Been with @O2 for over a decade and wanted to upgrade. But loyalty means nothing. Can actually get the same phone with the same data/texts/mins with @VodafoneUK for £20 cheaper a month. Scandalous. Upgrade getting cancelled. Hello Vodafone you have a new customer next month.

Omg @O2 your company is a absolute joke. How can you take 2hours and 22 minutes 3 drop calls and being transfered to from 1 dept to another 11 times and STILL no one has took my complaint. Its a absolute joke .

@O2 More often no signal at home & rely on wi-fi calling, useless even stood over my wifi box, N11. Now no signal in work area N1. O2 free wifi is useless. I can’t even pay for a car park ticket via an app with it. What am I paying for? Time to change supplier?

@O2 is the any way of speaking to a human being face to face about an issue? I’ve been the shop and they just ring a call centre for me and after 45 mins they cut me off, i ring from my own phone and they cut me off!! Worst customer service ever

@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???
