  • davebarfoot davebarfoot (@davebarfoot) reported from Chard, England

Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

  • SallyattheHive Sally Beeson (@SallyattheHive) reported from Bridport, England

@O2 Visiting fish 'n chip van told me there was no signal across the whole area (they travel village to village throughout DT6 area)

  • SallyattheHive Sally Beeson (@SallyattheHive) reported from Bridport, England

@smiffer67 @O2 Interesting you got the exact same auto message as me. FK5 postcode is Scotland, I guess. I'm in DT6 which is Bridport, Dorset. That's some mast! No wonder it's taking a time for #02 to fix.

  • DuckMT7 Duck (@DuckMT7) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Hang on, I’m confused, didn’t the German car industry and French winemakers make them do whatever you want?

  • FaucheReasons Island'BabyGirl✨ (@FaucheReasons) reported

@O2 Been having ongoing issues with connection. Please, help.

  • gjhendry00 Graham Hendry (@gjhendry00) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Maintaining the status quo should have been a given. Why did HMG simply cross its fingers and hope service providers would do the right thing rather than legislate to require it?

  • doctordeej Lord Jefferies of Wansley Manor🌎👮‍♂️📞📦 (@doctordeej) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 OMG. How utterly ill-informed and stupid can one MP be?

  • lill_anna lillanna (@lill_anna) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Are you stupid or just pretending to be?

  • Paulypies Paul (@Paulypies) reported

@O2 I live in an area where Virgin is unavailable (as do many), so am I right that there’s no way to get the Volt double data on my O2 Sim? If so, that seems like a not-cool way to subject customer to a post code lottery to receive a higher service on mobile service.

  • RachaelS16 Rachael S (@RachaelS16) reported from Strathaven, Scotland

@O2 I need help with two phones saying SIM not provisioned and can't find live chat on 02 app

  • SandertenBrink Sander ten Brink (@SandertenBrink) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 But the UK could unilaterally ban Uk telecomms companies from charging for roaming. Are you that stupid? Or do you just think the British people are?

  • Bloke_On_A_Bike Fat (@Bloke_On_A_Bike) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Seriously? You do understand #O2 & #Virginmedia are owned by Telefonica the Spanish Telecoms company? They're basically allowing their UK customers to access their own network they have in EU. These are networks UK based mobile firms don't have so have to pay to access.

  • AssetVigilante Asset Vigilante🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🦓 (@AssetVigilante) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 We can't get into Europe you idiot!
