    @O2 is the network down ? I had to walk home just now because I couldn’t access my bank account I’m fuming it’s 32 degrees !!!!!

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    Used @o2 satellite up at @Beamish_Museum and was able to send and recieve texts and also whatsapps... No signal on EE so relied on o2... well done.. (this was on a iPhone 17 Pro Max)

    @O2 @Propertyshe Hi @o2 I’m having trouble with my refund.your agent told me my request was going to be processed on18th of April after she got all my details.have been waiting ever since then but,nothing has happened.

    @O2 Duh. The issue is the recorded message from your network telling me that my phone is blocked despite your staff telling me that my account is not in arrears and my DD was taken on the 11th without issue.

    @GraemeNason @O2 I’ve been waiting for over 12 weeks to get this issue resolved Graeme. Sick of ringing them now and getting the 48hr fix response.

    @dayvales @O2 Had this since December Dave,and O2 just give me the same old spin everytime. I’m currently looking for a better network in my area so I can leave asap. Shocking service
