    @O2 Any update on #VOLT changes? O2 Community site has been saying that O2 in one name / VM in another at same address issue will be fixed in Q1.....have tried asking over there and no updates......TIA

    @O2 why is the signal and data always very very poor no matter where I am within Manchester area? Worsley Urmston flixton Stockport trafford centre stretford Eccles??? It’s been like this since I joined!!! I want out of my contract! Customer service is none existent!!! Awful

    @AppleSupport finally @O2 admit they have a problem with getting Apple watches working but why haven't they sent messages out to that effect or let you know either! really poor customer service :-(

    Hey @O2 pls help. One page on your website says pre-paid data sims don’t work in an iPad Air Cellular. Elsewhere on the site it doesn’t say this and offers them. Please can you confirm if it does work or not in it? I always used to use that kind of O2 sim in my old iPad Pro.

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    @JamesOsypiw @VodafoneUK @O2 I’ve always hated Vodafone. I’ve been with O2 for about 10 years now, signal isn’t great, ever but the benefits are always worth having
