    @nikkiwba @O2 I’ve had a problem with them since January. been a customer for ?30? Years. Ordered new phone in Jan. not delivered. They’re charging me for it. Every time I phone I have to go through the whole story. many phone calls. One was 2 hrs and a couple of others for a hour or more

    One week with @O2 and still no service on my phone. Now been told I gotta wait upto 7 days for the issue to be sorted. Very poor . Back to three I think #disappointing

    @O2 how the hell can I wait 8 weeks for my money back, £490 for a sim I don’t even have . Complaint logged, it’s been over 8 weeks, no resolution, told by o2 to contact ombudsman but they don’t even deal with you. Get it sorted FFS

    @O2 @Joff_L I would leave o2 if I were you. They do not care about loyalty, the prices and annual increases are diabolical. Their sneaky behaviour last year caused a riot. That said, once you’re out of contract I have previously gone onto a price comparison new customer deal for £8.

    @O2 @JoeGibbs2 Cancel your contract with 02, they are clearly not providing the service you signed up for, they are in breach of their contract with you.

    @O2 Perhaps you can explain to me why I've been charged this month for an iphone fraudulently ordered in my name. A case you said had been resolved a month ago yet despite a one hour phone call to your team this issue is still ongoing - Appalling service - not impressed 🙁
