@O2 @MarkEvansO2 seems that when you raise a complaint to @O2 then then spam you with loads of marketing garbage rather than actually address the issue!!

When you move to @O2 because apparently the signal is better than last provider, but its actually worse. Worst decision I've made. The amount of important calls I've missed because of it 😤😤😤

Absolutely shocking service from @o2 thinking of leaving after almost 20 years service is so poor
