@Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

@O2 wow this is a great start to life with you. Phoned your customer service line. Wait 35 mins Afro someone to answer and the line goes dead before I can speak to anyone. Phone straight back wait 25 mins speak to someone and the line goes dead again after 30 secs. No callback 🤬

@O2 Thanks for reaching out. I was contacted by Prestige today - but the whole pitch was designed to make me believe they were my current provider. During the call I was told I lived near a 5G mast & would have 5G coverage as they use your network. I’ve checked the O2 website & there

@O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

@EE currently having issues with an s21 ultra and galaxy watch 4 4g on @o2 (bear with me here) if I buy a galaxy watch 4 4g from EE with a data plan and get a mobile data plan for the s21 can they both use the same phone number? O2 can't seem to help me solve this issue.

Really poor service @O2 - ring about adding 2 new SIMs to my account for my kids’ Xmas presents & having been passed to the sales team & waited for 10+ mins for an agent I get told it’s online only. Where is the incentive for loyal customers? Might just take my £ elsewhere

Finally get logged into the @o2 priority app and there are no events showing (of any description) for tickets. So poor - it was obvious that demand for @peterkay_co_uk was going to be high, but they can’t cope!?!

@O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

@O2 If you genuinely think suddenly nearly doubling the monthly charge without warning, and then forcing me to change to a less advantageous contract is a good way to treat customers 1) I wilo go elsewhere and 2) you need to have a serious think about your ethics and customer service

@KatitudeUK @O2 I agree. If production of a product creates CO2 and production company offsets this to create net zero effect then they could achieve the same result by closing down their business. If CO2 is an actual concern shouldn't the targets be negative?

@O2 If this is such a big problem, and individuals are expected to do their bit, why haven't the authorities banned wood burning stoves in residential areas ? These belong in the backwoods and should be used only when no other power/heat source is available.

O2 complaint resolved after 30 days. Finally can breathe!!! £50 credit and removal of thr £500 charge. Not the best but glad it's over !!! @O2
