    @O2 Popped into store to discuss upgrade options and all the phones I wanted weren’t in stock. Due to past bad experiences don’t like doing deals@over the phone or on internet

    @O2 I am also sitting in an O2 store where the team are also trying to get some sense out of customer service! Why is this so difficult for such a big company? Technology to email a bill that I have already paid should not be this hard to do!
