    @O2 why have I received the message “O2 has turned off 4G calls on your account” and I now have no ability to make 4G calls as it drops to 3G calls? I have tried all the fixes suggested and nothing has rectified the issue?

    @Coalpool @O2 Move to @EE trust me! I didn’t get signal in Gartcosh for three years, zero signal at Eurocentral, loads of places, switched to EE & signal is excellent!

    @O2 I had better data in Gran Canaria for 2weeks than I have had in the last 8 months in the HD61JR area ! You keep saying you’ve fixed the problem with the mast . Wasn’t able to even send texts today
