    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2

    @O2 @virginmedia @Virgin CEO Lutz Schueler Deadlock letter has now been received although it completely does not address my actual complaint and the reported resolution is factually incorrect. Just shows the total lack of respect shown to a 20 year loyal customer

    @O2 how do you allow all these touts and scammers to buy all the tickets to your shows at the o2 and let them re sell them for 5 times the value when there's children lose out. What a **** show
