@O2 Hey i wounded if you can help me I have a contact with o2 but I was unable to pay my bill last month I spoke to you on fone and told you I would pay you on 14th of January as I was in hospital but I’ve only got today and when I’ve went to pay it I can’t my fone now completely off

@Sazzy__Sandra @O2 It's driving me mad San, been like this since October calls drop out, cannot access the Internet even WiFi calling is poor messages don't send, it's a new phone too this phone mast problem every time the deadlines up it gets extended 😒

@O2 hello. I need support with my bill. You’ve overcharged me for my Apple Watch - I’ve had it a week & I’ve been charged more than the agreed monthly fee + I had 6 months free line rental which has been charged at £5.78 🤔 confused. This needs sorting asap.

@O2 You need to make proper charges so you can bring back your customer services in the UK - 3 calls to your useless oursourced call centre and still no closer to resolving my problem. All they can do is read a crib sheet and put one on hold for 20 mins at a time. Absolutely hopeless

@O2 Yes, the code was presented within the time window and was visibly counting down even though the barrista was telling me it wasn’t being accepted. The code wasn’t showing ‘used’ until long after the incident
