    New scam to watch for with @O2 ring call centre with an issue. They add a new line to your account to fix an issue. Basically churning the customer for a new sale. And taking off advisors stats and earning themselves a bonus O2 stop call centre making sales. Please

    So, after more than ONE WEEK waiting for my promised call back from @O2 i am still waiting for you to resolve my serious complaint. Your customer service is frankly appalling. Call me back this week without fail!!!

    Why is O2 so dreadful for signal recently. Costs a fortune and the phones don’t work or load information. Absolutely dreadful @O2
