    @O2 are you having issues with your card payment system? I’m trying to pay the reservation fee to upgrade but no method is working. Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. I have funds in the account and have also tried 2 individual accounts Incase it was my bank.

    @O2 How **** is your website ? Spent the last 15 minutes trying to pay my bill but it’s impossible, that option is not there. The website is awful

    Anyone else having issues with @O2 not responding to customer emails? Reception has been awful for months. I go into the shop & the staff say, "Yeah, we know it's the mast on top of a block of flats & don't know when it will be fixed." So I email twice and still get no answer.

    @O2 hi, i’ve been going through the online process to order a new phone and tariff and half way through i’ve had a blank page after submitting an upfront payment. The payment has gone through but i can’t complete the next steps. Can you help?

    @O2 Hi, zero bars and no internet or connection anywhere between W2 4RJ all the way to E2 9PA. The website says masts are down, been a few hours already, any update?

    @O2 your systems dont work. Just had eligible followed by declined for replacement phone. Can see others have the same issue.
