    @O2 Day 16 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @shooteditsend @O2 Yeah it’s been getting a lot worse. I am with sky mobile by they use their network. Problem is it’s the best network where I live for calls

    @O2 Yes please advise when your live chat is available? Seem ridiculous to provide this capability in the app, point customer to use it rather than ringing and then not staffing it. Of course, you could also not cutoff customers when they ring you and wait/queue for an hour

    @o2 Can you please confirm that your decision not to supply me with a new @apple watch makes my current Iphone 14 contract invalid as I have to seek alternative provider and for watch to work with phone both have to be on same network? No prob paying device plan in full.

    Really poor service @O2 - ring about adding 2 new SIMs to my account for my kids’ Xmas presents & having been passed to the sales team & waited for 10+ mins for an agent I get told it’s online only. Where is the incentive for loyal customers? Might just take my £ elsewhere

    @O2 hi, I ordered an esim yesterday, however since around 10 am this morning i’ve had no phone service at all but haven’t received my esim pack yet. is there anything you can do to resolve this?
