@O2 You have absolutely THE WORST Chatbot on your website, it doesn't seem to understand anything. I have also tried mailing and still no response from you. Truly awful customer service. I expected more considering the 17.2% increase in my tariff this year!

Hi @O2 Exeter Data speeds remain very poor. Currently in the middle of Exeter (Queen St) getting 75Kbps down. When are you upgrading the network infrastructure? It's been poor for months.

@O2 I have odeon o2 priority vouchers. When I try to add to the cinema listing it says there is a problem any ideas ?
