    @O2 @O2 - Even though I was supposed to be disconnected, you took £17.99 and I spent more than an hour, with the worst colleagues based from India who had no clue what they are doing. Simply the worst customer service bar none.

    @sackedseafarer @O2 But I keep getting errors “Too many page redirects occurred” whether I use the app or website. I then tried to submit a complaint online and guess what, that throws an error too! So raised it via X DM and given a complaint ref and assured I’d be contacted via my preferred channel

    o2 please fix o2 priority presales for the love of god I cannot count on one hand anymore how many times I’ve gotten to the front of the queue for there to be no presale and it just takes me to the event listing and it just happened again with adéla FIX IT @O2

    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!
