    @RavWilding @O2 I get some from EE impersonators too. Had a couple from three, and Vodafone. Im not even with any of them. But yes they normally hang up when rumbled and have nothing else to say from the script they normally read from. Nice one Rav 👍

    @O2 why does Aura not offer either much of interest or more importantly a pass thru to your customer services… It’s impossible to reach your customer services! I’m using your app. I login in. Truly difficult to reach info or anything close to any chat with your team.

    Hello, @O2, how is it that when my phone falls back to 3G the data connection is SO slow, even with three or four bars reception? Not merely ‘not 4G’ slow, but glacially ‘web pages barely load’ slow. Do your masts just give all their backend bandwidth to 4G connections now?

    @O2 Turns out your bill was set up right, but the over charge by @virginmedia on their part of the contract has now made me cancel the O2 one after advice from VM on WhatsApp. Looks like that has now cost me the Volt benefits on the account.
