    @O2 I have spoken to customer services a number of time and finally got told the refund would be issued within 7 working days. I called yesterday, was told systems were down & they would call me back yesterday. No one called me back. I shouldn’t have to chase

    @parchot @EnglandRugby @O2 If the aim is to be better than NZ and SA SIMULTANEOUSLY then picking Nowell at all is futile. He's a good club player, but for some reason the public's obsession with him as some great int'l is misguided. He has no point of diff v the best, nothing top defenses fear & is slow.
