@O2 But it’s not v easy to find from the get go. It’s obvious you see someone contacting you human to human as a last resort. A communication over a bill is not always about having a problem paying it. It could be about the incessant text & call reminders to a customer of +20 years!

@O2 Already done all that. I just want to know when it will be fixed! You guys must have some idea of a timeframe on how the issues are being resolved in certain areas of the UK instead of sending out a “see our guide” as though we don’t know how to use phone settings!!

@O2 just spoke w/a man saying they were from O2, calling to help lower my bill. They ID themselves as Harry & things went downhill from there. Asked me where I’m from (none ya), said my voice was so cute, & asked my age as well (not relevant). If this is SOP at O2, I’m out asap.
