    @fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

    @O2 Not going through it all again. On the 28th we messaged you, spoke to your customer services, spoke to the bereavement department and went in store! Just to be told it was a mistake and then get a default notice 3-weeks later. Seeking legal advise as this is harassment!

    @virginmedia @O2 I have been having issues with WiFi dropping out too and they still won’t send a replacement hub - been a customer for 10 years and equipment is about same age- just want to speak to someone who knows what they are doing rather than trying to sell me more stuff - so frustrating

    @O2 Customer service contact is diabolical! Can’t reach you on the phone or online for days now…need to speak to someone to sort issue out with billing problem

    @O2 02039408867 is the number, guy calls himself Michael. I always say "no thank you" and hang up before we get too far so he's not actively asked me for codes or details or anything. He sounds very plausible, but why would you guys ring me to slash my payments by 40% :P

    @O2 Not until later on unfortunately. I did go into an o2 store the other day in Liverpool as I was having signal problems and they put a new SIM card in for me but since then it’s not been right really

    @virginmedia Yes, I would like to believe that someone competent is handling this issue now. I now have a reference number and date of delivery for the order. But extremely poor service from Virgin Media! I had no issues getting VOLT offers processed from @O2!

    @O2 imagine paying £80 for my phone and bill this month to have no ******* signal still. Disgusting. Won’t be coming back to o2 when my contract runs out.
