    @O2 what is going on with your signal, it's always bad, but the last few days have been horrendous, 1-2 bars max even outside of the house!

    @O2 if i have 7 days to change my mind on a phone purchase online, why have i just been told, after less than 24 hours, that you are not able to cancel the order? The phone has not despatched.

    @O2 hi, I received a replacement SIM but all my credit has gone from my account. There was £30-40 credit on there before and it hasn't moved over and I can't see any of it on my account, only new credit that I've topped up. Please can you help. Thanks

    @JohnnyFocal @O2 Bit like my EE phone when I went to Wembley stadium last year which has EE plastered all over it. Couldn't get a signal.

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and I’m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. I’ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    @O2 Yes I’ve done that several times over the last couple of months. I’ve gone from full signal to none of 1 or 2 bars and calls not connecting or dropping all the time
