@O2 I’ve had to give up trying to find a way to contact o2. There is no live chat available on the website, I was cut off when I tried ringing because my query isn’t urgent i.e. fraud or stolen phone, and then there’s no email address for complaints! Shameful customer service!

@O2 I have an issue where my iPhone turns off at 53%. To fix this, your agents on the My O2 app have suggested I simply remove the option of seeing what percentage my battery is at. How ludicrous. They’ve given nonsense ideas all day which do not work. #terriblecustomerservice

@alexjones2018 @O2 I was asking them to match the offer I’d found elsewhere. I still didn’t find out after all that time if they would!! Phone is broken and won’t turn on and apparently I can’t upgrade unless I can access a verification message from them!

@O2 The items was in stock yesterday and still states on your website that it is still in stock which is incorrect. I didn’t have a choice to cancel as nobody could tell me when the handset would be available again

@O2 masts currently down in the midlands. Been told it can take up to 10 days to fix meaning temperamental signal for the foreseeable 🙃 baring in mind the mast in my area has been down for 2 years, doesn’t fill me with much hope. Not quite sure what I’m paying for at this point
