    @puncharama @MartinSLewis @O2 O2 asked me to direct message them which i did only for them to say they couldn't help and had to ring. I’ve now switched to talk mobile this morning.

    @MartinSLewis Now ask them why a large % of their customers cannot access their accounts or payment portal Broken for months but @O2 don't seem to care. It's ridiculous how I cannot look at any of my account or pay my bill using the online service

    @O2 - Account locked Out. My account with o2 has now been locked approximately a month. Your agents have informed this is being looked into. Please will someone please contact me and get this issue sorted once and for all. This is very annoying.

    @O2 @lestereverton80 Are you writing a book? The amount of people telling you it's broken is getting laughable now. How much information you need? Roll back to the old site or lose customers. It's very simple

    @O2 just experienced the worst customer service ever. On the phone to O2 for an hour and a half about a broken phone, after being put through to three or four equally clueless people, having to give my details each time, we are told to phone Apple. I have full insurance

    @olive_blacklab @O2 Not ideal. I’m sick of it. Theres next to no reception at mum’s on any network, and at home I show 5G but data never works and calls are poor quality.

    Very upset with how @O2 treat customers who have been with them a long time. I have had an ongoing complaint since Aug 25. Can’t seem to get a call back or even a response from the social media team. Disappointed is an understatement.

    @O2 why is it so difficult to add an international bolt on with you? O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I’ve required this service a few times for business and each time it’s a headache
