@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 you took £577 from my bank account for no reason I’m not a customer of yours anymore I’ve been trying to get it back for 14days told twice it’s on it’s way back to me still not with me this is theft and I’m considering contacting the police sort it out!!! I’m overdrawn now!!!

@O2 Why are you still selling the Apple Watch series 6 stainless steel when you can’t fulfil the order, don’t know when it’s coming back in stock and customer services feed you a pack of lies instead of giving you a straight answer. Been waiting since dec & still none the wiser

@O2 I had to do an insurance claim for a broken screen (great service btw) and it was swapped like for like yesterday. However... DPD has just been for a 2nd day in a row, to do another like for like swap... Just thought you should know.

@O2 hiya I cant seem to see where to get the priority tix for the bicep show in September? There is nothing to click through when the app takes you through to the ticketmaster site. Please help!
