Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

@fuhinsma @O2 @Telefonica Not any more. Google are offering the service because o2, Three and EE couldn't be bothered. If you're with O2 , just enable chat features and you're all done.

@AmazonHelp I’ve been on the phone to your account team because I am NOT receiving any OTP to my phone. I have sent you a letter headed paperwork from @O2 where they state the notification is not even being sent to the network. The problem lies with @AmazonUK

@O2 My phone number still hasn’t transferred over and it’s been 6 days. This is ridiculous! Someone needs to call me with an explanation tomorrow before I cancel my contract and go else where.
