    Lots in the news about @O2 & @virginmedia not introducing roaming charges (because they are the same company) - but why when I go on each website does #O2 treat Switzerland in its Euro Zone whilst #Virginmedia does not? Means I need to switch provider now!

    @LutzSchueler @O2 @virginmedia I'm sure this is good news for some but I'm still trying to resolve issues with my account that started beginning Nov 2020. Unresolved tech issue stopped upgrade, dreadful customer service, & still can't get PAC code to leave. Your #customersfirst is a PR joke. #CEO_Bullsh_t
