@O2 absolutely fuming at how disorganised your company is.I got charged twice for being abroad when your CS team had ensured me that wouldn’t happen and now I can’t get my money back?! I’ve rang over 10 times in the past month and no one can help me?!WTF?!!!

Just saw my @O2 monthly payment, £80 more than average. Turns out I’ve dialled a number unknowingly that charges £3.50 per min….for 23 mins. No idea who (I’ve obvs googled a company number) but it’s obviously a scam. 02 can’t help me reclaim. Ouch. Be warned folks

@O2 need some help, I have @disneyplus on account which been added each of my 3 lines I have with O2, the introductory offer ended, do I need to cancel the extra on each number or removing it from one will remove from all numbers? If I don't cancel will I be charged per line?

@O2 I signed up to be kept up to date on the issue. The SMS said you'd be in touch within 48 hours or sooner if the issue was resolved. There was no follow up message. If you really can't do any better than this I'm looking at @VodafoneUK or @EE.

@O2 Had signal checked a couple of times before. Each time the O2 said that there was no problem in my area. My neighbours engage in criminal behaviour. Is there a way that I can discover/prove signal blocking ? Presumably, signal blocking is an offence ? I am cut off ..

@O2 my service keeps cutting for no apparent reason. It throws me off my phone and says there is No Service. Is someone using a signal blocker ? @Paul13_Walnut5 Just happened again, twice.

@O2 I have tried everything and it’s just not working, what is the point of having 5G on the phone if you can’t use it on the laptop?

@TheReal06563674 @O2 Oh nothing, they are no good with phone settings. It’s just ridiculous. Basically means I can never use my laptop on the internet again
