O2 Issues Reports Near Kingsdon, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Kingsdon and nearby locations:

  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

  • blackdoglydia Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England

@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either

  • AgeingLock68 Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

Awful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?

  • AgeingLock68 Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England

@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

  • stupot74 Stuart Kerr (@stupot74) reported from Bradford Abbas, England

@O2 @MarkEvansO2 So your customer service calamity continues after being persuaded to stay with o2 you've now cocked up yet again....taken close to £400 and have no record of transaction. (my bank account clearly shows you've taken payment) This is just a bloody circus 🎪

  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

Hey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

  • mjtreasure Matt Treasure (@mjtreasure) reported from Sherborne, England

@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

  • Joanne_Tippett Joanne Tippett (@Joanne_Tippett) reported from Ilminster, England

Why do I manage to get texts from @O2 when I'm at work with no mobile signal, but when I need to get a verification code sent to my phone I get nothing! #annoyed #nosignal #notevenrural

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Taff048 David Thomas Jones (@Taff048) reported

Annoyed with @O2 and DPD we were notified they were delivering between 12:53 and 1:53 so cancelled going out for lunch. Only to get a photo saying you were not in. DPD did not even walk up to the door to knock or leave a card. Poor service, I will not be buying from O2 in future.

  • freedave david (@freedave) reported from Evesham, England

@O2 poor signal in may places getting worse

  • clarejefferysmc Clare McGrath (@clarejefferysmc) reported

@o2 I'm in Ireland on holiday from N.Ireland. I can't call anyone though it says registered on network. I have data. I also am receiving some calls. The message says your call cannot be continued. I see no reason for this. I can't even call o2. Can you help ASAP please?

  • McBobington Rob McLaren (@McBobington) reported

@O2 Why is my reception so rubbish? My wife is on 3 and her internet is more than twice as fast and not just at home - everywhere! It’s not a device issue or a temporary reception issue, or a dead spot. It’s just absolute rubbish. Absolutely everywhere.

  • RichieTso RandomR (@RichieTso) reported

@O2 I try calling to resolve a issue and the phone keeps being put down i wonder if you use 3rd party agents like concentrix who dont care #o2

  • Ob65Tom Tommy #💜 #💙NHS #FBPE #FBPPR (@Ob65Tom) reported

@EleanorRylance @O2 It's the choice of the network. I'm currently with Tesco mobile, who've told me, I will still be able to use my phone nothing has changed, that I won't be changed. I have a trip planned in the next few weeks. If I'm charged I'm going back to 3, who definitely don't.

  • maberesford Mark Beresford (@maberesford) reported

@O2 O2 app - click Support - then scroll down the the faq using your phone abroad. Sounds like o2 have either made a bit of a blunder in advertising a change in terms or are intentionally misleading

  • McBobington Rob McLaren (@McBobington) reported

@O2 Really appreciate your help. I’m hotspotting from my wife’s phone (on 3)…. Boom! Instant connectivity. I’ve been with O2 for years and it’s worse now than when we didn’t have 4G.

  • HardCand Zack (@HardCand) reported

Thank god @O2 's 5g in roaming is enough to cover my internet use because @virginmedia broadband package I pay for is always down, and I get no help except "You should post on the forums" even though their engineer said it's a faulty VM installation... welcome to 2021

  • mariagizzi gizzij_ (@mariagizzi) reported

@O2 Everywhere I go, it started this morning and it is still not working.. basically without a wifi I cannot do anything
