    O2 in my town center is the worst signal I've ever had If it carries on, I will be going down a legal route and getting my contract terminated. Absolutely useless @O2

    @robbierad2k @O2 They don’t have a clue what there doing! Their customer service is none existent! All I’ve heard recently about o2 is bad like what happened to outstanding customer service I once received! 3 week wait now for me too apparently! I don’t think so!

    @curtis_harper @O2 They still use DPD. Mine came with DHL though, the issue with them is like you say, you get no notification and the tracking link is so unreliable, starts off telling you what drop you are with a map that tells you which drop the driver is on and your one hour time slot, unfortunately the map eventually disappears and you just have the one hour time slot but DHL drivers aren’t made to stick to the time slots so they can turn up anytime

    @O2 Do you have a specialist customer service team where I can talk to the same person? One of your customer service team completely botched a transfer of ownership and I have spent 3 hours on the phone with them passing the buck to each other! #badcustomerservice

    @O2 my account says voucher used for Greggs drink but it never worked in polmadie Greggs so I had to pay full price.
