    Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

    Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

    I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

    @O2 Hi how are you today? I just spoke to customer service and they said that they can’t move a pay monthly number to a pay as you go SIM they said it has to be Retentions. Is this true? 💙

    @virginmedia @O2 Going round in circles trying to get my fibre boosted via Volt. You guys are unbelievably so Customer unfocused! My O2 data has doubled, but Virgin???

    @O2 I just don't really understand why you have kept us all in the dark like this. You should have communicated with all the preorder customers appropriately. I think we deserve some recompense for service failure

    @davidtoms @O2 Damage control. This sounds like there's a long lead time on certain SKU. The idea they would slowly ship out rather than fulfil all orders is ridiculous.
