@O2 m planning on doing my upgrade in store but they are offering no discounts or benefits being an exsisting customer basically I am being treated as a new customer, I can’t really see the benefit as other networks offer far better deals for new customers….

Just got a text from @O2 that they will be increasing rates 'in line with inflation'. Poor telecoms giant. I can't wait to see how much they're struggling in their revenue report which will be released tomorrow....

@O2 @O2 but would I be exempted from the early exit fees due to having cancel due a friend or family passing away even I was the one who was credit checked? Would the bereavement department still cancel it without fees?

@O2 I just downloaded the app and logged in using the Virgin login button. Entered user and pass its asked for my number, which they'll send me a 6 digit code. I havent received this text. Tried wifi and 4g but no luck. Its not urgent, just wondered if others are having same issues

@O2 If I buy a contract for someone else like a family member or a friend and they pass away can I cancel the contract without exit fees? Due to the bereavement?
