    @O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

    @O2 trying to call 444 today, never connected. Plenty of credit. Phone receiving calls, able to call other numbers so not a network issue. Any ideas?

    Really poor service @O2 - ring about adding 2 new SIMs to my account for my kids’ Xmas presents & having been passed to the sales team & waited for 10+ mins for an agent I get told it’s online only. Where is the incentive for loyal customers? Might just take my £ elsewhere

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

    So I get a call today from @O2 today, asking how things were going since joining them & if I fancied any #upgrades / #offers! When I told them terrible, signal at my work keeps dropping out & I’ve you contacted numerous times about it, the guy hung up! #O2

    @O2 2/2 refers me to the app. Do you see a pattern and problem emerging here? Finally speak to someone, who was about as helpful as having a 3rd armpit by the way, only to be told to call back tomorrow. Solid customer service chaps, well bloody done!!!

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @O2 It’s happened in multiple areas, no signal or internet it’s beyond a joke. It’s been happening for over 6 weeks now. I pay £85 for a terrible service, why would I have to pay for this contract any longer?

    @O2 Its using saved details from previous payments. Never had a problem before with it 😂 I have a direct debit set up but I like paying it on payday so I dont end up over spending 🙈

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     Abysmal @O2 customer service. Absolutely abysmal. Made a down payment of 20 quid for £54 monthly account payment this month which hasn’t yet been recorded or recognised on online o2 account despite leaving my bank account several days ago. /1

    Not only does @O2 advertise items falsely, when. You complain they don't even have the decency to have a person deal with the complaint, how far this company has fallen in standards is unreal!
