@O2 your customer service is awful. Your inshore staff are lovely but useless. I was on hold for 45 mins only to be cut off. Your phone is shoddy and broken less than and year. @VodafoneUK @EE give me 5 more months of this **** show and I'll be in touch

@O2 URGENT, have reported fraud on my account twice, it’s my daughter’s phone. Both times told by your rep to cancel direct debit. Now get notice that account overdue and O2 have cut the calls and data. My daughter is travelling late tonight and cannot use her phone.

@O2 What resolution??? I haven’t had an email from o2 since 18th May, and that was to advise I can activate my add ons, and a separate one to say I’m getting charged £125. So what the hell are you talking about??

@O2 Thanks for the quick reply! Until the phone connects though, you have no visibility of which network you’re connected to. The signal went from Greece at the Airport/Transfer to Turkey at Hotel and even though I changed the network manually, it doesn’t seem right to be charged?
