@O2 mobile signal is absolutely shite. Why I changed from @EE I don’t know. Is there a way you can just terminate your contract, hand your current phone in and cut all ties so I can take out a fresh contract with EE? Helppp

@O2 My signal has been very low on and off and today someone called and it went straight to voice mail. That’s the only issue I’ve had with calls and texts have been fine :)

@O2 I am an o2 DE customer but I can't find them on twitter 😭 I tried using the myo2 mobile app suggested to connect the router but it cannot help me after a point. Can I talk to someone in English preferably? any global hotline? email? anything?
