    @JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

    @O2 found out you’ve charged my 14 yr old son £120 for the last 2 months phone bill on a tariff that’s only £3 per month and was supposed to be capped last July so this could never happen again.. Turns out your agent capped my phone instead on an unlimited tariff? Over to you.

    @O2 must be having a bubble. No data or voice for the last few hours. I’ve been out and about in Bristol with others who are on O2 but they’ve not had any issues.

    @O2 Yes. I always register for the updates. Your signal is shocking. Every week there's an issue. Glad I don't pay the bill and it's a works phone. Never would I take a contact out with you even if it was free as always relying on WiFi calling as your signal is no existent.

    @O2 When I purchased it a few years ago now, for my daughter to go on school trip to France, I was told it would work, it didn’t and I just thought it was in a rubbish service area! Defeats the object really, I’ll be cancelling my contract when I return to uk!

    @nothing are you not going to address the green tint issues the Nothing Phone 1 is facing? U.K. based customer here, pretty gutted I’ve had to send the original purchase and replacement back to @O2. Unfortunately it’s a refund for me now! Surely you can’t just keep selling them?

    @weardalepriest @tescomobile I've contacted tesco / @o2 every day for the last week, and keep getting fobbed off too. It's getting beyond a joke. Just come here and try and make a call! Check out nenthead noticeboard on facebook. Multiple people having same problem. Phone works fine outside the area.

    so turns out @O2 roaming just straight up throttles speed to 500kbps "to manage traffic". You pay for" unlimited data", and they solve that saying "you can have unlimited, incredibly slow data". is that actually legal?

    @O2 The signal at my home and my place of work on O2 are totally unusable. Sometimes I get 1 bar of 4G but the download speeds when I run a speed test are <1mb. Don't want to cancel because I don't want to pay the fee so want to move my number to EE and keep the O2 SIM running down
