Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Taunton, England

I like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(

  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

  • blackdoglydia Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England

@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either

  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

Also really happy to have been getting emails about how you are teaming up with @O2 (who are my mobile provider) and how great it’s going to be for me which has me worried because, as previously mentioned, your “super fast broadband” repeatedly goes down on me Much like your mum

  • JohnBarnesUK John Angus Spencer-Barnes 🏳️‍🌈 (@JohnBarnesUK) reported

@O2 Hi, thanks for the corporate nonsense reply. O2 are pretty bad but @virginmedia are the pits. A company called Virgin Media O2 does suggest pretty major changes. I want nothing to do with any Virgin branded company, it’s pretty toxic, and will leave at the end of my contact.

  • De_CompLTD Phil (@De_CompLTD) reported

@TheNorfolkone @O2 I’ve taken a look and yes the mast is not working - no other detail and all a bit vague. This is the second day... could you get an update on this?

  • SMarcaigh S O’Marcaigh 🏳️‍🌈🇮🇪🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@SMarcaigh) reported

@O2 @virginmedia I was happy with 02 but won’t have anything to do with virgin media or virgin mobile atrocious customer service so it’s off to another provider for me 🤬

  • mark_oc Mark O'Connell (@mark_oc) reported

@O2 With Sky but the same shocking network.

  • De_CompLTD Phil (@De_CompLTD) reported

@TheNorfolkone @O2 Same here - no signal for x2 days... can I send a DM please?

  • LeftwingKody LEFTWING : KODY 💙 △ (@LeftwingKody) reported

@IstMidlife Get this sorted @O2 or even send him a 4g modem intill it's fixed, but customer service right there

  • HT_95_ Harry (@HT_95_) reported

I have full strength 4G signal and still nothing loads. I’ve been with @O2 for years and years but recently it’s been shocking!

  • amanda_85 Amanda Johnson (Hak) (@amanda_85) reported

@virginmedia @O2 Since receiving the txt to inform me of these changes, my wifi has been appalling!!! Please can someone explain?? I’m paying for a non existent service!!
