Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Taunton, EnglandI like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, EnglandHey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

Was eventually told that AXS have a preference for Apple over Android - low and behold when I used my work iphone, it worked. It's absolutely ridiculous! Swore I'd never use it again. But it's OR!
