    @seagullsim @O2 You can't. There hundreds of thousands of customer service staff soread across 4 nations, none of whom have good English.

    @_unidropout @O2 It is absolutely terrible. Frequent gaps in coverage even in major town centres, often no such problems for others on different networks

    @kokeshimum @O2 It’s quite simple really, the comms firms that own and run the cellular relay sites throttle the power down to save money, and only tweak it back up slightly when enough people complain about service standards…

    @jibbajabbba @kokeshimum @O2 EE has 5g where I live, yet videos end up with the 'loading wheel of death' regularly.... The UK infrastructure across the board is **** compared to many other countries
