    @O2 When you pre order your new iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple and leave a deposit. Told to pick up 10th october only to go in an no phone to be there waiting for you. Such a disappointment. Shocking customer service and leaving customers unhappy an not satisfied with staff

    @virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

    Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

    @ukBp_Roy @O2 @McDonaldsUK They’re absolutely useless. Was it Chicken Selects that didn’t work? O2 won’t reply for ages or play dumb even though everyone reported it to them earlier on. Perks that don’t work are more annoying than no perks at all… only reason I tolerate O2’s crap network is Priority.

    @ukBp_Roy @O2 @McDonaldsUK I got my missus’s Quarter Pounder but couldn’t claim my own Chicken Selects, which I was looking forward to as a treat. I’m still within my 14 days so might dump O2 and go to EE - at least phone calls and data work. O2 seem to be a perpetual disappointment.

    Hey @O2 I got a contract with yourselves after checking signal in my location. It's starting to piss me off that I have to stand outside to make or recive calls after your site said was fine indoors. So how do I cancel my policy after you havnt met the criteria you sold me
