Omgosh I didn’t know how bad @O2 were until this month. The customer service I’ve received has been appalling. I’ve spoken to three different agents and not one of them have called back like they promised to do. They have not solved my problem at all!!!

@O2 I have been messed around for over a week after paying for an upgrade. Still no phone despite being told to cancel yesterday & that someone would call back this morning. No one did. Now spent 1.5 hrs trying to talk to someone & been cut off 20 times! 2x after getting through!

Dear @O2 , why am I paying a significant amount of money each month for my signal to be constantly down / out of reach / calls getting stopped mid conversation. Appalling service for a customer of 15 years plus 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@O2 I have a high risk pregnancy and working from home. I have to use text service with hospital and receive calls regarding my pregnancy & health. To restrict my account like this on receipt of email is shocking. This is stress I do not need! Can anyone help?? Still on hold. 2/2
