@O2 Before I send, I’d like to know what you will do about this repeated problem. The stupid app signs you out randomly then sends you on the idiotic loop of email verification, which is hit or miss when it comes to working. It’s been like this ever since the ridiculous change

@kokeshimum @O2 London 📞 : I piggyback off Vodafone with @lebara & I get a better signal that my next door(s) whos with VODA for £4.95 for 20Gig and its the same signal 😤

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.

@O2 @iamryanodonnell Can’t even provide any signal in parts of Hull for 20 years

@O2 Signal is always crap here I’m afraid. It’s the infrastructure that’s terribly poor and it’s showed up massively when I could get a full 5g signal in the remotest part of a Greek island yet can’t even get 4g in a village 3 miles from a big town here.

@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.

    Tony Brugnoli (@Bruggers100) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!

@_unidropout @O2 I managed to cancel my contract with over a year to go for this very reason - just be persistent and eventually they’ll offer you the option to walk away without penalty as the only viable option.
