for 10+ mins for an agent I get told it’s online only. Where is the incentive for loyal customers? Might just take my £ elsewhere

  • peteroughton
Pete Roughton (@peteroughton) reported from Alfreton, England

@O2 can you help me please. I think my account is a business account but it says online I don’t have any account. Just wondering what I’m supposed to do. Unsure on when my contract ends and phone is getting old. Thanks

@ThePaulRawlings @TakeThatClouds @O2 It’s a pain in the a*se, but it stops an identity thief from gaining access to services that require a OTP. I worked in customer service for a mobile phone company & the number of people who has their email, & therefore multiple online accounts, hacked was staggering.

  • TakeThatClouds
    Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported

@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.

  • jonaths
    Jonathan Stewart (@jonaths) reported

@O2 @o2businessuk I'm not sure what's going on with you at the moment, but your customer service atm is truly shocking. All of your comms channels are broken - I'm trying to upgrade, and it's impossible to speak to anyone

  • greg_bint

@O2 not a single child at the Boomtown festival on the O2 network has any coverage or is able to contact their family

  • FangtasiaT
    COMIC STRIP GAMER (@FangtasiaT) reported

@o2 A company i had a phone #contract with for 16 yrs. Then when it was time to change my contract #loyalty meant nothing. I was offered a worse phone for the same tarrif. I explained I was long term customer doesnt that matter. The guy shrugged his shoulders. I went to a rival

  • daveo1880
    Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported

@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage
