Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!

I have been a customer with o2 all my life but because of my experience in the bath o2 branch with James I am moving to a different company! His customer service was horrendous and he was very rude! Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.
