    @O2 my son relies on his phone for business, he has no signal again and cannot even text. On Tuesday there automated reply was should be back to normal by 8pm Sat. Be warned about this awful contract breaking network. He cant even text or call them as no signal

    Fast forward to this morning. I realised what was wrong and called our doctors. I got an apt but they said someone would need to see him. I rung #111 who to be fair had a nurse ringing back really quickly. BUT apparently there was a problem with @o2 and @tescomobile use o2 masts.

    When are @O2 going to give me the service I pay for? You claim I can get a good internet connection & signal but it's absolutely appalling. I have complained a number of times, & still you're claiming to offer a good signal on your website. How'd u get away with the lies? #SCAM

    @O2 Hi, Porting from Vodafone to O2 yesterday. Lost service at 10am and since then nothing. No phone for almost 24 hours. Can you please help?!

    @O2 @themichaelowen It would be nice if I actually get to use what I pay for monthly. Service is unusable, on a regular basis I can't make phone calls, send texts or use my data because of the woeful signal. At least once a month a mast by me is down. I'm sure though o2 will take out the full amount

    @O2 I have a problem. I have an account I am unable to cancel. I no longer have access to the phone number (no sim) or the account (sends a text to confirm it's me to the phone number I can't access) and so the loop of anxiety and dread continues. Can someone help me? Please?
