I am appalled at O2’s customer service. I have been trying to have a fraudulent account taken off my credit file for several months now which is preventing me from getting a mortgage. O2 gave me written confirmation the account was closed and removed yet failed to do so. @O2

@NomadicWriter @O2 I am so sorry this happened. Such fraud type is very popular unfortunately. The only solution is to interrupt incoming call immediately and call yourself to customer support directly explaining the situation because this could be either a scam or a real call from support also

@O2 Day 138 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@ryanstanley22 @O2 I hear you. I’ve been with O2 since ‘96, the good old Cellnet days, and the service has been getting progressively worse. From best to appalling. Shocking that one of the biggest towns in the county has such rubbish signal, can’t even make a call in the middle of the high street.

Once again @O2 no signal. Limited data. What am I paying for?
