@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

I’m so fed up with @O2 phone network my phone never has service at home, I pay for unlimited data and can’t use it due to always having no connection 😡 the phone is still cutting off mid conversation every day I can’t wait to leave this network they haven’t helped me at all
