    @O2 your service from your technical staff is shocking! It’s taken me so far 60hrs for O2 to move my number from one O2 plan to another (internally) and still not working!! I can’t make or receive calls but can send SMS and have data!! It seems quicker to port a number into O2!!

    @O2 Yes I have requested one but it wont make a difference as my order is apparently stuck at 'create service request' on your system apparently so my new service not active yet on myo2. Been advised it will take 24hrs but im not convinced!

    @O2 Yeah it doesn’t show you have network issues in linwood but I can’t use my phone at all to phone, use data, texts don’t send it’s shocking!! I’m not the only person with o2 with these issues either!!

    @O2 When do you think the issue with not being able to make and receive calls will be resolved? I’m new to the network with the worst possible start!

    @O2 you really need to sort your customer advisors out.. Hanging up on me because he can't fix my problem.. Shame on you. Had a new contract 2 days can't make or receive calls.. But you take my money. Disgusting!

    @O2 I can’t register my new card, O2 won’t accept it even although everywhere else does. I can’t sign in to MyO2 /I can’t register with my O2. I can buy a voucher from Tesco but that’s not the way I would like to top up. Appreciate the reply though.

    @O2 @SamsungUK Just don’t try to port your number if you get one. Two days later I still can’t make or receive calls. Not even porting from another provider, it’s O2 to O2. A “known issue” apparently.
