I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Very poor service all-round.

We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.
