    @O2 what a joke - trying to get into site for hour and half and still not working- why advertise priority sales and not have the tech to handle it

    @O2 It’s 11.30 and you still can’t access Priority! You should be embarrassed, shambles of a company. Priority crashing every time tickets go on sale and can never get reception at an event with more than 100 people attending! EE here we come.

    @O2 Unprecedented? It's Peter Kay! Not prepared I'd say. In the meantime it appears American Express have not had an epic technology fail and their customers are snapping up all the presale tickets.

    @O2 This should be an easy solution. Each ticket that is sold should require a passport number/National id/driving license number and then if you can’t go it should refunded by the company that sold it and resold at its face value. viagogo and the such are parasites counting the ££££
