@ChallengeFs @BBCNews @O2 Liar or idiot - which are you?

@O2 You are texting me a survey about the quality of your network coverage, and as it is so terrible, I can't reply as it won't deliver! Surely this is skewing your results!! you should provide an alternative option eg through email or WhatsApp! #thinkagain #outsidethebox #0sat

@O2 Unbelievably, for the fourth time this year, you’ve cut me off again. Your Resolution Experts have been dealing with this for me since September; and I’ve heard nothing since early Jan. I need someone to escalate this too as a matter of urgency now… it’s beyond ridiculous.

  • RainbowSerina Rainbow (@RainbowSerina) reported

How can @o2 justify this behaviour? Going back on the agreement is bad enough but to then demand a reconnection fee because she was disconnected through no fault of her own is utterly appalling. Sort it out please @o2.

@O2 Hi, I just upgraded my phone to a different network provider but need to unlock my old phone. I can’t do this online any more as I have been locked out of my o2. I tried calling but couldn’t get to speak to someone. Can you help with this?

  • RainbowSerina Rainbow (@RainbowSerina) reported

My partner recently had to suddenly and unexpectedly give up work due to disability. The sudden loss of income meant she would struggle with bills, so she contacted @o2 who said they’d support her by giving her a 50% discount while she waited for her PIP to get sorted.

@O2 never had such horrendous customer service in my life, can someone competent please contact me as I can’t get anyone with half a brain on the phone

  • ChallengeFs ChallengeManFS (@ChallengeFs) reported

@BBCNews @O2 ...It very nearly cost me am extra £250 a month on mortgage for 5 years. That would have been £15,000 extra on that alone. @o2 were remorseless and pretty much refused to help. Shocking companies can do this.

  • c4rdbo4rdf5h Samuel Melrose (@c4rdbo4rdf5h) reported

@Ofcom @O2 honestly, for saying the switching experience is supposed to be easier now, I’ve had a pretty ****** time with it. @SkyUK I wish you supported Apple Watch Cellular plans or I’d have never switched away! (Or tried to, lord knows if it’s ever actually going to happen).

@MarkEvansO2 @O2 seems either my 3 o2 handsets are faulty or there’s an issue with the my o2 app trying to make payment the payment screen fails as does most of the links. When i speak to customer service it’s always no issue with the app or the o2 network so must be the handsets
