@O2 telephone customer service is definitely by far the worse customer service, completely waste of time! Cut off three times for just a simple task and all failed miserably.

@O2 Why is swapping a phone number from an old sim to a new one so difficult. Have tried 3 times in the last month. Website, calling customer services and the move by text service all told me that I'll be moved within 24 hours. 48 hours since latest attempt and still nothing.

@O2 Joined 11/05, told I have to pick my O2 benefit in 28 days but my account still isn’t active. Called in but tech had to escalate, no return call. Complained and I get a reply every 5-7 days to find out it still doesn’t work. Waste of time moving to O2. Garbage.

@O2 #o2 Hello. I have the same problem again with my mobile trying to use my Data in France Basically I can’t use Data. I can only use my phone when I can access WiFi. Not great in France as public WiFi very limited. I’m relying on my phone to keep up with work

@O2 I’ve had my contact three months and in that time your service in my area has been down more than it has worked. Trying to get through to someone, no hold message and rings out. Can’t use webchat as says you’re too busy. I need to speak to someone to cancel please
