    @Huawei_Europe Hello, I have a P30 pro which has been paid for full to @O2 but been waiting over 16 days weeks for an unlatching code from O2. The phone does not work on any network as it’s blocked. It really frustrating as I cannot use the phone Can you please help me urgently.

    Why do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.

    @EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

    @Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

    Finally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!

    @O2 trying to call 444 today, never connected. Plenty of credit. Phone receiving calls, able to call other numbers so not a network issue. Any ideas?

    @CPWTweets 7 calls now, that's enough. You won't be getting my business when I decide i want to change handset and as a result I'll shop around networks a bit more so you've probably cost @O2 a customer as well. Not sure they'll be happy about that.

    @O2 I am SICK of your customer service. Ever since you merged with Virgin. I get the same issue over and over trying to use the MyO2 app. AND this tweet will just be ignored.

    @O2 Jumping from My O2 to web browser to email and back to My O2. That is an annoying experience and a stupid design just to top up. It should be all in the app, not 3 apps.

    @O2 after 20+ years I’m waiting for my number to port to another network. It’s been one thing after the other over the years - poor signal, poor service, the issue with the iPhone XR that you dragged out for months, and the very sneaky price increase

    @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄

    @O2 Me & my partner both in 02 get nothing in town but we are paying a lot of money each month & getting no service at all in our home town it’s really poor, member of a tennis club had a social day 35 of us 12 had 02 all said they have the same problem, has been going on for a year

    @O2 But it always says no network issues. The problem is that O2 states on iPhones that there’s 4G and 5G on offer but it often doesn’t work. It would actually be more helpful if it just admitted it.

    @O2 @JakeMooreUK I have the same issue ever since 5G came out, my Spotify never dropped out when driving but it’s like an old car radio now. Will definitely be thinking about another network soon
