Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

@Bentley1uk @O2 You could try going into an O2 shop if there is one local to you. I had to do the same thing but got told there were already 3 sim-swaps in progress despite the app telling me there was a problem when I tried to do it. YMMV
