Unbelievably bad service from @O2 After holding for hours to get through, told they could not take our call because my wife, who is not the a/c-holder, picked up the phone first, spoke & passed it to me, the a/c-holder. The call-handler then rang off mid-call (because 6pm?...)

@O2 Just had on of your CS reps hang up on me. I'm trying to sort a problem with my 85 year old mothers phone. Was waiting 25 mins already to speak to CS. Shocking service to say the least. I would love it if someone can help and not treat me with contempt. #fuming.

  • RosieCoee rOsie (@RosieCoee) reported

@O2 still waiting for your fraud team to contact me regarding an urgent issue. I continue to receive threatening letters from you yet no contact to actually resolve the situation. I have phoned multiple times and customer service have been no help as they can’t transfer to fraud.

  • CammieRacing TFz Cammie Racing (@CammieRacing) reported

@Higgins_MTB @O2 I tried to call it back out of curiosity, it comes up as 'this number is not in service'

  • heyjayandes Jaime (@heyjayandes) reported

@O2 @o2 Is there a complaints department? I’m £170 out of pocket because of damage caused by your staff.

  • ChasWingrove Chas Wingrove (@ChasWingrove) reported

@O2 just had a text saying that you are removing the family bolt on. That is a liberty. Got it so my mum and dad can phone us and the grandkids anytime they want. Bad time to do it now especially as we're locked down. Disgusting behaviour.
