I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

I think @O2 may have screwed up my bill. Paid one on the 6th and one due today (21st), the money is there to pay it, but its not came out, the app saying payment due on 4th Nov but next bill arrives on 21st Nov. So looks like I'm deffo phoning them to find out wtf is going on.

@O2 I’ve been desperately trying to call your customer service line from Europe. Every time I ring the number from your online help page +44 7860 980 202 it says “number busy” and rings off. Can you give me a number that puts me through to an actual human ASAP? Thank you!

@O2 I got a new sim for my phone and asked to keep my number, this was over 24 hours ago and was done in the o2 shop. But it still hasn't done anything and my old sim now says that it has no service. What can I do?
