Shocking service from @O2 just joined & am considering leaving already. I've rang 202 to speak to someone & when it finally says this call may take up to 15 minutes the automated service then says "bye" & hangs up. Well I may just say bye to o2 as I have a 14 day cancellation.

@O2 you’re customer service is appalling, i was on a call for two and a half hours yesterday trying to sort out a settlement fee and i get kicked out of the call while i was on hold, i call back today and you’re company keep throwing me between departments, truly disgusted.

What has happened to @o2 customer service? Phones not answered for over 1/2 hour if at all, Live chat too busy…I can book callback for 16th December though!! Time to move?!
