    @HubNutVids Are you with @O2 by any chance? I’ve been told by them that I have to put up with their poor service until they manage to get round (on an unspecified date/year/century) to increase the bandwidth to allow more than a handful of people to use the network at the same time.

    @O2 I have searched your website for known faults with the @oppo phones but can't find anything relating to being cut off mid call when I have full signal. Tried the "fix my fault" option too and got nothing. Help

    @sparkyscrum @O2 Oh god me too. Absolute nightmare. Had no network now for 2 days and customer service just raised his voice at me and said it might take 5 days to sort!

    @O2 what is going on with your signal??? It’s terrible last 3 months up and down the uk! Drops out at home completely it used to be good. Everyone I have asked is saying the same thing! Over 20yrs I have had my contract and I’m seriously considering swooping

    @O2 I ordered an upgrade last night, despite asking three times to amend or cancel the order.. all of which have been accepted I’m now told I can’t cancel despite wanting to switch to a more expensive handset and MyO2 staying my order is only at stage 2.. why do difficult?!

    @O2 the service (lack of service) we are getting in Hainault is diabolical… nearly 3 months and mast still not fixed! 😡. And ironically this didn’t send for ages is no signal 😡
