    Been with @O2 as long as I've had a phone, but think I'm going to have to finally bite the bullet and switch. Their app/site is such a pain in the arse to use — it's a struggle to even log in, never mind change anything.

    @o2 By any definition your customer service is horrendous. I have wasted more hours and energy trying to resolve a problem. Which is still not resolved.
