    @O2 @JodieLivermore You haven’t responded to my message about this from this morning - this is obviously a uk wide issue

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

    @O2 Why? Are you going to solve this issue today of me not being able to make phone calls here in the US?

    @O2 @TomTugendhat You gaslighting *******. 5G in places like Manchester centre is like being back on one2one using WAP it's that's ******* slow. Stop paying out board members and upgrade your bloody network!

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You had 13 years to fix this mess. What do did the Tories do in government again ?

  • Carswift

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE So the Gov has to drop money from public infrastructure and fix the mess of private companies? And then these private companies will take the profit? hah

    @O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. The phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.

  • Arfurgolf
    Rod Clarke (@Arfurgolf) reported

    @O2 why are your customer services refusing to replace a brand new 16 day old iPhone 17 . It’s faulty and they are making life very difficult. Worst customer care ever.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did the last government prioritise over phone signals? The problem is not new

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 14 years in power and it wasn't a problem then?
