    I have to say I used to think @O2 were a decent company, its a shame that the service i am getting get worse by the week, they have had my phone for weeks and it was meant to be 3 day repair, they dont have a clue what they are doing

    @O2 What the hell. Pre ordered S21 Ultra. Got a message yesterday to say it was delayed to the 5th (bad enough given it was a pre-order) and now have an email to say its out of stock.... Answers as to when you will be delivering my phone that was due TODAY on pre-order please...

    @O2 phoned yesterday sorted my payment out said it would be paid on the 4th customer service said that's fine just checked my phone and I've been cut off .... brilliant
