3rd failed attempt to get a PAC code so I can port my number (due to O2's repeated "system issues"), resulted in my call accidentally being merged with several other customers. Shout out to everyone else on the call, it was fun while it lasted! @O2 @Offcom #EpicFail #IT #doh

@O2 I just did it and still not working! I did that rebooting everyday and still does not work. Every time I called the help centre, staff said give 24 hours sim should be working. Now it is 96 hours, nothing works. Officially sent written complaint to 02 last night too.

@O2 if you don’t sort the 💩network issues out then I’m going to stop paying you,I’m fed up with have to switch off my phone off 5 times in 30 minutes just to use my data!!!i couldn’t speak to my daughter tonight for 30 minutes with out turning my phone off & on 3 times 😡

@O2 @Ofcom Talking about this subject. Sent my phone to 02 recycle. Said 260. Expected something close. Offered 50. They said my camera phone was broken. It was not. They sent it back and working ok. Is this allowed ?

Since @o2 have merged with @Virgin the Mobile phone service has dramatically went down Hill, customer service is non existent it's typical of a Richard Branson company take your money and run they don't care about customers
