I NEVER have signal. Checked your website before I went away last week and said full signal inside and out - none. Missed an important call from hospital. Broke down yesterday and phone said 4G 2 bars. Couldn’t call. Am I allowed to leave early I’ve been mis sold. @O2

@Mummotutu @O2 I have exactly the same issue currently with my partners phone on o2. Tech support are trying to deal with it. But it seems that everyone I know or speak too on o2 alls confirm it’s a terrible network for coverage

@O2 What resolution??? I haven’t had an email from o2 since 18th May, and that was to advise I can activate my add ons, and a separate one to say I’m getting charged £125. So what the hell are you talking about??
