Good Afternoon @O2, is it possible that someone can answer the phone please, it advises 15 minute wait then cuts off after 4.17, We don't like doing posts like this, but if you don't know you are missing out on the perfect opportunity to improve your customer service.

@O2 how do I cancel Super duolingo that was on Priority? I’ve tried via iPhone subscriptions ( not there) O2 extras ( not there) Duolingo app ( no option to cancel) . Tried MyO2 chat - was left waiting then informed my agent was busy … this is getting ridiculous.

@org_scp @Telefonica_En @O2 BT (owners of 02) also own EE & Tesco mobile. Giff Gaff and Sky mobile also use the 02 network. So switching providers might need a little bit of homework first.

@O2 not really happy with the service I got this morning. I asked to be put through to department that takes payments and for 25mins no one was able to do that! I still need to speak to someone on the phone not a machine please!

That’s it after years of being with @O2 I nolonger trust you &neither can my parents on @virginmedia nextdoormy dad 79 yesterday &myself need a working phone no signal, calls when there is a signal ( although) notstrong dropping Medical assistance needed earlier &again no signal
