    @O2 Can someone in the UK explain your renewal pricing? We’re an O2 Business customer. We have a written renewal offer, but your telephone team is quoting completely different prices and says prices change monthly. We’ve now had to raise a formal complaint. Please explain

    @O2 Apart from resetting network settings I tried everything else, switching phone off and on, switching mobile date on and on. You can see from what others are saying (especially the person saying he lives near the ground and has had problems in last few days) 1/2

    @O2 No signal at all in Aberdaron. No signal in Porthmadog and no signal in Beddgelert. What am I paying for with this rubbish service?

    It's scary how **** mobile coverage is in the UK. My Internet is down and using 5G is comparable to dial up. Sort it out @O2

    @O2 do you want to explain to me how I can have 5G and 2/3 bars and not be able to send an iMessage or use my internet based apps please? Why is my signal appalling when it shows it should be working

    @O2 when will the signal/data issue be repaired in TQ12 area, it’s been saying there’s a mast issue for days now. Shame I can make a ‘paying you’ issue for the days that I’ve had no signal/data!
