@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@sazmeister88 @virginmedia @O2 I get my 4G signal dropping in Chepstow town centre too, it's such a pain. I even got a message from O2 about 5G coming soon, they can't even get 4G to work!

@O2 Husband bought a new phone with an O2 contract, received today. Port requested and a PAC number given, no transfer date. Can you tell me where the link is to re-request the Porting? Can't get through to Customer services x 2 for over 1 hour each time.

@chris_davies11 @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “syncunlocks” on Instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@O2 I am unable to update details in my account. I can login on A browser but somehow you have the wrong email address and mobile number registered, so I can't receive verifications to update my details. Because my email is somehow wrong I can't login on the app.
