    @O2 why do I have a debt collection company contacting me about your billing error you said you fixed months ago? You’ve even managed to get it show as a bad debt on my credit record! You sent me a letter apologising for your screw up! Now I get debt collectors and bad credit!

    @grahamstyle @SkyNews @O2 Good luck. Don’t think they prioritise helping customers, including those who have been loyal for decades. They take your money and couldn’t care less that you can’t access their not fit for purpose service.

    Stay away from @O2 prevented me from using my phone and data for a week. Done **** all to fix it and two replies in a week. Time to report them

    I used to be able to use the my @o2 app easily using biometric login but ever since they joined with virgin the app is ridiculous I've tried to login TWICE and twice it's been authorised and twice it's once again telling me to login. O2 used to be so much better without virgin.

    @O2 any chance someone can assist in activating my free extra that was dangled as a carrot to sign a new deal but your app, website, vip support cannot help? Phenomenally bad customer experience

    I genuinely hate the O2 app so much wdym I paid my phone bills on the 15th and it takes the money (THAT I DON’T HAVE) out again TODAY. I ain’t paying for 2 phone twice 🫩 need to wait till 8AM to call them and sort this **** out. @O2
