@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

  • paul_carnall

  • TweetFlicker
Matt Clarke™️ 🎮🕹 (@TweetFlicker) reported from Ilkeston, England

@Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

  • garethenglish86
Gareth English (@garethenglish86) reported from Eastwood, England

@O2 It’s happened in multiple areas, no signal or internet it’s beyond a joke. It’s been happening for over 6 weeks now. I pay £85 for a terrible service, why would I have to pay for this contract any longer?

  • GoGishiGoGo
Gish Abeyratne (@GoGishiGoGo) reported from Derbyshire, England

@O2 2/2 refers me to the app. Do you see a pattern and problem emerging here? Finally speak to someone, who was about as helpful as having a 3rd armpit by the way, only to be told to call back tomorrow. Solid customer service chaps, well bloody done!!!

Literally been an @O2 customer for over 10 years. Today I requested to move my number to rival network just because you can’t knock me a tenner a month off my bill for a new phone. Worked out that probably spent over £5000+ in those 10 years. Unbelievable Jeff

  • mumbers
    mumbers (@mumbers) reported

@O2 I am not happy with the changes to the Pay Monthly Mobile Agreement, but you have made it very difficult to end my contract as I would also have to pay off my Device Plan immediately. This feels like I am being trapped into remaining a customer. Can you comment please?

  • yesterzine
    Dudley of Yesterzine (@yesterzine) reported

@8_16_32bit @Timmus_TSET @O2 Which really sounds like a “them” problem.

@O2 my father has been a victim of fraud. A person claiming to be him has defaulted on an O2 bill but their address is in Cardiff where my dad has no property and has never resided. We have emailed the fraud team and the amendment team but no one is replying. 1/2

@O2 @michelajh Having the same issue. I am in Cam, Gloucestershire. This is happening far too often lately!

  • mumbers
    mumbers (@mumbers) reported

@O2 Yes I read that in the letter which I received today. So I am ‘trapped’ in my new contract if I cannot pay off my device in full immediately. You bill my Device Plan separately, so why can’t I retain that part of my contract and just cancel the Airtime part?

  • WhitacreBespoke
    Adam Lynch (@WhitacreBespoke) reported

@gamstonlad @SimonEddell @O2 I always blame the weather if it’s windy, hot cold or thundery it always seems worse. I wonder if it is possible? Will be a good excuse “leaves on the network” straight out of the British rail training manual
