    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @O2 ME19 and ME20 areas are shocking their seems to be no point being with o2 if you can’t make and receive calls or get online it’s 2026 ffs you report it and it’s the same excuse we aware of a problem and we are trying to fix it but it never seems to happen !!!!!

    @O2 over the last few months your reception has got worse and worse. In areas where used to have 4 bars it’s only 1 bar bad to seems to be not just one area. What’s going on?

    I pay for @Spotify premium every month through my @O2 bill. Have done for years without issue. Now being told payment to Spotify has failed and account downgraded. £12.99 still shows on my o2 extras bill. Which of you needs to fix it?

    @O2 yet again signal issues in CB24 area - only one bar signal and 5G dropping out to 4g which is practically useless here

    @O2 really have the worst customer service. 6hours to chat to someone, missed them closing now will probably need to wait another 6 hours tomorrow 😡

    @O2 how do you allow all these touts and scammers to buy all the tickets to your shows at the o2 and let them re sell them for 5 times the value when there's children lose out. What a **** show
