@O2 Hey guys, my phone was out for delivery at 10:02 by @DPDgroup_news. 6 minutes later it was updated to say it cannot be updated as they cannot find my address. DPD Live chat now advise that the full address was not provided. Can you help?

@O2 any idea why I was unable to access any services at all from Thursday to Monday whilst at Green Man Festival ? EE and Vodaphone friends had no issues ? Battery eaten up , no means to communicate.

I’ve had no signal or very poor signal on @ThreeUK for four years, had to rely on WiFi calling! Finally got around to switching to @O2 and instantly have full signal. I am finally free of that awful network and it’s crap customer services. #imfree

@O2 so I’ve tried 3-4 time over this month to speak to someone, but, no joy……. I’ve had approx 2monthscwhere I’ve not been able to call text or even go online due to the poor signal each time I’ve checked I get the message due to the number of people in my area?????
