    @O2 number was requested ported over the weekend (PAC code Saturday lunchtime), no response from support. Can you advise if there is a delay in this service as it’s now Tuesday evening?

    @O2 I understand that. But every time you improve it, my signal gets worse and doesn't get better. I've gone from full signal all the time, to having to run around the house waving the phone in the air to get a single bar over the last couple of years.

    On hold with @O2 for 1 hour & 16 mins to try to get help after being defrauded & they cut me off. Clearly their customers aren't a "priority"

    @O2 Trying to port my mobile across from another network, it's a complete mess! It's been 13 days and it's still not completed, I cannot accept or make calls! Tried calling customer support numeroustimes but no luck, any advice pls?

    @O2 Was told last night I could cancel my contract and the termination fee would be waived due to lack of coverage where I live, PAC sent to me then expected to pay £305 to terminate the contract, rang this morning and was told that wasn't the case.

    @O2 please can you confirm if there is a delay porting numbers over? PAC code requested Saturday 28th and still not changed onto my new SIM. Not been able to get through to anyone on support chat to ask for an update.
