@bt_uk I too have a fault and won't have an engineer until 11 October! Working from home and the children's homework grinds to a halt. The local @O2 mast is down as well so no mobile Internet!!

@O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

@O2 I've cancelled my contract within 14 days and you still ported my number over after it was cancelled? I called this morning to confirm it would not go ahead and you still did and now my number is in limbo. I didn't even give you the PAC code. WTF is wrong with you?
