@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@O2 4433-0220-4415 Just received a call from this number, giving 40/ off and was sent through various documents apparently from O2. One of which was for a new phone but I never requested a new phone?!?

Hi @O2 can you help? I still have not received my sim cards 10 days after signing up. App says they've been delivered. They haven't. I have no way to get started yet you've still sent me my first bill!! How can I get help? There's no contact numbers anywhere...
