@amandalouise_ @O2 Same crap they told me this morning! Apparently the porting doesn’t work over the weekend either, so was told it may be Monday or Tuesday. I Don’t believe anything they say! Best of luck!

@KaiserChiefs really disappointed with frontman Ricky Wilson being smashed @o2 tonight whilst trying to perform. He let his fans down and the band didn't look happy with him either. Been to see them many times in the past but this will probably be the last.

@O2 I am sorry but its not working . There is no signal whatsoever. As soon as I am out of wifi coverage, I am totally unreachable, this needs to be fixed ASAP please.

Hi @O2 I've sent a few DMs with followup information concerning not being able to activate the Volt benefits; my friend had the same issue and said you were able to sort it out your side. If my DMs could be looked at, that would be appreciated.

@O2 have to say your support service is absolutely unhelpful when travelling abroad in a different time-zone and you need timely help. This means help when I need it and not when it’s convenient to you and your organisation!

@kendie @O2 I went into a store eventually & all they did was remove and reinsert my sim card & its been fine since! However I've since spoken to their customer service & the way I was treated was utterly disgusting, a huge complaint has been filed after being LAUGHED at over my finances! 🤬
