2 weeks without signal because you’re improving my area to finally have a better service. Can I pay my next bill just a few £ saying that I’m improving my bank account for further smoother and preciser payments? @O2

@ich_ayu @O2 In some countries, you can keep the number when you change the service provider. The number is the identity, the "religion". The provider should not hold the number hostage to their bad product and poor service.

@o2 if only you spent as much time sorting out my issue as you do telling me how busy you are and updating Twitter. @o2 and their priorities

@O2 Christmas message is “keeping everyone connected this Christmas” My husband joined the network 4 weeks ago. Numerous calls, escalations with no call backs and having the call terminated on me yesterday equals one unhappy customer with a mobile that still doesn’t work properly

After an hour on the chat bot with @O2 I’ve saved myself £600 a year on the family mobile phones! Not bad, painful, but worth it.

Quitting your contract with @O2 is harder than changing religion. The service is so bad and costumer service is only nice to new costumers. They treat old customers badly, very badly. They don’t appreciate loyalty.
