@O2 disappointing customer service from O2 over last few days. Poor that after numerous failures all I get is sorry! Feel you could do more when your staff have made same misquote over and over. Lack of training or a deliberate sales policy? Normally DM but just really unhappy

@O2 Yesterday at about 4pm my phone signal at home went from 3-4 bars strong consistent signal to 0-1. I've tried following the troubleshoot on your website, however no solution. Website coverage says no issues in area, but problem is on multiple O2 phones in household.

@O2 have just cut my ability to make phone calls after trying to fix a technical issue. They’ve ended up making it worse and now my number comes up invalid. Customer services over phone are useless advising me to wait 24 hours and call back again if there is an issue?!Not good.

@O2 I’ve recently moved and my signal is awful. My calls drop out and no one can hear me on the phone. How do I contact you as I keep getting fobbed off! I pay an extortionate amount each month and can’t use my phone.
