Why do I manage to get texts from @O2 when I'm at work with no mobile signal, but when I need to get a verification code sent to my phone I get nothing! #annoyed #nosignal #notevenrural

@O2 Not very impressed with the service so far. Signed up as a new customer and then given an offer to upgrade with 6 months free, which I did. However, despite calling customer services twice I’ve been charged full price. Plus advisor wouldn’t take PAC so paying for 2 contracts.

@O2 This is an issue that dates back to November 2021 and due to an admin error from O2, I am unable to get a new credit card or a loan or any mortgages, due to your error. No one will tell me when this will be resolved. #awfulservice #stress
