@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

@O2 so frustrated by your service. Trying to pay bills and your app won't let me. Keeps telling me to use a different card even when they all have positive balance. Ridiculous 2 different cards used and same thing. 2nd month in a row and now cut off, so have to find another phone

@O2 how is it that after 4 years your support staff still cannot help with a name change issue. My name was changed 4 years ago and whilst my billing was changed instantly. But on my myo2 account my name hasnt ever changed. When i call I get told there is no issue on their end.
