I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. Is there a chance you could please check your signal systems as being in the Center of Bristol and having no signal is not customer satisfaction!
