    The support experience with @O2 is a great example of a company I was pretty much happy with, making me want to sever ties with them over the course of less than 2 weeks. I’d suggest avoiding them if you can. Great until you need support, then BAD. Zero progress. Hours wasted.

    @O2 Visiting fish 'n chip van told me there was no signal across the whole area (they travel village to village throughout DT6 area)

    Hey @O2, tell your support people that if they are going to call with no caller id (which I screen) they shouldn’t leave a message ‘we’ll call back in a few DAYS’ after I’ve already been without data for over a week. It will make that customer want to be an ex customer.

    Hmm. Decisions. Do I pay off the device for my @O2 Apple Watch so I can cancel the data contract, or do I just suck up the monthly data cost for data I can’t use as it doesn’t work. Tempted to pay off as the support experience for this makes we want to be shot of O2 completely

    @smiffer67 @O2 Interesting you got the exact same auto message as me. FK5 postcode is Scotland, I guess. I'm in DT6 which is Bridport, Dorset. That's some mast! No wonder it's taking a time for #02 to fix.

    Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

    It's really simple @O2 , I just want my call data for April last year...1 hour 15 minutes on call to customer service, assistant can't help and then cut off....

    @O2 @Beyonce Are you joking??? Trying to get tickets in your priority app is like winning the lottery! Site that crashed, kicks people out and puts you to the back of the queue again! Rubbish service

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Why are existing loyal customers treated worse than new ones? Trying to renew tv and broadband after 18 months and the deal is worse than what I was paying and significantly worse that what a new customer would be offered. Don’t understand how virgin media retains customers.

    @O2 someone from O2 needs to contact me on here as I have had 4G turned off on my phone and make phone calls etc, this has happened for no obvious reason and no one warning? My issues with O2 continue!!
