@O2 are your phones open? It rang, music which was so loud my ears are bleeding, had an automated voice saying I was the only one in the conference call (?!) now 43mins later you’ve terminated the call? I want to leave o2 asap as I’m paying for a service I can’t use!!

@Alyshaa_134 @O2 I know exactly how you feel. They have the front to tell me to be patient!!! I’m paying for this! From what I’ve read, lack of investment in infrastructure has meant the service massively dropped very quickly. But they still add new phones to its network!!

@O2 Several help pages state I need a Plus tariff. MyO2 says I have a refresh unlimited. That page says for USA I need O2 Travel plus £6 a day to use my data. I’m not sure which it is. It’s all inconsistent

@O2 The longer I am with O2 the more I realise it’s like smoking. O2 like smoking is a waste of money it dose not serve a purpose and it bad for your health .In O2 case just been with them causes stress. In other words give up O2 and out them in the bin where they belong.

@O2 ive messaged before, the signal in our area had been dropping out for months now, it's not good enough, can you tell us when it's going to be fixed? I cant make /receive phone calls again today for work. Its now worrying if there is a family emergency we cant use our phones
