@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@si1774 @O2 No inference hear but where are the call centres based? I do find that call centres out of the country just want you off the phone so feed you full of crap so they can move on. Had that with Amazon recently. Was told three different things by 3 different "advisors".

Wasting anymore of your time and energy. A problem @O2 admitted was their fault has become such a stress in my life now its absolutely draining energy from me.

@liggyc @O2 I did Aliki what was the account for I had a fraudulent friend who tried to buy things online I had to delete my Amazon account requested my bank sorted my fraud and Amazon gave me my items and paid the money straight back into my account and I will never buy from Amazon again x

@badapple365 @O2 I spent another 52mins this morning on the phone and then because she had an issue with I.T her end she could not continue the call and insisted she would call me back. I wont hold my breath!! Its just fob off after fob off the art of good customer service is dead.
