    @O2 NOT HAPPY called today to get code for new watch & tariff. Now I'm off the network. No calls & text in or out. Sim not requested. At no point was I told this is going to happen. Tried to go through security but cant receive text as I'm not on the network duhh system flawed!!!

    @O2 absolutely disgusting service. You are legally obliged to provide a pac code for transfers and are failing to do so. Reporting to Ofcom. Shocking service - reply ASAP #ShameOnYou #o2

    @O2 Wifi - so POS, card terminal, store radio (internet) & loyalty card scanner have no broadband access. Router is on but PPP light is off. Customer O2 access is also off

    @O2 @resolvercouk Complaint done. BTW, the meaning of schedule is 'arrange or plan (an event) to take place at a particular time'.

    @O2 I'm aware of the offer, however Caffe Nero didn't seem to be and their system wouldn't let me redeem the voucher...that's the issue
