Zena's Suitcase (@zenas_suitcase) reported from West Bridgford, England@O2 Thanks for reaching out. I was contacted by Prestige today - but the whole pitch was designed to make me believe they were my current provider. During the call I was told I lived near a 5G mast & would have 5G coverage as they use your network. I’ve checked the O2 website & there

Paul Elston (@chunky120717) reported from Derby, EnglandWhy do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.
-
Zena's Suitcase (@zenas_suitcase) reported from West Bridgford, England@O2 I do not have an O2 account but Prestige use your network and I guess would move me or have moved me to your network

Gareth English (@garethenglish86) reported from Eastwood, England@EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.
-
Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported from Belper, England@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.
-
Tracy Williams (@possiblyperfect) reported from Hartshorne, EnglandOMG @O2 what the hell have you done to the app. Anyone who hasn’t updated the app on their phone... don’t bother, it’s bloody awful, bad enough for me to remove it 😡 #OldSchool #rubbish

Rob Holland ⚽️ ☮️ (@robhollanduk) reported from West Bridgford, EnglandFinally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!
-
Joanna Hayes (@SmileyJMH) reported from Loughborough, EnglandTried to do something good by not buying a new phone via @O2 Customer Service team on Wed am when the sale started, waiting to buy it today from the part-time lady in store who has helped me decide which to get. Pete ‘Moose’ Jousiffe 🇬🇧 🏴 (@karakashin) reportedUnbelievable service from @O2 A week with no mobile service and they offer £5 compensation with no idea of when service will be resumed. Awful!
-
Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported@O2 Thank you but I’ve pretty much done all of this. The network needs serious investment to manage the amount of people connected, and to ensure data is reliable and stable.
-
Ben (@Ben91530293) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Thought it was just me.. Kent is like a black hole when it comes to phone signal.
-
Angelique 🎵🇬🇧🇫🇷☮️ (@Angieeclectic) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You're right. I never have trouble with reception in France. BUT Tom if you ever had to deal with French telecommunications companies you would quickly realise our own EE/BT customer services are far better.
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
-
RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported@O2 After 25 years as a customer, I’ve discovered the hardest part isn’t getting a mobile signal- it’s making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.
-
Chris M Pattinson (@ChrisMPattinson) reported@Morgan7MJ @O2 The service in the UK is appalling now. The bandwidth is not big enough to support the number of subscribers on all networks. Vodafone is bad also especially in London
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@AndyFurnival2 @TomTugendhat @O2 It was better when there were fewer mobile devices competing for the same signal.
-
Gillian Jamieson (@GillRaeWalker) reported@browncharley23 @TomTugendhat @O2 Minimally - they work in an outage.
