Leanne Robinson (@leanneellis) reported from Barlborough, England@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

-
Shane Rounce (@srounce) reported from Sheffield, England@O2 I’d rather deal with your fraudulent practises publicly. I only just woke up and expect immediate support, given my sleep disorder it would be very bad for you to not accommodate me at this time.

-
Shar 🏴 (@sharlewis58) reported@SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 That's why I left them unreservedly, an utter arse to try to interact. One system not talking to the other, no human to help sort. Mid contract hikes. Went to Sky - no regrets, easy xfer & lower bills
-
Carswift (@Carswift) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So the Gov has to drop money from public infrastructure and fix the mess of private companies? And then these private companies will take the profit? hah

-
Clifton (@ebisham) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I was on the top of Leith Hill on Sunday you could see for miles in every direction but no signal at all. It’s a combination of nimbys objecting to phone masts and unwillingness to invest. Direct to mobile Starlink will buck their ideas up.
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
-
𝐷𝑟. 𝐼𝑎𝑛 𝐶𝑢𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 (@IanCutress) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.
