    Unbelievable bad customer service from @o2 they offer a good deal then say it never was offered and can’t even try to offer any kind of a deal

    Hi @O2 - I moved across to you from @VodafoneUK with a number I’ve had for over 20 years and I’ve never received a single spam text message. So far this week I’ve had four - including one from “O2 Billing”. Did you sell my number to a spammer or is it just hacked? 🤔

    @virginmedia @O2 I understand very little of this reply. Please clarify if O2 will attempt to take £25 of mine for nothing. Cos that will cause me to cancel. As far as I knew my contract is with you. It's your error not mine. You sort it.

    @O2 I have had a fraud been on going since April. After being into multiple O2 shops all I have been told is to phone customer service and the fraud team I have spoke to both teams twice and then just keep saying wait 45 days. This is beyond a joke get it sorted O2

    @virginmedia @O2 Again you fail to answer my very simple question. O2 are actioning because of the information about me you supplied to them. I have had no contact with O2. Why should I be on the phone for god knows how long to them sorting out your mess. Ombudsman next I fear.

    Oh @O2 in Plymouth you offer the prospect of a service. I see the little 5G symbol pop up on my phone. Yet once again you won’t even let me make a call. I can only live with the dream of searching internet on my phone sometime in this decade.
