I worked in customer service for a mobile phone company & the number of people who has their email, & therefore multiple online accounts, hacked was staggering.

arby (@RachelBrennan1) reported@O2 I've not had any signal since the 5th Ive had a couple of service status texts as I signed up. This not acceptable. Being a female alone I need my phone to be working when I'm out of the house. Will I be refunded for this poor service? Please respond.

Jay (@zyonuk) reported@TakeThatClouds @O2 Ticketmaster are the same if you want to update your number on their system, they text a code to the number registered. Which is great if you still have that number, calling customer support is the only other option!
