    @virginmedia @o2 what is happening in PO9 area? The virgin broadband went an hour ago but website says all is well. My o2 mobile says signal is ok but my phone struggle to push above 79kbps on a 4g signal

    @O2 I've been a very happy customer until today - you msg me to let me know my account now has 5G (yay) yet make it all but impossible to actually speak to a human to get a compatible SIM! I feel more inclined to switch than stay now! 😡 Your website & app just redirect in loops

    @O2 worst customer service ever. Twice my wife's phone has not turned up, had to upgrade as hers is knackered. Waited in all day to collect her phone and still no notification to say anything. Poor...really poor

    @O2 simply the worst customer experience. Been trying to give you money for an upgrade since 9.30 am. Every customer touchpoint is broken. Payments, MyO2, update my details, customer service, chat, phone menus - everything!! ******* shambles. Any other networks want my business?

    @grshorwich @O2 I just got standard copy and paste waffle, no actual useful information. Was stood outside the O2 shop in Burnley on Saturday and the 4G was that poor I couldn't even send a photo.

    @O2 The @TheO2 saga continues. The complaints team called me directly but won’t discuss my complaint. I’ve waited 4 weeks for that call. Who would find this level of service acceptable. Stay away from this company
