@Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

@O2 This is getting ridiculous every time I go into BS1 area of Bristol I get no signal and only 0.43mb data speed how am I meant to us fmy phone with that slow speed and u say u invest billions in the network yet I can only get 0.43mb so someone is lying I think #o2 #joke

@O2 I'm really disappointed with O2 and your courier @DHLParcelUK. I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

@O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

@O2 hi! I upgraded my handset on Saturday 8th May. There’s no issue at all apart from me still waiting for an email with my link to apply the O2 Open airtime discount I get? The staff member assured me I’d receive it, I hope it’s not gone past the time allowed to apply it.

Been with @O2 since 2003, never had any issues with them. During the past year, mum's phone has been a lifeline, being stuck at home, shielding, she has been able to still talk to friends. But I've given up tying to get an #O2Surprise from them. #O2

@Louise243 @O2 I totally agree with you Louise, and why did they send the alert out twice, one at 7:45am and the other at 8am (heard some ppl got it 3 times ) Luckily I was awake and having my breakfast but it's such a bad time to do it.
