O2 app doesn’t seem to give it as an option. 2202 says it’s for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things. I’ve required this service a few times for business and each time it’s a headache

Dan77 (@Dancsm77) reported@O2 I'm an existing o2 customer, I have just tried to order a basic product from you 3 times online and then over the phone - which took 2 calls and 40 mins. I had to cancel the order as you were unable to complete the sale on 4 occasions. Absolute awful experience

Its long been suspected data agents get their information from these call centres. And as you dont have an O2 official stationed permanently in Mumbai trust is an issue
