@rocknroll66 @O2 I spent all day trying got in to booking my tickets after queuing and the site crashed still can’t get in yet I’ve seen people reselling tickets for £900 each !! o2 hang your head in shame !!

@O2 Absolutely shocking treatment of your customers, I have deleted the app and won’t ever use the shoddy service again. Once my O2 contract is up I am leaving. Nobody could get through in your app, yet hundreds available on eBay, I guess you run a multi level “priority” service.

@O2 You didn’t sell out at all the app was never working from at least 9am us paying customers never got Access because people were using a glitch to buy tickets they shouldn’t have had access to until Saturday 10am sort it!

@virginmedia @O2 I seriously want an explanation. How is it normal, working people like me, who pay their bills on time every month, cannot access the app, and yet ticket re-selling websites can? I want an explanation as to how you will fix this and what provisions are in place for Saturday.

@O2 How are you sold out? The app wasn’t working all day yesterday you then put a post up saying you making improvements and it’s doing the same thing today! Get to a login code even though I was logged in perfectly fine two days ago for it but then crashes 🤬🤬🤬🤬
