    @SkyNews I'm not surprised @O2 is the worst rated complaint company. 6th March open an account with Virgin Media. 22th went on holiday, O2 just decided without notice to close the account. Been back for over a month, calling O2 every single day, complaints and fraud, nothing. Any help?

    @O2 any chance someone can take ownership and unlock My MyO2 app please? Been over 10 days now and that was the timescale given to fix the issue. Not acceptable anymore

    @1stSimona @O2 @o2 Customer service has gone downhill fast since merger too. Can't do so many things in app so have to call or webchat. CS agents seem to be there purely to keep you in a loop.

    @O2 why is is so hard to actually get help when you need it, Ive been in store and also made at least 6 calls to customer service have basically been lied to every time and still no closer to solving my issue 😩

    @O2 one of your celltower is out at yo267qf. Been out 24hours affer some repair guys where messing around with it. We live next to it and have no service. Had to come out to post this

    Why is O2 so dreadful for signal recently. Costs a fortune and the phones don’t work or load information. Absolutely dreadful @O2
