    @O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.

    @O2 can you sort your app and website out! Won’t let me look at my upgrade and won’t allow me to chat to an advisor online! Looking like I might have to change network provider.

    @TakeThatClouds @O2 Exactly the same issue with EE in the past - I was atempting to switch from physical SIM to eSIM. Process got stuck in the middle, so neither SIM was working. Call up, explain, ask for replacement SIM - Nope, not without a working phone. Had to go into the local EE store. Even there I had to go with ID, which was uploaded on an app, along side me taking a "selfie" even though I'm stood there in the store!

    The good thing about being on @O2 is that I didn’t get that emergency message about BBQs because as usual I have no ******* phone signal in my house!

    @SteveJoyce14 @O2 @TheGillsFC I’m on Sky (and previously Vodafone) and never get coverage in Priestfield once more than a few thousand are in there.

    @Fortnite @FortniteStatus @O2 the O2 fortnite drop what exactly did O2 customers get because if it just that generic code it is awful especially since already being shared around tbh you could have just shared the code on social media yourself instead of making customers wait
