    So two hours since I Tweeted @O2 and no reply you claim that you are the UK’s No.1 Network. No.1 at what, it’s definitely not customer service it’s very clear that you don’t care. People should stay well clear of your services from what I can see.

    Ordered a new iPhone 12 pro and decided to switch over to @O2 from @EE been with them for years now but their customer service is appalling as well there offers. Plus got told I had to wait 8 weeks for a phone o2 said I could order for next week. Wont be sad to see the back of EE

    @O2 Fancy telling me why I have absolutely no access to my network? Unable to call, go online or even contact o2 on the app? Having to use wifi hotspot to tweet
