Dad got rushed to hospital still in and @O2 connection is still not working in my house or mums @virginmedia mobile same problem (according to there test it’s fine) well try using it here especially when a loved one is ill and you can’t even connect a phone call &it’s a main road

@O2 trying to cancel a tablet contract which has ended. This company has the worst and deliberate process by which they are making it impossible to end contract. As I have additional numbers on account they will not provide a STAC code and suggest I call via 202, NO ANSWER.

Hi @O2 I upgraded my phone last year and for some reason Im not able to use my date or wifi properly, the connection is really sketchy. It seems like the phone is the issue. I did submit a help request yesterday but got nothing. Can you help?
