@O2 Mohammad Eter is the manager in the Brixton branch and was unhelpful along with the other customer service advisers. One of them told me to leave the company, stressing they will unblock my number so I can use it with another provider.

@O2 I'm an O2 customer since the BT Cellnet days. I love the brand, style, priority, the perks. I have enjoyed working for O2 and Telefonica! But if I can't do something as fundamental as look at a phone before I spend £500 on it, then I guess our time really is up. 😒
