@O2 this is getting ridiculous every time I go into central Bristol I basically have no signal and I think why do I bother paying my bill if everyday I go into central Bristol I can’t even use my phone yet When u pay for a service u expect it not a half service 😞😞😞😞

@O2 I would just like to ask why my signal is so shocking, I can’t get signal anyware in my house or when I leave I rarely get signal. Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!

@O2 been trying to get hold of help From customer help line but to no avail freeze billing now until we get back to work or come get your phone help people stay in touch until the crisis is over

@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

@O2 @OakNational I would advise against any sort of business with O2, they have just the worst customer service ever. They refuse to engage with customers on the phone or by email, any issues they just don't care about and pass you from pillar to post but nobody will own a problem to completion.

@O2 To be fair to you i'm only just on the edge of 5G coverage and I suspect my phone is being a bit optimistic about it. Suspect it can see the 5G carrier but it's not strong enough signal wise to be useful.

Been waiting since January for @O2 #fraud team to call back over YEARS of unauthorised payments. Even after reporting, I've been charged again. Today I've been hung up on twice by #CustomerService just for asking to speak to the team. Can anyone at @O2 help?!
