    @wxmsmith @O2 Yeah. Was on Tesco mobile for years which uses O2’s network. Would constantly have 4G but it’d rarely work/load anything. Swapped to EE and no issues now 👍🏼

    @O2 Why is my reception so rubbish? My wife is on 3 and her internet is more than twice as fast and not just at home - everywhere! It’s not a device issue or a temporary reception issue, or a dead spot. It’s just absolute rubbish. Absolutely everywhere.

    @O2 Really appreciate your help. I’m hotspotting from my wife’s phone (on 3)…. Boom! Instant connectivity. I’ve been with O2 for years and it’s worse now than when we didn’t have 4G.

    Dear @O2 we're in Southport Town centre and the data signal isn't even 3G. Your service has degraded badly everywhere in the last few weeks. What are you going to do about it? PS do not direct me to your website.

    @iandicko73 @O2 They all need to invest heavily in their delivery systems - they overcharge us for a service that only works 50% of the time - if that. It’s an insult to Trade Descriptions to call them ‘smart’ phones. Rip off phones would be more accurate 😡😡

    @O2 It improves sometimes, but is generally awful. I often have to wait for What’s App messages to send, and frequently miss calls as people can’t get through. It’s not my phone - new iPhone 12.

    @O2 amazing customer service at Aylesbury shop this morning. This is why I stay with O2.. been a customer since 1994 in Cellnet select days. Thanks for sorting out my tariff!
