    @fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

    @O2 need to sort your data network out in RG31 and RG7. Getting worse, bordering on useless. Before you ask, it isn’t the phone as my wife’s having the exact same issue.

    @O2 Hi i have the disney+ on six month free trial if I want to cancel it at end of 6 months how do I do this as I cannot see it listed anywhere on my o2 account and on Disney account it says i need to manage it on o2 account

    @O2 Can’t find my proof of postage, didn’t think to hold on tight as I’ve never had a problem in the past. Will have to go the post office and enquire if they have a copy. I sent it on Wednesday around 5pm. Can you please check again 3319963

    @O2 call reference 1271519630. I was promised a high level customer service call within 5 days of 1st Feb. Nothing happened. Called again on 21/4. Told I would be called back within 24 hours. Still waiting. Do you ever keep your promises?

    So for 3 months I’ve had no service and @O2 say it’s tough luck. They then promise me a discount on my bill even though I HAVE NO SERVICE. They were kind enough to say I can leave my contract early no penalty, only to lie and change their mind 2 hours later! Awful company.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service advisor this morning with @O2 such a shame been with you for 15 years and never experienced the rudeness and unhelpful behaviour like I did this morning.
