@sparkyshiny @O2 I’ve been with them for forever. But I recently had some bad service, which was sorted. But I noted they had a cool robot logo and shared a robot I designed in 2010 for my nephew. They then sent me this little surprise package.

@O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

@O2 Hi there, I am trying to make an additional payment, however after ringing 202 and answering my security question, the line goes dead. I have spoken to 4 customer services agents online who still say to ring 202, can you help?

@O2 No I don't think so but I think it's finally happened now after midday today! As my old sim went weird and was able to send a text to my number and it came through to my new phone. So guess its all sorted now, thanks for ur help :)
