    @O2 need some help - new iPhone in February, previous info/data transferred from old iPhone. Green text messages not sending to anyone without iPhone (message send failure every time). Need this fixing ASAP but can't get hold of an O2 advisor.

    @O2 its not building material inside and out i am having issues, i can place my phone to the window where there is minimal material and still have issues dont pull that one, my partner on EE has full coverage so it cant be building material, unless the o2 signal is inferior to EE

    @O2 I appreciate that, and I really do understand that this isn't your fault. But it remains an absolute p***take to charge me for a service you know you can't provide and to want to charge me more than is left on my contract to leave early. That's abysmal customer service.
