Fedup of hurrendous signal with @O2 indoor & out in my area & being told it's expected service, & they can't do anything about buildings?! So anyone who lives in or outside a building is expected to have awful service. @EE please tell me you can do better in N.Swindon? 🙈

@O2 An absolute joke of an organisation. My wife got a new phone and contract with you two weeks ago and still not working . Customer service is shocking and she’s now stuck with a useless phone and nobody will help her. 😡😡

Hey @O2 Limited service in the PA5/PA6 area. Vague error message on service checker about a mast issue, and a further update being available by Christmas Eve. Relying on this connection for work. Can we get a more precise issue summary/estimated resolution date please?
