    @fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 So your customer service calamity continues after being persuaded to stay with o2 you've now cocked up yet again....taken close to £400 and have no record of transaction. (my bank account clearly shows you've taken payment) This is just a bloody circus 🎪

    @O2 Hi O2 we were victims of identity fraud back in November 21 , the fraudsters used our identity to purchase multiple contracts with various mobile providers, Vodafone,Three etc, all the other companies found a resolution within 6 weeks, we are still calling you 4 months later

    @O2 so my phone doesn’t receive authorisation text messages I have been to your shop five times now and nobody can fix it and the call centre are useless.

    @O2 have to be the worse network provider in the UK. Been wait two hours now on someone answering me on online chat. For a something they haven't bloody done. Useless. Can't wait till my contract is up.

    @O2 Is there nothing you can do to stop the tide of scam texts and phone calls? Surely if someone sends hundreds of similar texts from a spoofed phone number you must be able to detect that and block them? I know other countries can at least give a warning on screen to help…

    @O2 Nope, this literally didn’t happen. Your advisor told me not to pay the first bill only the mysterious “final bill” that never materialised. Your “cooling off” period is non-existent and I would argue fraudulent.

    @O2 I’ve just moved to a new iPhone and not receiving any SMSes from businesses for some reason (Any 2FA messages I don’t receive). I called your call centre and they told me I had a 3-5 day wait for them to look into it, or go in-store. Afraid I’m time poor, can you help, pls?
