Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

@O2 how can you tell what’s using up my data. Phone not being used in two days & notced data going down. Iv now switched everything off so has to use in Wi-Fi but is there any way to find out what’s used it up please

@O2 just signed up to O2 in the hope to use the volt option however I’m greeted with the message virgin media isn’t available at your address - I’ve been a virgin media customer since 2018 so it is most definitely available at my address.

@O2 It was tickets to an O2 academy every month for a year. Yes I chased it up several times and due to Covid obviously impacting on all gigs asked if there was any alternative but never heard anything back.
