It’s been more than 10 days I am not able to receive any text messages and no one from O2 able solve my issue. If anyone out there can help me.

The last one had terrible reception, promised to call and didn’t. Who can help- ofcom?

Sarah Hodgson (@sarahlhodgson1) reported@wxmsmith @O2 Complained to them about this a couple years ago along with poor signal and they basically said they can’t cope with the demand in Wrexham. Ended up getting compensated as phone was unusable. Has improved since then but it’s still a bit naff. Worth contacting them and asking.
