    @fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

    @O2 my elderly dad emailed your Complaints Review Service on Weds 26/10 and again yesterday. Your own 'Customer Complaints Code': 'We'll send you an acknowledgement of your complaint straight away and get the investigation started.' Nothing back from them whatsoever - why?

    @O2 I might as well cancel my contract and go back to my old provider at least they answer you. All I want is someone to sort out looking into a porting. Now my 14 old won't have a mobile when away with the school
