I’ve been with @O2 since 2003. Several phone recycles done with no issues. However that all changed last weekend. Was quoted £175 for my old phone, phone sent off then email received a few days later saying faulty phone (screen/key damage) & offered £35 instead.

@O2 I run my own DNS over TLS service, and have been using it for ages. Now I can't access it from O2. I can get to it from other providers. And it seems O2 is intercepting all traffic on all ports.

  • tom_melrose Thomas Melrose (@tom_melrose) reported

@O2 Giving me a link for the help guide is useless, the issue isn't my phone it's the mast, I'm getting weekly text updates to tell me there is an issue, you just can't seen to repair it

  • JenVonLee Jen (@JenVonLee) reported

@McFadden1985 @O2 Absolutely. I had no intention of signing up to another lengthy contract, my old phone was just fine, not a days problem. But.. promises promises. Now I'm tied to another 3 years. Don't even get me started on the recent ipad debacle.
