@Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

@O2 Is there any particular reason why I can't get an internet connection in the capital city of England, it's a constant issue, if you can't provide a decent 5g service then you shouldn't be billing me for it, I'd be happy to drop back to 4g, but that doesn't work either.

@TomSykesMedia @shooteditsend @O2 Once Telefónica bought o2 they just cut costs, so the customer service & actual service are both poorer. Now they've merged with Virgin Media that have far & away the worst customer service in telecoms it might get worse still.
