    @CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @O2 Hello. I signed up for a 12 month SIM only contract recently through uSwitch but have since seen another deal I prefer. Am I best just to cancel my current deal (I'm still within 14 days) and sign up to the new one or can I do some sort of switch? Thanks.

    @garyfranklin @O2 I complained to them about the fact we no longer get 4G in our area only 3G. Neighbours say the same. Builders who were here last week say the same. O2 maintain service is fine but won’t send someone out to check it. Complained. They said they will let me out of my contract early

    @comfypari @O2 Really that pure o2 experience 😌 In Germany you also get signal nowhere except big cities on o2 network so that's amazing as well 👍
