  • MigT
MikeThompson (@MigT) reported from Chellaston, England

@O2 Just had an absolutely shambolic experience with your chat and then customer service division #cantwaittoleave

  • nuttyslack3
Karen Davies (@nuttyslack3) reported from Crich, England

@O2 you sent me a Customer Experience Survey today, complete with a number of spelling mistakes. I’m guessing this isn’t the kind of feedback you wanted but looked shabby. #spelling #proofreading

  • TowersStreet
TowersStreet (@TowersStreet) reported from Beeston, England

@Luke_Egg19 @JamesBeaver14 @AdamGillhespey @DavidDews1 @O2 The Smiler did open but broke down at some point during the afternoon and didn’t open again.

  • KerryGanly
Kerry Vanessa Ganly (@KerryGanly) reported from Ripley, England

@AtWeald @O2 Sorry to hear this. The link was a one, so at first I thought it would take me to a secure site. Your bank may be able to help

  • pgallivan87
Philip Gallivan (@pgallivan87) reported from Beeston, England

@O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

  • robhollanduk
Rob Holland ⚽️ ☮️ (@robhollanduk) reported from West Bridgford, England

Really poor service @O2 - ring about adding 2 new SIMs to my account for my kids’ Xmas presents & having been passed to the sales team & waited for 10+ mins for an agent I get told it’s online only. Where is the incentive for loyal customers? Might just take my £ elsewhere

  • zenas_suitcase
Zena's Suitcase (@zenas_suitcase) reported from West Bridgford, England

@O2 Thanks for reaching out. I was contacted by Prestige today - but the whole pitch was designed to make me believe they were my current provider. During the call I was told I lived near a 5G mast & would have 5G coverage as they use your network. I’ve checked the O2 website & there

  • robhollanduk
Rob Holland ⚽️ ☮️ (@robhollanduk) reported from West Bridgford, England

Finally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!

  • charlmann
Charlotte Walker (@charlmann) reported from Loughborough, England

@Shannon_Magee_x @O2 I've never had a problem at all. I get signal everywhere and better then people on EE etc. Honestly, can't sing their praises enough

  • garethenglish86
Gareth English (@garethenglish86) reported from Eastwood, England

@EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

  • james_watts
James Watts (@james_watts) reported from Sandiacre, England

@O2 wow this is a great start to life with you. Phoned your customer service line. Wait 35 mins Afro someone to answer and the line goes dead before I can speak to anyone. Phone straight back wait 25 mins speak to someone and the line goes dead again after 30 secs. No callback 🤬

  • gaz_smith123
Gareth Smith (@gaz_smith123) reported from Sandiacre, England

So I get a call today from @O2 today, asking how things were going since joining them & if I fancied any #upgrades / #offers! When I told them terrible, signal at my work keeps dropping out & I’ve you contacted numerous times about it, the guy hung up! #O2

  • TweetFlicker
Matt Clarke™️ 🎮🕹 (@TweetFlicker) reported from Ilkeston, England

@Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

  • simonpbrierley
Simon Brierley (@simonpbrierley) reported from Breaston, England

@CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

  • zenas_suitcase
Zena's Suitcase (@zenas_suitcase) reported from West Bridgford, England

@O2 I do not have an O2 account but Prestige use your network and I guess would move me or have moved me to your network

  • tommyhodge86
    1 (@tommyhodge86) reported

@O2 and @Virgin you really make it hard work to access my own account with you. Happy to send the bills through no problem but trying to amend my plan, wow!

  • SarahDruscilla
    Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported

@O2 in this day & age, why do we still have to settle for a signal that is “patchy indoors”. Got a text today saying our network issue has been fixed. Zero improvement. Still only 1 bar indoors. I had a better signal with O2, 20 years ago!!

  • NinjaNetworkz
    Robert Kondrat (@NinjaNetworkz) reported

@O2 Can you investigate a possible Emergency Alerts Cell Broadcast issue around RG18? Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.

  • robblagden
    Rob Blagden (@robblagden) reported

@Andywebster You must have got mine as they didn’t send me one - or maybe it’s @o2 network issues!

  • maxwaa
    Max (@maxwaa) reported

@O2 This is the problem, your app and your sites never show issues but I know exactly where I hit dead zones, where I struggle with slow/no loading data. Your coverage maps are incorrect.

  • Neil3272
    Neil (@Neil3272) reported

@O2 customer services is truly shocking why do you make it so bloody difficult to actually speak to a human to actually sort out this bloody mess .

  • Philwafer1
    Phil (@Philwafer1) reported

Don't deal with @O2 or @O2INSURANCE. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. Been with them 9 years always paid insurance and now put in a claim told next day but they can't offer next day and I have to pay £90 excess for a service they can't offer, so then 3/5 working days 5th working day?????

  • LordoftheSplash
    Darth Wader (@LordoftheSplash) reported

@TakeThatClouds @O2 Just moved to Smarty becuase of **** like this, at one point a few years ago my number suddenly stopped working, they’d issued a pac code for my number and given it away, couldn’t get it back, so gave me a year for nothing, as soon as that was up I was off, 02 are utter ****.

  • _lliesl_
    Liesl_ (@_lliesl_) reported

@joshjeram @O2 @davehpayne Indeed. After half an hour on the phone trying to get them to honour the prices ON THEIR OWN APP. I got offered a "special deal" as I am such a good customer. An expensive 24 month contract... The are an absolute shower. I'm moving provider tomorrow - one with a UK call centre
