    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 really poor shop service. Missold a product in Hull (as I happened to be there on Wednesday). Tried to return it at the store in Nottingham (as I happen to be here today) and told I have to return it to Hull. Pretty sure that not what the law says. 🤬

    @O2 @decembersOurss The que and waiting time is the same so that doesn't make sense. Priority used to happen 24hours before. Time to change network i guess

    @O2 But, you cannot get the system to work that way! If I want anything else but, to pay the monthly payment online it just defaults to hanging up and a message saying bye! Not even the option to speak to someone! This isn’t good enough for service
