I upgraded my contract with you and asked for a delivery date of 05/03/20. I waited in all-day for nothing. I tried to contact DHL and didn't receive the courtesy of a returned call. For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?

marny (@mrmarny) reported@O2 I can call, receive calls, text but cannot get texts. Support told me to get a new SIM, ordered on 22/5 nothing arrived, today told to wait till third week of June. Zero urgency or escalation, no complaint route, I am frustrated!!!
