    @VodafoneUK So first you guys cancel WiFi on the tube network without any notice, and now your signal starts being rubbish. Any point sticking with you? Can't say I ever had this with @O2 or @EE.....

    @O2 Hi, I am having trouble with my iPhone. Any time I speak to someone the line is bad and there is a delay, checked coverage in my area and it says good - so perhaps it’s the phone? Switched it off/on! Had it less than a year - can someone pls help? Thanks.

    Anyone cancelled their contract with @O2 by texting PAC to 65075 but still been charged after and never had any email/text to confirm your contract has been cancelled? Called for advice and was just told to do it again…
