    @O2 am assisting my disabled brother. catch 22. No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

    @O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

    @O2 still waiting for a refund on a returned phone case since July...numerous phone calls resulting in last one on 11/10 we will take it off your phone bill for you but full amount taken today. Can’t get through on phones can you please advise as I’m pretty fed up with service

    @O2 on the website it says to contact your customer services to change my name and other issues I want to discuss yet the only way I can get through to someone is to say I’ve had fraud occur! All I want to do is speak to someone why is it so hard. Chat is also unavailable

    @O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

    @virginmedia I would happily self serve online, via a browser or app, as you incessantly encourage me to do, but when the page says “oops something went wrong, we’re unable to change your package online”, its very frustrating. @O2 will help you soon!

    What is the point of complaining to @o2? Complaint sent 06/09 multiple times chased up formally 20/11 no reply now 06/0/21. Told someone looking at as a priority still nothing @MarkEvansO2

    @O2 Iphone delivered in march.. not worked properly since received. Passed between different tech support technicians for months. O2 finally agree the phone has to be faulty & will exchange under warranty. no phone turns up after several broken promises. Disgusting service

    @O2 Not sure what you need to look into further I gave you the company name and number - you are giving out customer details to a third party without there consent. The number that called has been reported by others and clearly harasses people. I don’t trust O2 with my details

    Trying to pay my @O2 bill is just so painful. App doesn't load when on WiFi and when on 4G it's stupid slow and works 50% of the time and the website just doesn't load at all. Seriously, do you want me to pay my bill or not?

    @O2 Wifi calling is off - as it was before. 4g voice and data is on, as is VoLTE- again, unchanged. I’ve never seen this pop up before. I don’t believe there is a setting on the phone to turn off 4g voice calls only - setting is for voice and data. So what is happening?
