So DPD failed to deliver daughters new phone stating no one was in - attempted delivery wrong day & didn’t leave a card yet O2 have still not responded despite them “looking into it” on Monday & a complaint sent Tuesday. What’s the problem @O2?

@O2 pretty frustrating experience today with an online order and click&collect, chose store with stock for collection today only to find after checking out it that it wouldn't be available until the 25th. Told by local store this is a regular occurrence! Not a happy customer 🤬

@O2 lost phone reported. New sim given. Sim still not working after 3 days!! Oh dear they blocked the old phone I put my Sim in while waiting for my new one!! REALLY!!!! What is going on O2? How can that possibly happen I would love to know??

Disgusting service from @O2. After asking for a PAC code for my fathers account, you closed the account, didn't transfer the number out and now deny you have the number, yet if I call the number it says "Welcome to the O2 messaging service". Not happy at all.

If anyone is considering going swapping to become an .@O2 phone customer, please avoid doing so at all cost. They've sent already sent 3 inconsistent bills to md and charging at a premium rate ccing @Ofcom .
