    I would avoid @O2 at all costs folks. Two complaints. Still no phone. Awful service, no help from anyone. Just poor quality customer care. Stay well away

    Thank goodness all our @O2 devices have such great service here as the satellite internet people do not seem in any hurry to fix our broadband. They say an engineer might come out in "around 10 days". Why do we need an engineer for a billing mistake? They have no idea either

    Does anyone on here use @O2 mobile broadband? Think I need a separate internet provider. Too many devices on one network with all the working from home. Any advice/reviews would be appreciated #O2 #broadband
