@O2 Is O2 down I have no network?

  • garethterrace Gareth Terrace (@garethterrace) reported

@O2 Yeah.....it's not an intermittent issue and it's not my device - it's your entire network backbone dying under people trying to use it. Please, I beg you - get that Reddit thread in front of someone who makes network capacity/improvement decisions.

  • SMC46800 Shirley Crittell (@SMC46800) reported

@O2 I've had no service since Thursday afternoon. Website says you're waiting for access to a mast that's down. I've had to buy a temp SIM. What's going on?

  • HelpSheffield Help Sheffield (@HelpSheffield) reported

@HelpScunthorpe @virginmedia @O2 This was for broadband we are not a mobile customer of theirs

  • H_Pooky Hayley (@H_Pooky) reported

So disappointed in my service from @O2 😭 I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and had no problems until now which is such an shame. Upgraded my phone a couple of days ago and had to phone 3 separate times since then, due to different errors being added to my account.

  • idlewildgirl Sarah (@idlewildgirl) reported

@O2 They have just said that there are faulty masts nearby but it’s happening wherever I go, there’s actually a post on Reddit Manchester page today about it too! Everyone on o2 complaining of poor signal

  • ayoungyyy Rosalind Young (@ayoungyyy) reported

@O2 your phone signal in Tsourd, Gloucestershire is absolutely shocking.. not able to connect to 999 or 101 this morning!! Abhorrent!!

  • bonbutton Bonnie (@bonbutton) reported

@o2 Are you able to assist? Apple support advised it is a service provider issue not my phone (iPhone).

  • alessiopcn Alessio Pacioni (@alessiopcn) reported

@O2 yet another day with no internet as we walk through Bath. Always need Wi-Fi to get internet, ridiculous. And stop saying “there’s an issue with a mast” because that’s been going on for months now and you clearly tell the same lie over and over. Fix 👏 your 👏 service 👏

  • johnski2000 John 🇨🇾🦒 (@johnski2000) reported

Wi-Fi calling is supposed to help make calls when the mobile signal is poor. 100% able to make calls on the London Underground with no signal. Faulty mast breaks Wi-Fi calling indoors? @O2 So many bad responses from customer service recently. 🐂💩baffles brains?
