So @O2 4G network has become so congested lately that I’m finding I have signal but no throughput, it’s become so bad that disabling 4G and sticking to 3G is actually better.

@O2 ordered a phone upgrade last night. You’ve taken the rest of the device plan payment straightaway from my card but now you’ve found that you don’t have the new phone in stock. Really poor customer service.

Zero customer loyalty from @O2. Won’t let a very long term customer (BT Cellnet, remember them!) add 5G to SIM only plan. Told I’ll have to buy a 5G handset from O2 to do that. Already have the new 5G handset. In a couple of months and I’ll be an ex long term customer

Called twice and had the phone put down on me, tried to contact via the app to be told I've a 1 minute waiting time for 30 mins, tried Twitter and still nothing. @O2 I just want to speak to someone about my phone that hasn't arrived!
