@O2 must be having a bubble. No data or voice for the last few hours. I’ve been out and about in Bristol with others who are on O2 but they’ve not had any issues.

@jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

Oh bloody hell @O2 this is ridiculous. First rule of customer service; when passing through internally you inform the agent of the customer’s details & enquiry. It’s not meant to be a cold call. Nearly an hour to do something we were promised would be quick & simple?!

After being a loyal and happy customer for 8 years I will be leaving @ThreeUK when my contract ends later this month. Visiting my parents later this year for a month would cost me over £50 in roaming charges on a new @ThreeUK contract. It will cost me £0 with @O2. No brainer!!

@O2 Managed to get through 10 times now, each time I receive "yes I will transfer you to the returns department", then the system sends me back to the start of the customer care line. Told a guy what was happening and he immediately just started offering me different plans. A joke
