Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

Hey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

@smiffer67 @O2 Interesting you got the exact same auto message as me. FK5 postcode is Scotland, I guess. I'm in DT6 which is Bridport, Dorset. That's some mast! No wonder it's taking a time for #02 to fix.

I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

@O2 Hi yes both of us tried manually selecting networks. It hasn't worked unfortunately - our signal bars on our phones (S21 ultras) do not show the small "R" for roaming - last 3 days in France it showed the "R" our roaming is 100% turned on - like I said last 3hrs stopped working.

@O2 No signal again. Said it’s a phone mast in my postcode, but I was in a completely different area miles away when it started, and still have no signal now. Faulty device and keep cancelling the swap!!!! Pathetic customer service

@O2 So it's only the broadband I want to change. The O2 Shop guy told me that as a VM customer I need to talk to them, while Virgin Media told they don't do 5G broadband. This is most bizarre example of a partnership when I am already a customer of both but can't get an answer.

@O2 I submitted a complaint on the 24th March and reicevr and mail saying I'd get a response in 7 days. It's now been a full month and I haven't heard anything. Appreciate sometimes it is busy, but what is your current response time?
