@O2 Five calls to 202. Once after 15 minutes on hold a message asks which number you should send a questionnaire to and then hangs up. Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia @O2 Its definitely you lot Robin as your broadband service was a disgrace when I moved to you and I had to pay out for cancelling contract early. If this is what’s to come O2 then you will a customer of over 15 years.

i give up with @O2 online help. all i need to know is, can i buy an apple watch and connect it to my existing simo contract? (using iphone X) all it says is it has to be a "monthly contract". the simo is an 18 month one. HELP!

Really glad I managed to leave @O2 and go back to @EE. They said they couldn’t guarantee signal on the 🚂 dropping me down to E like it’s 2005! But I’m here with 5G on EE! #Signal #Connectivity

@O2 On the commute into Sheffield I had issues with signal, at time went to 3G (I can’t remember the last time I saw 3G with @EE). I also had some signal issues whilst at work in the centre of Sheffield & didn’t once achieve a 5G signal.

@O2 A very mixed service today. Nearly lost the will to live after being on hold for 27 mins then being put on hold and cut off - your first representative didn't even bother to call us back - do you know how frustrating that is! Another 35 mins on hold and finally got through!

@O2 - 2nd time got through to Customer Services rep Neil Clarke. Excellent service and very informative. A credit to your team and he could certainly have taught the first guy something. Please try to reduce hold times though took me nearly 2 hours in total 😬

@TheatreTokens @O2 Hello. I managed to claim a code from O2 successfully and took about 20mins trying the process the order on your site and then once code entered said promotion fully claimed even though I have a valid code. My husband experienced exactly the same issue aswell.

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 EE is the best for coverage in my local area. Before Brexshit EE had no roaming charges in EU but because of you I now either have to put up with rubbish signal at home or pay roaming charges. Hardly a brexshit benefit!
