Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

  • blackdoglydia
Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England

@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either

  • davebarfoot

The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

  • davebarfoot
davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Taunton, England

I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

  • Joanne_Tippett
Joanne Tippett (@Joanne_Tippett) reported from Ilminster, England

Why do I manage to get texts from @O2 when I'm at work with no mobile signal, but when I need to get a verification code sent to my phone I get nothing! #annoyed #nosignal #notevenrural

  • SallyattheHive
Sally Beeson (@SallyattheHive) reported from Bridport, England

@smiffer67 @O2 Interesting you got the exact same auto message as me. FK5 postcode is Scotland, I guess. I'm in DT6 which is Bridport, Dorset. That's some mast! No wonder it's taking a time for #02 to fix.

  • SallyattheHive
Sally Beeson (@SallyattheHive) reported from Bridport, England

@O2 Visiting fish 'n chip van told me there was no signal across the whole area (they travel village to village throughout DT6 area)

  • Bryon23924694
Billy the kid (@Bryon23924694) reported from Taunton, England

@O2 I’ve spent over 30 minutes calling you to pay £11.37 I’ve left you and want to settle up so why don’t u answer the phone ? I’ve tried online and that’s crap as well

  • davebarfoot
davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

Hey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

  • davebarfoot
davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

@O2 @silly_balls Linked to the same issue I've been telling you about for months. TOO MANY REDIRECTS IN MYO2 AUTHENTICATION.

  • 4peterborough

@O2 @O2 What a waste of time that was with Mark if that's your complaint department he needs to be retrained giving misleading information.

  • cabbage1875

@daysofellen @O2 aye the customer service is shocking

  • NathanJarvisMD
    Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported

@o2 why is your phone coverage so awful? Been like this for over a year. Hardly any internet or phone connectivity. In central Manchester now - can’t connect onto the internet with 4G or 5G. Simply not good enough. Had to find WiFi to post this

  • Leeo1980
    Leeo (@Leeo1980) reported

@O2 im wandering why after chat I get calls from complaining team knowing i was not happy with outcome and wanting to leave, asking about my details to resolve the issue? Do you recognise this number 07379210659?

  • MarQusRomelle
    MarQus Romelle (@MarQusRomelle) reported

@O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.

    @o2 help ffs

  • JorEh1061107
    Jor Eh (@JorEh1061107) reported

@arokorol @O2 When you were landing at Ben Gurion, your plane probably began its descent over the West Bank into Tel Aviv, so the first signal it picked up was the Palestinian Authority one.
