Never have I had such disgusting service from @O2 someone took out a mobile in my name in October and they are STILL refusing to shut this mobile down and their fraud team STILL doing nothing about it. 4 months on and someone is still using for free 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@O2 keeping quiet about their discriminatory staff is brilliant. Please can someone send me an email address of the complaints dept? Maybe someone there might have an ounce of skill in customer service because the social media, online chat and contact centre staff are the worst!
