    @O2 who thought it was a good idea to do maintenance work to the network for 10 days!! No signal, no data, are you reimbursing our contracts for 10 days seeing as we are paying for a service we cant even get for a week and a half!???

    @O2 Can you just send me a new sim. I'm in touch with what seems like fake accounts. I don't need to login to my desktop. Just put a sim in the post. Ive already lost a day. It's 07789766581. I've paid you £100s for years. Just sort a brother out. It 8 Stephens Court, 82 Endwell Road London SE4 2DP. This is my l address. You probably have one in Hammersmith or Ealing or Earls Court.     @O2 Can someone please help sort an issue. I’ve been waiting over 3weeks and the call centre said there nothing they can do and have submitted a new ticket and I need to wait another 2weeks! CIT-A399507 & CIT-A407913.

    Dear @O2 please do some QC on your telephone service team on 08009777337. Almost completely unintelligible. Singaporean{?) accent so thick it needed many, many repetitions. "Thankyousomuchforthat" after my every answer extremely irritating. v frustrating

    @O2 You can always tell in my area it's a Bank holiday we get a crap mobile phone reception and hardly any Data speed sort it out @o2

    @O2 @lestereverton80 Are you writing a book? The amount of people telling you it's broken is getting laughable now. How much information you need? Roll back to the old site or lose customers. It's very simple
