@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@O2 ordered IPAD 1st August not delivered. Still not Told 3 times enquiry would be raised with DHL before account could be cancelled. Just told today I had to wait another 24 hours Meanwhile you're charging air time etc and threatening extra charges? Customer service? Where?

@O2 I've been advised to turn phone on and off which I have then spent 30mins trying to troubleshoot it by checking sim resetting network whilst on phone didn't work so was told to just keep trying for 24 hours and assured it would work but still has message no service

@O2 was told by @virginmedia that I had no phone coverage due to a problem with one of your masts just checked the network checker and looks like it's fixed and still no coverage? I have 2 virgin media contracts so it makes no sense that one is working and the other one isn't??
