    Avoid using @O2 for your phone! Issue raised over 5 months ago and still not sorted. So much for O2 Priority. Look elsewhere!

    @mitchhirsty @O2 Yeah I figured that. Same issues on the website as well. I can’t pay my bill because I can’t access the app or website and I am not sitting for an hour on my phone whilst I wait to talk to someone.

    @BillCockaCha @O2 I am experiencing the same issues. I don't know why @O2 have to constantly ask separate individuals what they are experiencing when multiple people are experiencing the same problem !

    @O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

    @O2 the worst service & customer service I have been receiving for the last few months - just being fobbed off - not getting a service that I’m expected to pay for NO ANSWERS!!!!!
