    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @O2 really not happy that I’ve been billed incorrectly. I was given £20 in credit due to an issue with my service and this hasn’t been taken off my bill 😡

    @tescomobile Given @tescomobile essentially runs off the leftover bandwidth from the network it piggybacks off I personally wouldn’t bother. Price may seem enticing, but you’re essentially buying @O2’s scrap 🧐

    @O2 as a long-standing customer that can find every offer for a better phone and more data cheaper than what I’ve got I think I’ll be changing networks and that’s before my price goes up in April 🙃

    New mobile network provider required as @O2 have a very limited service in the area, struggle to get 3G a download speed of 0.02 and their call centre advise there is nothing they can do about it. And it’s not even a remote area!

    @O2 Frankly I don't care about that. Annual increase means an annual increase NOT in less than 24 hours! I will be looking to return the phone and cancel agreement.

    @O2 after honeslty trying my hardest, and being hung up on 3 times by Precious from your sales team - guessing you don't want my money. @ThreeUK approved my credit check no issues straight away - you've rubbish customer service and I shant be using you in the future!

    Entering @O2 competitions is so exciting. I never know whether I will win or even if I do, whether I will get the prize. I won a prize in February 2020 and haven’t actually received it yet.

    @O2 Hi, I redeemed my rewards for an Amazon voucher but never received it. I spent half hr on the phone with customer services this morning. They couldn’t sort it & said they’d ring back between 12 & 2 and I’ve heard nothing!

    @O2 This is getting ridiculous..finally got through & left my details, was told someone will call me..had 3 calls yesterday, each time I picked up I was cut off or call dropped, no one has called me back...The problem is my calls are dropping ..I am losing calls..this is the 2nd time
