I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

@o2 why does your wevsite and my order confirmation email not include a delivery date for a new iPhone? If my new phone doesn’t areive next friday then i’ll be cancelling it as knowing how crap you lot are i’ve hedged my bets and pre ordered from Vodafone also.

@O2 @_rachelllll I’ve tried this too and spent ages on the phone to @O2 and still no help. You’re in violation of your contract I believe as I can’t even call 911 lots of times.

This also means recordings, catch up everything doesn't work. Absolutely appaling. I cant even use my phone as mentioned I have to use WiFi calling for @o2 to work now I have no WiFi I can't accept or make calls either. Shocking. The fact you 2 partnered makes perfect sense.
