    @O2 hi I cannot use priority app. It doesn't login. Says there's a problem. I tried switching network and I uninstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

    @O2 I've got a formal complaint pending at the moment so I doubt online team could push it any further but appreciate you guys wanting to look into this, will DM you the complaint reference number. And yes, PAC code would be good too, will send my number in that same dm.

    @O2 any idea how Im expected to sign into my O2 account when strangely I cant scan the QR code on the phone Im trying to sign in with, nothing like making it easy to access your own account
