    @O2 This has lead me to ask for contact with a senior member of staff or their complaints procedure to which I have been ignored. Over the moon I’ve been a customer for the best part of 20 years!

    @VMO2News @O2 terrible service trying to add a new phone to my contract as part of family plan. Your advisor knew nothing has set it as a general new contract so no discount and could not answer basic questions. He got stroppy when pushed for answers

    @O2 excuse me but why are you turning off the 4G service on my account when that’s what I pay for and what have you turned off 4G calls you have no right and I like this reinstated on my phone ASAP you don’t either send anything in a email
