    Missed a call from @O2 support about my Apple Watch issues. They left a message ‘We’ll call you back in a few days’. A few DAYS!? Unacceptable delay. I’ve already been without watch data for over a week. This message guarantees my next contract will be with someone else.

    @smiffer67 @O2 Interesting you got the exact same auto message as me. FK5 postcode is Scotland, I guess. I'm in DT6 which is Bridport, Dorset. That's some mast! No wonder it's taking a time for #02 to fix.

    Got my stolen sim replaced on Monday. Rang @O2 to lift the block. Another 2 calls and 48 hrs later, I’m told the block was never actually lifted in the first place 🥴 another 24 hrs without access to my number. Love it

    @O2 I have had problems with the greggs vouchers on two occasions. They say for bacon rolls but then do not work

    @O2 Your retention team is refusing to let me terminate my contract and told me to wait. This is ridiculous. So that means I am going to another to another provider to get my contract terminated.

    @O2 @virginmedia signal has been useless for nearly 2 weeks and the person in 02 shop in #Colchester today said no idea when things will improve as they’d been told it would be fixed by LAST Saturday! What is going on?

    @O2 just took out an all inclusive sim £25 , the signal is shocking came as part of my virgin deal . Worst provider ( except smarty ) I’ve ever been with for signal / coverage etc !

    @O2 NG95HN another week gone by, another text saying were pushing it back to fix mast another week, going on 2 months now, are you even going to sort it? What am i paying you for? On and off signal need calls for work its a joke! There is no tree in the way
