@O2 It usually just says sold out though. Plus it’s only a minute past 2 when I took the pic, I was on before 2 waiting. I know they go quick but when I remember I usually manage to get one for both accounts. Just hope there isn’t a problem with accounts.

@O2 I’ve spoken to 2 agents today, both of them said my problem was sorted, which is not, also no confirmation of this! Now trying to access online chat I can’t as conversation from previous advisor is still there and I keep getting told no agents available!!

@O2 @lovesid1 I am in the same position, last rebate paid in September, contacted BMD 11 times but no response.O2 have released some people from contract with no fee,but telling others that it is nothing to do with O2. Shameful service from O2.

@O2 I will be reporting you for your lack of communication and service you didn’t provide. For months, the mast in my area has been down, I have informed you several times but you kept telling me an engineer is on the case but nothing has been fixed yet. @Ofcom

@O2 You’ll be answering to @Ofcom very soon for your lack of communication and poor service! For months, the mast in my area has been down, I have informed you on several occasions and you have stated that an engineer is on the case but the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Why?

@O2 Shocking phone reception in Bridgnorth. Be nice to get it sorted before 2023. "Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it"

@O2 unable to get whatsapp verification codes or calls. Recently ported my number to O2. Numerous posts on O2 community. A advisor on the community made a case escalated it and gave a case reference. Network team would contact in 5 working days. But I need assistance asap
