I got offered a "special deal" as I am such a good customer. An expensive 24 month contract... The are an absolute shower. I'm moving provider tomorrow - one with a UK call centre

Chris Ennis (@EnnisCpfc) reported@O2 My Daughters phone broke and o2 have been messing her about for 3 weeks now. Can someone please DM me so I can try and get this sorted ? Customer service has been awful, £80 a month to be treated so badly absolutely disgusting service.
