@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England
@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either
-
Joanne Tippett (@Joanne_Tippett) reported from Ilminster, England
Why do I manage to get texts from @O2 when I'm at work with no mobile signal, but when I need to get a verification code sent to my phone I get nothing! #annoyed #nosignal #notevenrural

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

Stuart Kerr (@stupot74) reported from Bradford Abbas, England
@O2 @MarkEvansO2 So your customer service calamity continues after being persuaded to stay with o2 you've now cocked up yet again....taken close to £400 and have no record of transaction. (my bank account clearly shows you've taken payment) This is just a bloody circus 🎪

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

@O2 had my 5g enabled phone over a year, took it on a promise that I'd 'get 5g soon' , over a year later, not a sniff of it, and yes 5g is enabled in settings. Had it briefly in Central London but never at home (South London). Neighbours ee phone gets it.

Also really happy to have been getting emails about how you are teaming up with @O2 (who are my mobile provider) and how great it’s going to be for me which has me worried because, as previously mentioned, your “super fast broadband” repeatedly goes down on me Much like your mum

Oh dear @O2 Joining with @virginmedia - not your finest decision. Your prices and service were becoming a joke even before then. £27/mnth for what most other Networks charge £10 for. Looks like it's time to bin O2 after all these years
-
PL84 (@DeviousPL) reported
@EvidencePlzz @virginmedia @O2 They’re the worst ISP by a country mile. Lazy, rude and unhelpful customer service, constant dropouts and poor reliability - they could give their services for free and I’d still say no (which is what happened). Amazing that a company this terrijle are still in business.

Managed to escape @virginmedia for many years because of awful customer service, no help on issues and high prices and now they merge with @O2 :-( things are going to deteriorate again for consumers
