I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live I had my @O2 phone stolen at a gig. Their local shop was very helpful in sorting out blocking etc. All service I'd expect. What I didn't expect was the #O2Surprise package, including a personalised t-shirt from one of my favourite bands. At a time of upset, it really did help.

@ee my partner paid for an add on so he could use his phone in Egypt which hasn’t worked for 3 days. Support say they can’t give a refund as it was an issue with the network here.. but I’m with @O2 & connected to the same network here & haven’t had any issue. Can someone explain?

@O2 hi o2, I’m having real issues with 4G data on my iPhone 12 across Greater Manchester - whether I’m at work in the city centre or at home in Stockport. Have there been any reported issues? Has been ongoing for around a week. Thanks.
