    @O2 Seeing as you’re not replying to my DM: Hi I’ve just tried that and it’s not working. Says no service. But it connects to the one I said before but only goes to ‘E’ and doesn’t work. I’m using an iPhone 7. Why is this so difficult to solve?

    @O2 absolutely disgraceful service from 02 mobile. Upgraded to IPhone at Christmas for our sons Christmas present; 6 months later and still no network.

    @O2 my advice to anybody thinking of using o2 is DON’T unless it’s the last one in your area with a signal? Even then just move house it’s easier!

    @O2 I haven't received my order yet no. It got dispatched today though. And I can login with my username and password but if I tap on anything within the app it just gives an error 500.
