    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @O2 you are a disgrace. You failed to provide a service and charge me over £600 as you forced me to move supplier. You help or support from you at all. Didn’t even send a bill went straight to dept recovery company. Over 30 years loyal custom from me and this is how you treat us

    @wheat_daddy @O2 @O2 signal very poor down in Salisbury also, drains phone battery. Looking at changing which is again a shame, have been with you for years.
