@O2 my direct debits came out a week later than it should have for some reason and I still owe for 1 of them. I keep trying to pay and its saying there's an issue with my payment and there shouldn't be.

Never go with @O2 they don’t value loyal customers at all and can’t even come close to competing with other providers! Basically got told to accept their ridiculous offer or terminate my contract 😂🖕🏼

@O2 why can u get issue with calls dropping in the IG6 area sorted quicker, been 3 weeks very horrendous service. My calls drop or vanish for 20-30secs this is no way to run a business especially when you don’t update your customers. Have to wait 48hrs for update shocking

I’ve been getting great 5G from @O2 recently, so I decide to upgrade and get some more data. The twist: after the upgrade, 5G stops working. I contact support. They “reassure” me that I couldn’t have been getting 5G as my location isn’t on their coverage map. Now I’m stuck 🙈

@O2 I haven’t had worse experience with any other network provider or their insurance before! Lost my phone on the 07/08/21 and after 5 faulty replacement devices later I am still without a phone today. Paying nearly a £100 a month yet this kind of service! Thanks but no thanks.
