    @O2 Your recycle programme is a joke. I have tried to speak to them multiple times after they’re telling me my phone was broken (it wasn’t). And they have now recycled for the lower quote that I clearly did not accept

    @O2 hi, not been able to make or receive calls for a month. Been into the O2 shop in Westfield and they gave a new SIM card which didn’t work. Then they said to buy a new phone but that’s also not working. Disappointed

    @O2 can you help. I have a SIM related issue. Can’t be resolved by O2 app. Just been on hold for 30 minutes only to be cut off!

    @O2 Terrible service! Your site said the issue was no power going to the mast. That was fixed a couple of hours ago! Surely you should know whether it is being worked on just now or have a rough idea of when it will be resolved!
