Rinaldo M (@Jersey_Boy) reported@O2 All great but as the sim is broken I am unable to do anything other than wait for a replacement sim. Incredible that you have no secondary method of doing things, can’t even update MyO2 without the sim! Frustrating to say the least 🤬

Professor Colin Turner (@ProfCTurner) reported@adamwingie @O2 I feel your pain! It's been generally good for me too. I think I remember a similar problem on 4G rollout. I could try to disable 5G but why would I have to do that? I tried to send a WhatsApp message (short video) for over 40 minutes.

But when I go to view tickets it asks me to sign in again but when I do that it says email/password incorrect buts it’s not
