    @PaulHusband_ @O2 Standard tactics from companies owed money, try and sound aggressive and scary to get people to pay. Best thing to do is ring them and tell them you’re cancelling your contract because of it and you’re willing to go to court if they want and you’ll get some free **** 100% 👍

    Hey @O2 have you been having network issues in Bournemouth the last couple of weeks? It seems to have been struggling to cope. My phone has been pretty useless when I’ve been out and about.

    @O2 trying to speak to a manager is proving too difficult. No support. Little to no coverage in my area, vulnerable children to support. Need to cancel this contract .Poor show. @Ofcom

    @O2 Thanks - I know why it is, it’s because half the country is on holiday here and the network can’t cope with the number of people trying to connect. Any chance something might be done about it so I can actually use my phone next summer?

    @O2 my phone shows full signal and data is working but cannot make or receive calls - doesn’t even connect. Been down for hours now.
