Just had two emails from @O2 the first said we’d fixed the problem and indeed I was able to make calls today. The second said they could not find a problem! Good to know what they are doing!

@O2 So really what you’re saying about the fault from Sept being fixed is a bit of a moot point, it’s all well and good telling customers that one fault has been fixed but there’s ‘1/2/3’ other issues that still need repairing, so until then we’re stuck without mobile internet…

@O2 hi, I'm trying to add the £5.99 Disney+ extra from o2 Priority to my account but it just says 'Oops, there's been a problem. Sorry, we can't show you this extra at the moment.' I'd like to add this before the offer expires at the end of this month please.

@O2 no surprise that another promise to be contacted by O2 customer service has not happened. Do not use O2 the level of incompetence has been unbelievable. 21 days and still not connected.
