    @RedRosesRugby @O2 I'm still worried about not having a powerful ball carrying 12. Without one defences can safely drift and cut off space out wide. Rowley is not a 12 despite all of her talent. Shame Emma Orr is injured, as the Scottish backline could cause problems in that area. 🐢💨

    @O2 Logging into your app is a truly horrific experience, god knows the last tiem i was able to lgon. You send me test about competition cant login, want to access my account cant login.

    @O2 Some third parties are permanently able to run cheaper deals than @O2 can - make it make sense… I was promised a call back in relation to my complaint which remains outstanding. I was meant to be called yesterday

    @O2 I don’t understand why you cannot issue a refund directly to the account you took the money from, and then send it as a cheque without even asking first

    @O2 I wasn’t either. I was locked out of my account and I contacted your customer service, that’s what they told me, surely you would have recording of the conversation.

    48 hours for @O2 to remove an IMEI bar and counting, beyond ridiculous. Moving provider has never looked more appealing.

    @O2 any chance of sorting out the service in SK3 area of Stockport the signal is down for the 3rd time in as many weeks
