    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡

    My postcode BR1 5BJ shows 5G+ good coverage yet I get 4G only. I pay 5G so you are in breach of contract for failing to deliver service I signed up for. Please fix this. @O2

    @karthika_gm @O2 Yeah the deals are quite affordable, I have used EE for similar amount of time too. I pay 19 quid, but the service is better 😜

    @SteveJoyce14 @O2 @TheGillsFC I’m on Sky (and previously Vodafone) and never get coverage in Priestfield once more than a few thousand are in there.

    How poor is your service my O2 app Been trying to upgrade for over a week all I get is an error message tried going through 202 that was about as useless as your app One more attempt failed in going to EE truly peed off with it now @O2

    @O2 Nah.. it’s ok.. I’ve had enough! Today I switched to @EE after being your customer for around 20 years! Your customers deserve MUCH MUCH better and it’s not just the signal! It’s just about everything! While in the store two more people switched over as well.. I’d say you guys are in big trouble!

    @O2 Yeh shows no issues but full 4G but internet 0 or very slow
