    @O2 Always seems to be an issue accessing my account, using either of your apps..... you really just need to simplify this!!! I remember when customer perception was a huge focus at O2, but they don't seem to care any more!!!

    @o2 why has your app got so terrible. Apple Pay now times out and does not work, the save card option does not save the card. Why fix something that wasn’t broken?

    @O2 your customer service is shocking refusing someone a 14 day change of mind we make a complaint you call back with a deal and said you will get another quote the escalations team yeah, right I'm still f waiting you're a joke.
