    @O2 trying to get a new esim profile as I have a new handset and can't get through. Been on hold 40 minutes each time for past few days. Live help says they can't help. This is frustrating.

    @O2 due to apparently essential maintenance being carried out in my area, I have had no signal for nearly a week, there uncle to make/receive calls,how long can I expect this to continue?

    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

    @O2 Er… No You’ve totally got this wrong.. it wasn’t me that couldn’t process Upgrade.. It was YOU who couldn’t process it.. I’ve talked to your cust serv team after a week of nothing.. They advised a visit to an O2 store to fix, they also unable to process.. utterly astounding!

    Congratulations to @O2 for having the worst App experience I’ve had for a long time and the least flexible plans around. I have three phone numbers with a combined monthly data of 120gb yet I cannot share that data across the three plans.

    @O2 hi again @o2, does anyone actually answer your DM’s please? Been waiting since Monday for Kerrie from resolutions to call me back as promised, can someone call me in her absence to actually resolve my ongoing issue - now over 3 months after raising it?
