    @fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

    @O2 I phoned 202 yesterday who said they had never heard of receiving a call from your own number. They didn’t mention number spoofing. They didn’t seem to believe me. Which is why I contacted you on here and was glad to find other cases of people reporting the same thing

    @O2 was told I’d hear back about my complaint within 1-3 days; it’s been 5 (not forgetting the 2 days it took to get told it would take that long). So a week with no progress at all. Is there somebody at o2 who would like to resolve my issue?

    @O2 WTF? My direct debit paid my monthly bill, then YOU refunded it for no reason then charged me £3.50 for a late payment. I pay for 2 phones and 2 bills every month (a lot of money) have you heard of customer service because I have! Once my contract is up I'm leaving!

    @Photo_Iain @O2 Zero Voda signal here, they are townies. Interestingly Three have boosted the signal since Covid. 24Mbit up the lane standing on a pair of steps
