What an appalling company @O2 have become. Hounding my mum for £10, but never answering the phone, or giving any other options than taking time off work, nursing covid patients to go to the bank in person.

@O2 Everything alright over there? Been trying to call. About six different combinations of option buttons all pointing to using My O2 and then hanging up. The problem is there's no option on there for what I need to talk about!

Trying to get support from @O2 is like pulling teeth these days. First I get directed to 'sales' and a predicted wait of 30 minutes. I call back and the automated 'service' says "down load the app, goodbye". The fact that I can't use it and it is irrelevant eludes them.

@O2 @andy_cov93 Dont do it!!!!!!! They are the worst. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 11 minutes. They have been promising to call me all week to allow me to leave my contract because they admit I have been paying for zero service for years!!!! They will hook you in and ignore you afterwards

@O2 how do I cancel an order made today? I was notified after order confirmation sent you're having issues with a supplier & you don't know when it will arrive. How about you put that detail on your site before people commit. If I'd known that I would've chose a different phone

I'm on @O2 & I have full service bars with 4G showing, but yet my phone can't buffer a youtube video.. anyone else having the same issues?
