@O2 Sorry I did reply & explain again I was walking my dog & the word Barrage tickets came up instead of priority every time we go onto the O2 priority app and click on Sheffield it just doesn’t bring up any tickets that you so much 4 your reply’s & help will try your link

@virginmedia @O2 I've been with vm years signed up for O2 and activated and told me name and address doesn't match!! Really, one has a gap in the postcode so no Volt,really? Help!!
