@virginmedia So since Friday 13 Jan, little or no TV and now Internet down all day. We have made numerous calls, with the last update stating services may be out for a further 4 days or until the engineer comes which isn’t until Friday. To make matters worse, my @O2 reception is 3G, very poor

@b3n4ndy @O2 Having exactly the same issue today! Third party saying evidence they've of the transfer and billing us which they couldn't do if they haven't done it properly. O2 saying its managed by a third party so they can't sort it out and paying them also as its an active line.

@O2 why is customer services denying any network issues, when Two O2 shops confirms there are.8 weeks of my calls cutting off daily and I’m still paying full price on all 5 contracts!!

Hey @O2 you changed my phone number without telling me and now the new one you put me on has been cut off. So now I don’t even have a number and I can’t call you to sort it out. 20+ years as a customer 🤬
