Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@O2 is it normal to not be able to contact any of the customer service team? I've transferred my number across but when I text it shows the new number not my old one. However when I call, all shows correct. Can you advise?

@O2 Having finally got through, I'm told the phone will take a week to get back to you at which point you'll order me another for delivery by @dhlexpressuk - despite their failure to deliver twice so far and the fact that I'm paying a contract I can't use! Great service /s

@O2, I'm on the priority app, I got my QR code for Gregg's, but when I reached the store nearby Archway station on London at 3pm, the store was closed and I was unable to use my voucher please help me, I tried calling the store too but no one was picking up.
