    @O2 not quite sure what I pay my contract towards, the service has been absolutely shocking for weeks now, 4G at times throughout the day is non existent and I know others have the same frustrations. Friends on other networks in the mean time have no issues.

    @wxmsmith @O2 Yeah. Was on Tesco mobile for years which uses O2’s network. Would constantly have 4G but it’d rarely work/load anything. Swapped to EE and no issues now 👍🏼

    @O2 Morning team, I checked after and the girl from the shop who set it up, didn't put a sim in the phone! Don't know what kind if problems this will cause now, but out of WiFi I can't use it at all and obviously can't use sms or normal calling.

    @O2 tried for days now to get an answer from your support text which wasn’t effective whilst we were away and needed it. Bolt on didn’t work, meaning we had 3G max whilst in Spain on hols, but we needed to work. Your online support has been pretty poor with no answers. Not good.

    @virginmedia There is no question about it, we will not renew any of our @virginmedia and @O2 contracts once they expire, as the customer service is abhorrent.

    @O2 please advise your complaints service telephone number, dont appreciate being told you can't speak to a manager as no managers work at the weekend. Over 60mins on the phone, going round in circles. The member of staff couldn't help as her shift was finishing soon. Very poor!

    @O2 I have been trying to sort my contract out for almost 2 weeks.I have spoken to numerous advisors on a daily basis,been into an O2 store,promised faithfully a call back(which I never got) and been given conflicting advise on EVERY occasion. I am FED up !! Sort it please !!

    @O2 Can nothing be done to trace the whereabouts / location of the number is operating from? There must be a signal mast it's connected to, to be able to send messeges. Someday if not already they're going to get vulnerable people.
