@O2 what’s the point of blue Mondays when the prizes aren’t actually free? You have to spend on that awful app to send someone a voucher so you can get one yourself - that’s not a prize, the only gift is to the business you’re generating customer for

@O2 - my parents are travelling to Switzerland at the weekend and are on the standard PaYG tariff. I’m struggling to find an answer on your website as to the cost of actually using their phone abroad (without buying a bolt on for £1.99 a day!!!) any help would be appreciated…

@dshensmith @ThreeUK - I’ve been considering leaving @O2 due to their continually declining network coverage in towns and cities, so looking for an alternative. However what you’ve been doing here is a massive red flag, so you’re off my list for sure.
