davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, EnglandHey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

Billy the kid (@Bryon23924694) reported from Taunton, England@O2 I’ve spent over 30 minutes calling you to pay £11.37 I’ve left you and want to settle up so why don’t u answer the phone ? I’ve tried online and that’s crap as well
-
Joanne Tippett (@Joanne_Tippett) reported from Ilminster, EnglandWhy do I manage to get texts from @O2 when I'm at work with no mobile signal, but when I need to get a verification code sent to my phone I get nothing! #annoyed #nosignal #notevenrural
-
davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Taunton, EnglandI like all aspects of the @O2 service EXCEPT that any Saturday in any town I have to turn off 4G as the data stops working due to lack of capacity. It’s the only thing making me consider changing networks on next renewal :-(
-
Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, EnglandAwful @O2 4G coverage in Yeovil town centre. Again. Funnily enough my parents have no issue, in the same supermarket and cafe, at the same time. They are with @tescomobile - who, funnily enough, use the @o2 network as their carrier. 🤔 how come I’m losing out then?
-
davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, EnglandThe support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.
-
Lydia Needle (@blackdoglydia) reported from Kingsdon, England@O2 still no luck and online chat is not working either
-
davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, EnglandMissed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.
-
davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, EnglandHmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely
-
Cris Samways (@AgeingLock68) reported from Yeovilton, England@O2 Not really helpful because, as I said, if there was s general network issue then, surely, as my parent’s provider uses O2 as their network carrier then they should have the same issues as me. No?

Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedWhere's my refund @O2? Absolutely disgusting that you tell me I'm getting a refund and 14days later I still don't have it. Also you are going to owe me for this month too as you still haven't replaced the mast so it still doesn't work most of the time! #evidenceforombudsman
-
Terry (@Yorkiebarkid1) reported@puncharama @MartinSLewis @O2 O2 asked me to direct message them which i did only for them to say they couldn't help and had to ring. I’ve now switched to talk mobile this morning.
-
David charnock (@david4charnock) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Yeah but o2 signal and coverage is absolutley shocking
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reported@o2 you have left me no choice but to raise the fact you have not paid my refund or fixed the issue, the refund is for, to the ombudsman! You've had enough chances but fail at every step ffs. **** company and **** staff! #evidenceforombudsman
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@O2 @lestereverton80 Are you writing a book? The amount of people telling you it's broken is getting laughable now. How much information you need? Roll back to the old site or lose customers. It's very simple
-
mark callow (@markcallow10) reported@O2 @woolfall57943 You have no coverage that’s the issue. Everyone is becoming aware of the o2 scam . You would be better off we a map of phone boxes
-
Bob (@wonder_bob) reported@O2 @ad_moran4 💯 stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network
-
Steven Price (@Ste_Price) reported@GraemeNason @O2 I’ve been waiting for over 12 weeks to get this issue resolved Graeme. Sick of ringing them now and getting the 48hr fix response.
