Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!

Apparently, even though you have reduced my signal down to one bar rendering my phone useless, I just have to accept that and keep paying my monthly subscription whilst in contract. Arguably just one UK network would be better

I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.
