    @O2 Hi, please can you advise why we can't sign into priority app on any phone in our household. It has been fine for several months but we seem to have been locked out. We have a virgin media sign in. Yesterday we signed up to an extra O2 phone contract. Now, we have no access.

    @O2 why have I received a 97p bill for a contract I cancelled the day after I took it out (obviously within the cooling off period and I never even used the sim, it’s still in the sealed packaging) and why can’t I view it anywhere/haven’t got the option to pay it in anyway?

    .@O2 any reason why your app is deleting messages? I’ve tried messaging the Customer Services help twice in the last two days and all messages have been deleted!

    @O2 worst upgrade experience ever. Upgraded thurs, wasn’t done properly, spent 6 hours trying to resolve getting sent around the houses. Finally able to pick up next phone Fri & now airtime contract not set up & new sim doesn’t work & now another 48 hours to wait. Sort it out
