@O2 You officially have the worst, most broken website on the Internet. Virtually unusable. I changed my password and it did not accept the change and locked me out. Told I can upgrade and then not. I am out of contract and am fed up after nearly 15 years. Bye!

@O2 I really don't want to have to spend another hour on the phone. At this point, I don't see myself staying with O2 when the other 2 contracts we have as a family runs out. At this point it's either you are being deliberately difficult and slow or it's just incompetence.
