    @o2 I’m having a real issue with o2. I’ve tried every avenue with no result.Apparently when you buy a phone In store they can’t help on the phone. I’m a key worker in the NHS this is my first day off could really do with not spending it chasing people who keep passing me on !!!

    i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

    @O2 It’s an issue for everyone, not just me. Either delist it from your website as it’s obviously not in stock. It still says next day delivery right now. That’s 100% fraud. I demand to deal with it publicly.

    @O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

    @O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

    @O2 I’m asking him. No it’s definitely around a phone that isn’t working, they’ve said he can buy out the remainder of the contract but he can’t afford to do that. Will confirm when I know if it was damage / faulty.

    @O2 why do I need to call customer services to give them a pac code to bring my number to o2?! Every other provider allows this via their online accounts! Shocking service especially when automated phone message said can be waiting up to an hour???

    @gardenerscottag Seems that way! I can't call a mobile but I can call landlines. Sort it out @O2 Status Checker doesn't even identify that a problem exists. O2 down
