1 (@tommyhodge86) reported@O2 and @Virgin you really make it hard work to access my own account with you. Happy to send the bills through no problem but trying to amend my plan, wow!

Sarah Loughran (@SarahDruscilla) reported@O2 in this day & age, why do we still have to settle for a signal that is “patchy indoors”. Got a text today saying our network issue has been fixed. Zero improvement. Still only 1 bar indoors. I had a better signal with O2, 20 years ago!!

Robert Kondrat (@NinjaNetworkz) reported@O2 Can you investigate a possible Emergency Alerts Cell Broadcast issue around RG18? Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.

Max (@maxwaa) reported@O2 This is the problem, your app and your sites never show issues but I know exactly where I hit dead zones, where I struggle with slow/no loading data. Your coverage maps are incorrect.

Liesl_ (@_lliesl_) reported@joshjeram @O2 @davehpayne Indeed. After half an hour on the phone trying to get them to honour the prices ON THEIR OWN APP. I got offered a "special deal" as I am such a good customer. An expensive 24 month contract... The are an absolute shower. I'm moving provider tomorrow - one with a UK call centre
