    @O2 I received a random text this afternoon saying my sim swap had been activated, shortly after I lost all service. I have been on live chat for 2hours with no reply, now it says the service is busy (it’s pre-11pm)…can you DM me urgently..you run my Wi-Fi and mobile services

    @O2 Absolute bullshit….. you are one of the most unreliable networks around…. No customer service to speak to…. A bullshit app… terrible data service… completely unreliable… Can’t wait to leave your ****** company… raising it with Ofcom and the ombudsman…. Total rip off….

    Omg @O2 your company is a absolute joke. How can you take 2hours and 22 minutes 3 drop calls and being transfered to from 1 dept to another 11 times and STILL no one has took my complaint. Its a absolute joke .

    @O2 Even tho I have 3G not 4g. It says I haven’t enabled data. This is day 1 after changing contract from @EE How do I get live support instead of that WhatsApp thing?

    @O2 The connection isn’t good enough to connect to links that’s the issue! We are visiting family who have Wi-Fi, it’s just a Shame that you’re network clearly isn’t advanced as others

    Been with @O2 for over a decade and wanted to upgrade. But loyalty means nothing. Can actually get the same phone with the same data/texts/mins with @VodafoneUK for £20 cheaper a month. Scandalous. Upgrade getting cancelled. Hello Vodafone you have a new customer next month.
