    @O2 tried to report fraudulent callers using your system to send 6 digit security codes out to your customers as part of password resets and customer service hung up on me twice. You don't care about the security of your customers data. Been a customer for a decade, until then.

    @O2 hi, I am trying to port a number from Voxi to O2. The Voxi service disconnected yesterday morning but I’m still on the temp O2 number. Called customer service last night who said it’d be done “within minutes”. Still not done. I need my number active. Thanks.

    @O2 Day 140 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 my number hasn’t ported over to your network fully. I have moved from Vodafone to O2 and my O2 sim has no signal. I started the process on Sunday night.

    @O2 Telefonica is a criminal outfit and they do not give a flying f*** about the UK, hence almost zero investment in network coverage over here.

    @O2 recently joined you from Vodafone. Started process of porting my number over on 2.4.23 and it’s still not gone through. I’ve received a bill from you already but I’m not even set up with you properly yet. Please help port number!
