I should be resting not dealing with @O2 who are useless & can’t help no matter how many times you explain you need signal for covid results…all they come back with is ‘go to a store or borrow a friend or families phone’ so O2 actively encourage potential of passing onto others.

@O2 I went to use a code not realising drive thrus aren’t accepted (so it expired), as they are the nearest one to me and I had trouble last week with another branch as it said I’d already used it. Would it be possible to get another code please as I’ve missed out on it twice now

@O2 I’ve tried to scan my voucher in store and it was accepted by the self scan machine but the order didn’t go through and now the store won’t help me. Can you sort this please?
