    hey @O2 im thinging of upgrading to a phone and found it cheaper on a 3rd party website than your page. i believe it would be a new contract. I'm wondering if it is possible to cancel my old contract and take my number to the new one with you guys

    @O2 Your call handler refused to put me through to that team because I didn’t know the password on the account even though I could answer all the other questions. She was rude and unhelpful despite me explaining that this had been discussed with that team already

    Ah @O2 the inevitable delivery delay of the new Samsung. For once it would be nice to have the info sooner than the day before expected delivery. It can't be brand new information for you today that you've got shipping problems? #SamsungS21

    @O2 She did that. You suggested popping in to a local O2 discuss. (HELLO! WE'RE IN LOCKDOWN AND COULD BE MONTHS TIME WHILE STILL THIEVING FROM HER!!?) What are running here some old fairground side show where the customer can never win?

    Seriously @VodafoneUK 4th week of problems, now sent a formal complaint, been lied to repeatedly and today is the last straw. Strongly advise anyone considering leaving @O2 @TalkTalkGroup from an apparent better deal, they are miles better than this awful company! Don’t do it!

    @Ofcom hi I'm experiencing terrible customer service from @O2. Not had phone signal for 2 months and just keep getting fobbed off with a mask being down. Yet at points they have even said the mask is fine when I'm having issues

    @TheRedSoph @O2 @EE We were with o2 years ago but when moved house signal was non existanr so got ee been with them for 10 years plus no bother x
