@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@O2 @MarkEvansO2 So your customer service calamity continues after being persuaded to stay with o2 you've now cocked up yet again....taken close to £400 and have no record of transaction. (my bank account clearly shows you've taken payment) This is just a bloody circus 🎪

@giffgaff @O2 would somebody like to sort out the transmitter strength that covers PR7 before I take my custom to another network, I’ve moved to within 0.5km of one of the Uk’s busiest motorway service areas & have one bar or it drops to 3G 😡 Ridiculous & slow!! .

@O2 You must see my frustration? I'm paying for a device that is no longer fit for purpose. A main feature no longer works. Your response is hoping @HuaweiUK release a fix soon. Huawei suggest I fix it myself. What has happened to customer service?

@O2 just got a new phone with you and customer service keeps hanging up on me after i tell them why i’m calling, saying i should look on myo2. If my answer was there, i would not be calling, this isn’t a good start for you, i just moved from vodafone.
