    @O2 @Ofcom you have now blocked my partners mobile to the point of being unable to make an emergency call. I believe this is illegal…? FIX IT!!!

    @O2 You're not helping me stay connected! Can't receive calls, been months! Internet is terrible even though it's 5G! Regret switching from my old provider. O2 won't allow me to exit contract. Worst network I ever signed up to. Ogoing on since August! Diabolical and a disgrace!!

    @O2 HELP - I have a new iPad and have transferred my o2 sim from the old iPad into the new and although showing a full connection the data connection doesn’t work 🙈

    @virginmedia @O2 Didn't reply. No one has took the complaint and given a reference and no one has so far got near resolving the issues.

    @O2 I did a sim swap from Vodafone last Tuesday and since then I have not been receiving calls or SMS messages on my phone. I have called customer services twice and reported this since then and it has not been resolved. I have not been able to receive calls for a week now.
