@smiffer67 @O2 Interesting you got the exact same auto message as me. FK5 postcode is Scotland, I guess. I'm in DT6 which is Bridport, Dorset. That's some mast! No wonder it's taking a time for #02 to fix.

@O2 You’ve disconnected my service after your agent failed to set me up on a payment plan as requested in mid-July. I’m now completely disconnected, and my phone has essentially now become an iPod Touch. Called from a pay phone and hung up on 4 times. Disgusting. I need your help

@O2 Why are your systems so terrible? For a comms outfit it’s awful. Insurance/customer services/shop can’t seem to communicate with eachother!Staff are v polite+try to be helpful but I keep going round in a loop. No phone, still paying for airtime! Trying to sort out for days!

@virginmedia @O2 have had a nightmare today trying to speak to somebody in your organisation who can explain why you have cut off 181 mobile business sim cards whilst attempting to migrate them o2. I now how 181 business mobile accounts down with no explanation..

@O2 appalling customer service from your company. Paying a Disney subscription for 12 months that I was unaware of - when phoned to sort it out was told should have checked my bill earlier? Even after explaining personal circumstances , 7 days after email sent still no contact!

@virginmedia Waiting since 20 June for install. Still nothing. NO ESCALATION PATH. Resolution offered was recontact the Philippines. Do the same thing over and over with the same ZERO result? WTF? Go figure .. @O2 @VirginMediaCorp

@O2 hi I want to leave EE due to overpricing. Would you be willing to give me an IPhone 12 unlimited everything for £37 a month, 3 offered it me for £32 but heard you’re a better network and EE said they wouldn’t go lower then £56!

@O2 Anyone get usable 4G speeds on O2? Me and wife joined O2 last month and no matter where in the UK… absolute garbage. Note their forum is absolutely littered with identical complaints.
