@o2 shockingly inadequate. Tied into an airtime agreement yet no signal, no service and @O2 considers this acceptable. Continue to charge monthly fee but provide no service. Absolutely feckless!

@O2 Doesn’t really help, I’ve never used 15gb data a month in my life, why would it suddenly just surge? Weird how it’s just as all other bills increase? Seems dodgy

@O2 The Fraud team looked into it ONLY after I complained to customer service. They informed Experian for a removal. But now falsely passed my information onto Lowell. @O2 still finding a way to harass me for money when it is YOU who should be compensating me!
