The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

You guys need to fix your payment system, the email verification for login doesn’t work properly and when login finally works it automatically attempts to take payment on whatever wallet shows then fails. Then login has to be attempted again. And fails.
