@O2 I’m sorry O2 I’m taking out sky’s mistakes on you, it’s just sometimes my 4G is a bit slow when I’m at home. But I shouldn’t even have to use my 4G at home should I so this isn’t on you. Further apologies

@O2 I’ve tried all that and according to that it should be fine. My house used to be great fir o2 service even though other networks aren’t that great but it’s just been awful the last few weeks, and not that great since lockdown tbh

@O2 your customer service is awful. I’m trying to get in touch with a representative to talk about you randomly cancelling my contractual extras and your bot just hangs up if my phones not lost or stolen?!

@O2 Moved into new house a week ago and had barely any phone signal or data since. Local mast is broken but can't get any info on how long it's been down and when it'll be fixed. Just get told you'll be in touch. Help please!

@O2 feel like cancelling my o2 contract but wouldn’t even be able to speak to an actual human to be able to. The worst phone service I have ever used. Do better o2.
