    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

    @O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    @O2 Out of the blue, I was told it was fixed. But it has not changed one iota! I replied but have heard nothing at all since. This is such poor service and all the more galling considering you have just applied an increase of almost 12% on my monthly bills!

    @O2 complaint…. Priority drinks not valid in Scotland. Presume because of govt min pricing? Please remove ‘all over uk’ and arrange something alternative for Scotland customers please

    @O2 I have no signal on my phone? I’ve tried to turn it on & off, I’ve checked the location and the signal for my area says it’s good. Any idea why I can’t get signal?

    @O2 It is not a situation of bad signal - it is a situation of no service (doesn't matter where I am - I have travelled for meetings and it continues no service - as if the esim 'disappeared'

    Replied to @O2 regarding my complaint two weeks ago and had no reply since. How long am I expected to wait when the service you’re providing is still rubbish?
