    So glad I finally swapped my @O2 sim only for @ThreeUK possibly the best decision I’ve made for a while. @O2 sooo expensive for a poor service🙄 So much for ya money with @ThreeUK

    Nice to see @O2 putting their tariffs up AGAIN... I don’t seem to recall getting any discount or refund after that huge outage last year either... finding a new network provider is on my list of things to do tomorrow for sure... 🤔😤

    .@O2 I have been trying every night for two weeks now to cancel my phone contract via your customer services desk. Every day I get cut off at 5.50pm - My contract is now up & I’m desperate to cancel my contract to avoid any further bills. (1/2)

    @O2 Ok just got a scam text telling me my bill is overdue and to follow the link to update my payment details. So been on my o2 to find the telephone no. To tell you of the scam. Given up! Just been round n round no numbers. Terrible service.

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    Cheers @O2 still don't have my new phone. Promised me next day delivery which infact ment 4 days. To offer a service if you can't provide it. More pissed of you lied about it and charged me for it. Fool me once shame on you, fill me twice..

    @O2 Yes two iPhone XS Max phones with max capacity and some beats by dre head phones Finally on phone to customer service via someone else’s phone on @O2 as I’ve been chasing you for so long, the only way to call was via 4445 Now on hold

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @O2 are a mess at the moment. App doesn't work, phones are to busy to answer, and im left with a phone thats useless and im not getting what I pay for. Everything screams ClusterF×*k. How can you get help if you cant even get through to them. 30mins on hold so far!
