You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

Wait 35 mins Afro someone to answer and the line goes dead before I can speak to anyone. Phone straight back wait 25 mins speak to someone and the line goes dead again after 30 secs. No callback 🤬

What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐
