    @1stSimona @O2 Agree since merger it’s awful all of it signal app the lot. We are also with virgin for tv and broadband and that’s awful too

    @1stSimona @O2 Signal is so bad with them I couldn’t access any of my apps to charge my car last weekend! My husband however on Vodafone was fine. Thank god he was with me or I’d have been stuck! Sort it out o2!!

    @kirstygc1 @O2 Hasn't worked for months if honest, I told them about the fault 4 months ago and they still won't fix it as it only affects % of customers. It's shocking. Look through my old posts to O2 to see how bad. There's even a ticket open ref CIT-A390334 about it, never called me back

    Hey @O2 you agreed to credit me bcz I'd left . You emailed confirming the amount, method & expected payment date 👍 But you also SMS'd saying that for a ££ refund not a credit note I have to select that in MyO2 🤔 But I can't log into MyO2 bcz I'm no longer a customer 🤪 Help!

    @O2 how can I not get any service in two major places in the south east. London Bridge and bluewater! Less than 4g in both places is shocking

    @1stSimona @O2 I swapped to spusu, £7.90 and the signal is WAY better. I was with O2 over 15 years. Wish i’d left sooner
