@O2 Problem with my phone. Went 2 an o2 shop only 2 b told I have 2 put my name down & they will call me when its my turn. 90 mins later, I was still 3rd in that queue. They told me 2 call customer services instead. Nearly 20 mins on hold so far. my o2 app rarely connects either!

@O2 Is there anyway I can get my PAC number? I went to cancel my account today (asking for it to be cancelled at the end of my contract) but instead I have lost access to the O2 network, will you be able to send my a PAC number if I tell you my old O2 number?

@O2 Poor signal in my area unfortunately. So I'd be charged a pro rata amount of my monthly charge from activation until disconnection, or per minute/text/gb I've used?

@virginmedia @O2 Yrs of VM pain, so signed up to Sky only to be sold a new deal with VM through retentions dept. They promised free wi-fi pods to sort wifi issues and I believed them. The pods did not turn up so I contacted VM and was told their was no mention of them on my notes, was I miss sold

@O2 why isn’t there ever any signal in Gl2 4lb area???? It’s 2021!!!! The whole of Quedgeley is a nightmare. Also @virginmedia WiFi sucks, great you’ve e paired with them 🙄

Can't fault the customer service from @O2 sent my faulty phone back with a nice bit of sticky plastic over the screen, still faulty but none the less a nice touch... not a happy chappy!!
