    @O2 I am wondering if you can help me, everytime I am on a phone call, my phone mutes itself, also while I’m on the phone, I tend to lose signal a lot? Im in the CT1 area in Canterbury. Can you tell me why this could be happening please

    I’m sorry but @O2 it’s absolutely disgusting the way you charge for late fees. Unfortunately I was 2 days late (yes my bad) but my £35.54 is now £71.85! No contact was made telling me my bills didn’t go through either. My phone is work now can’t text or call, greed.

    @O2 some fantastic customer service, ring up and your advisor doesn't know what to do so hangs up. Call back, same advisor who hangs up again. Brilliant #NoHelp #RubbishService

    Really pissed off with @O2 .. Really what sort of network can't give someone mobile data even at 25mins past midnight, "oh your area is busy" or "oh there's mast issues" same **** different day for months, how about you upgrade your hardware if its so bloody busy! USELESS! #O2

    @o2 the contract specified free roaming in USA 🇺🇸 but there is no service available I complained I was told a supervisor will call BUT THEY COULD NOT CONTACT ME BECAUSE I HAVE NO SERVICE! How stupid can people get? Very! #fail

    Hmm, dreadful mobile signal at so many places I've been recently. Finding that @virginmedia have switched across to the @O2 network explains everything. As they are ceasing service it's nice to know that @O2 are a network to avoid!

    @O2 I have had a fraudulent account created in my name. How ******** does that happen? I rang 2 weeks ago when I received my 1st letter, was assured I would be sent some paperwork via email and the account and notice would be put on hold, neither has happened. 1/2
