@O2 help with new switch up add on? Says it can be done online - can’t! Called the helpline, had no idea and said try online or go into store. Why have a campaign that actually can’t be done . Couldn’t think of where else to find help!

@O2 I’ve been with you for less than a day and I already want to leave. Long queues for help and staff don’t know what they are doing? I can’t log into account, even with temp passwords sent, they don’t know what idata or visual voicemail is so can’t activate that either. Joke

@Clf88 @O2 Same here my signal is ****, got no signal at home, and no signal in the city centre and it’s been going on for months and o2 don’t give a **** they just ignore u wen u complain and I’m locked in my contract so once it ends I’m leaving as o2 are ****
