    @O2 - mast not working properly in SW17 9PP. When will it be fixed? The local Church is without its Internet. The website has been saying the engineers are working on it, but there are no further updates.

    @O2 'Sorry you feel that way' is a dismissal, and shows that O2 have no real interest in customer care. IF O2 introduce real customer care, let me know. I will not be waiting.

    @O2 please please can someone actually sort my problem out, I still cannot believe how incompetent you are. My online account is still locked after 4 calls and one promised call back still nothing, why can’t you sort it? what do I have to do to get it sorted #O2

    @Gammitin @O2 O2 is so useless, my grandad has been with them for years, until ~7 months ago one of the local masts became faulty. It's still faulty to this day and he would use signal in the late morning/early afternoon every single day. We managed to get him out of the contract with no fees.

    @O2 due to apparently essential maintenance being carried out in my area, I have had no signal for nearly a week, there uncle to make/receive calls,how long can I expect this to continue?
