    I’ve just called @O2 because the loudspeaker was quiet. It’s still in it’s warranty period and without any fuss she said she’ll replace it for a new one and I’ll have it in the morning. Amazing service

    @O2 anyone can please tell me what’s going on with the network in W13 9 I can’t receive message and call from last Saturday, I guess I need to change my provider.

    @O2 They are just as useless as still can’t give me a figure!! Your contact us page is also a joke as keeps going through loops and never gives an actual number to speak to a human.
