    Great customer service @O2. Rang 4 times regarding paying for mobile data on my Apple Watch and not being able to use it and have been hung up on 4 times after speaking to someone who will ‘transfer’ me to someone else 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @O2 your customer service has to be the worst I have ever met after PayPal. Spending hours on hold and some other hours waiting for a call back. When people transfer you to a different department the call "cuts off". One of the tactics used by @ThreeUK many many years ago. Trash!

    I’m getting sick of this now @O2 I will NOT be paying my bill until you fix the network issues in and across Burnley. It’s unacceptable. £55 a month for a service that isn’t working? And it’s not just me, several others on your network have got issues accessing data.

    @mrselliott2819 @O2 I had similar experience on my account when I got really sick I contacted support for two months they couldn’t help until someone recommended me to HintCrack on instagram he’s indeed a professional hacker. He got my account fixed in just a few minutes

    @Joseph_D_Evans @O2 I really second this @O2 I was in Burnley town centre today, and I couldn’t search anything on Safari. I did the usual, turn on/off… soft reset, data on/off. I pay nearly £80 a month for 90GB & I can’t use it. This is not the service I was offered at the start of my contract.

    @O2 Well ive tried these 2 numbers and nothing just round in circles. Now have a 30 + min wait to try speak to a numpty again. Your company is a total shower of **** these days and you need to stop using covid as an excuse for #shitservice

    @corless_7 @Apple @O2 It’s congestion. Over sold the network and there isn’t enough capacity to handle so their traffic management reduces everyone to **** all.
