I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

@smiffer67 @O2 Interesting you got the exact same auto message as me. FK5 postcode is Scotland, I guess. I'm in DT6 which is Bridport, Dorset. That's some mast! No wonder it's taking a time for #02 to fix.

@O2 waited ages to speak to someone in customer service only to be cut off! I have credit on my pay as you go account that I want refunded please as I've changed plan and you now take money from my registered card instead of me having to top up each month

@O2 absolutely appalling customer service O2. Waited for 3 days for a call back from the complaints department and nothing!! 7 calls made and put on hold for an hour and 20 mins after talking to someone. Nothing gets resolved
