    @O2 does anyone else have any problems logging into the O2 priority app as mine keeps crashing so cannot get any of the freebies especially cinema tickets. Contacted O2 and emailed priority department but useless at resolving the issue 😡😤

    @VModifiedMind @O2 It is possible for the SIM to be misprovisioned, such that the network doesn't admit traffic from you unless it has enough spare capacity. The symptoms you'll see are no data flow in multiple areas, despite good signal and working 4G calling.

    @O2 I pity the people that you have migrated onto your new website platform. It is awful. It was created without considering the #customerexperience. It robs folks of things they used to be able to perform effortlessly.

    What has happened to @O2 coverage. I’ve gone from having 4G coverage all the time to 3G all the time. Why should I pay my phone bill when I’m not getting the service promised
