    @O2 He’s tried all of those. We checked network status and says May face issues but it says no service, even in the office yesterday which is a different city

    @O2 FIVE times I’ve been PROMISED a callback from one of your managers and I’m STILL waiting. The service I’ve received on these telephone calls has been DISGUSTING. #shamelful

    @hollie3000 @O2 Same here, lucky if I have had one bar for two months YO11 area. Text last night saying problem fixed. Unless that means you have turned the mast off - nope it isn't as I now have zero signal
