Dear @O2, Today, we had a powercut, which, in turn, highlighted a big issue. The issue? A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

@SamsungMobile I bought a watch yesterday from an @EE store. I was told I could connect to my @O2 phone via Bluetooth. However.... its its just not recognising my device. Its a Samsung s20 ... please help 😭😭😭 I was so excited now gutted!

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

@O2 Currently trying to cancel my contact. Tried numerous times and there are never advisors available online. Call waiting time is minimum 45 minutes! I am going to have to pay extra on my contact if I cannot get through due to your poor systems!

@O2 is an absolute joke. I have little to zero signal at all and my mum has none at all. She has seizures and no way of contacting anyone if anything happens due to this. Absolutely sick of it, been a well over a week. #O2 get it sorted 🤬😡

@TheO2 so finally got a manager to call me back cutting me off during my conversation not letting me speak or listen to my concerns.When I requested previous calls to be listened, he got high rate and cut the call.When asking his name he didn’t answer! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE @O2

@rachelmcnamee @O2 it doesnt stop my life obviously but i have to restart my phone several times a day as "resetting" myself seems to... idk it puts you top of the queue or something as a recent connected device not sure how it works exactly but leaving yourself connected for days goes slow

Never ever leave @EE for @O2 ee may not be great but at least you get what you pay for, currently pay for phone service which @O2 don’t provide
