    @O2 need someone from complaints department to call me. I have been missold a product, 20gb of data swallowed in 5 days!? I have been a customer for years and never gone over my data allowance! Something is wrong here since my upgrade!!! Absolutely disappointed

    This must be a joke @O2 - I have issues with my phone and your support page asks me to log in AND SENDS AN SMS FOR VERIFICATION TO MY NON WORKING LINE? What about being able to reach support in other ways? Will move off o2 asap

    @itspaulactually @callumkempp @O2 Yepp. I checked their checker thing and they say its just so many people using it but I never had issues with them before and now it's just gone down hill
