    @O2 Ok just got a scam text telling me my bill is overdue and to follow the link to update my payment details. So been on my o2 to find the telephone no. To tell you of the scam. Given up! Just been round n round no numbers. Terrible service.

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

    @ikaichandler @O2 It’s the same every year and we all say the same every year that it needs to be sorted for next year. One year they listened and brought in a queuing system unfortunately it was the worst queuing system in the world, it’s the only queuing system where you wait god knows how long, get to the front and then when you proceed to the next stage of ordering get put back into another queue

    @O2 I take it the O2 switch up is the biggest scam going or I am being lied to...tried to swap the phone, found "damage" to the phone, later when questioned since I have photo evidence this was not damaged and confirmed but still finding other reasons to not carry out the swap!!

    This is your sign NEVER to use @O2 . My account got hacked and 6 numbers were added racking a bill up of £220! 3 days later and more fees added, O2s Asian call centres are still palming me off. Just avoid completely. Jubs. Worst customer service ever… hey @EE 👀

    @O2 hiya hoping you can help as the online site it slow assuming cause of the new iPhone 17 pre orders. If I upgrade an iPad to a phone will it come with a new SIM card? As the iPad sim is just data and texts & no minutes I believe or will I need to upgrade in store. Thank you

    @O2 what an extremely poor experience. Got to checking out the iPhone 17 Pro Max and as soon as I hit payment, it timed me out and redirected me to another queue. Then the queue paused for ages, when it resumed, the delivery date is now up to 3 weeks. 😒😒😒 #o2 #iPhone17ProMax

    For anyone having an issue when ordering the new iPhone from @O2 when trying to use switch up and the upfront cost is showing as what you fully owe for the phone you need to get to the basket page before it actually updates to just the £1 upfront cost, obviously getting to the basket page is proving difficult but it does update to £1 once there
