Why is it so hard to add a travel bolt on with @O2? All I wanna do is buy it and add it to my plan but nooooo, there's no option for that. First the chatbot is gonna send you a dead link, then you're gonna get stuck in an O2/Virgin login loop and still no option to buy.

@Arabian_Gonza24 @O2 To be fair my signal tends to be quite good with O2 and one of the reasons I've stayed with them so long but sometimes does drop out in certain low signal areas

Hi @O2 had a very strange call from your customer service, asking me for my plan and information you should have already. The person was also trying me to sell an iPhone and being condescending about the space I know I might need. Person hang up on me. Extremely rude.

@O2 I have never ever had such poor service with zero help from o2. New phone delivered on 30th unable to transfer sim due to an issue with order been promised ten different dates for it to be sorted, helix and complaint tickets to now be told will be another 10days….. shambles

@O2 just rang me now and whoever is was was very rude! You’d think they’d value their customers that had been with them for 30 paying by DD monthly! Obviously not!! 🤬
