    In the @O2 store to collect an online order. Every member of staff is dealing with complex CS queries and I’ve waited now 15mins to even get a hello and still not served. I thought that’s what calling o2 was for. Absolutely diabolical service.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 I'd say you satisfied the requirement. The person you dealt with decided they didn't want to help that day, or take the risk. It's hugely frustrating to deal with O2 on any level.

    @O2 As a customer of O2 for over 30 years and paying for Switch Up I find it insulting and disgusting I still have to pay £30 upfront to upgrade my phone

    It's scary how **** mobile coverage is in the UK. My Internet is down and using 5G is comparable to dial up. Sort it out @O2

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Ticketmaster are the same if you want to update your number on their system, they text a code to the number registered. Which is great if you still have that number, calling customer support is the only other option!
