    @O2 I’ve tried everything that your website recommends on every occasion that I have no service… however I shouldn’t have to The service should work 99% of the time and it doesn’t. My contract is up in less than a month so I’ll be likely finding something new!

    Hey @O2 it's been almost a month now of not being able to log into priority and after three calls and a visit to a shop it's still not working. They workers in the shop weren't even aware of the issue.

    @kokeshimum @O2 All service in the UK is bad. The providers occasionally say they'll build a few more cell towers. Then the village NIMBY will object, and the provider will use the excuse to save money and not build the tower.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Stuck for 2 hours on the M2 yesterday without moving. I was in a signal black spot so I could barely make a call and had no data… This was on the M2 in Kent. It’s hardly the middle of nowhere.

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live 15 miles directly south of London. I don't ever get signal on the train at all.
