@O2 not quite sure what I pay my contract towards, the service has been absolutely shocking for weeks now, 4G at times throughout the day is non existent and I know others have the same frustrations. Friends on other networks in the mean time have no issues.

@wxmsmith @O2 Yeah. Was on Tesco mobile for years which uses O2’s network. Would constantly have 4G but it’d rarely work/load anything. Swapped to EE and no issues now 👍🏼

@O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

@O2 Morning team, I checked after and the girl from the shop who set it up, didn't put a sim in the phone! Don't know what kind if problems this will cause now, but out of WiFi I can't use it at all and obviously can't use sms or normal calling.

@O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

@O2 why is there always an "issue with your mast" in HU12 0PU. With how much on of the tarrifs cost you would think by now with all the outages you would invest and upgrade your equipment and clearly its not up to the task going down every other week.

@SamsungMobile @o2 appalling customer service. 6m old Z flip with breached screen protector 02 said sold never happened. O2 send me to Samsung TC but uts closed as is Manchester. O2 say nothing to do with them bur do ring Samsung who say they can collect and repair 10 days.

@O2 when are you going to sort the signal and data out in the M28 it's been poor for years. I'm at home and I only get 1 bar signal and H on data not even H+ and it's really slow.

Uhm @O2 there's *no* internet uplink from Kew Bridge a the way past Kew Gardens on your service even when it shows a 4G signal. Do you have some broken cells?
