    @O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

    Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 So your customer service calamity continues after being persuaded to stay with o2 you've now cocked up yet again....taken close to £400 and have no record of transaction. (my bank account clearly shows you've taken payment) This is just a bloody circus 🎪

    @fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

    Customer service with @O2 is awful - avoid! Asked high street shop to cancel a short-term rolling contract months ago... just discovered they never stopped billing me. Now cannot complain via app (painful delay), phone (painful delay) nor website (link is broken). Shameful.

    @O2 I had a text message a short while ago saying that there was a problem with your payment system early this morning affecting some customers and that any payment done won't be taken. I'll wait until the hold is released by my bank before attempting again.

    Why do I never have internet when I’m not on WiFi @O2 ? Since buying my new iPhone (16) service has been beyond shocking. 5G usually connects for a few seconds before dipping out, I end up with 3G if I’m lucky (which obviously doesn’t work at all). Really need to change provider

    @O2 .. Its such a waste of time and money paying for a service when you can't use #Wifi #Data or make phone calls from home,work, allotment or anywhere else .. it's so bloody annoying .Don't want to change network because I've been O2 for years but won't have a choice soon .

    @O2 opened a new line, want it to transfer my old number and got the PAC, when I asked for the transfer date the Customer assistant confuse 9/06/25 with September 6/25 instead of 9th of June 25. He cancelled my new account altogether! 😡😡
