@O2 has to be said, today I called 202 because of signal in Beeston. The operator Suzy was a fine example of how great customer service truly can be. Really turned it around for me and I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the call. #thisishowitsdone

@O2 hi, I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone on the my o2 app but it’s not working, I’ve tried three different devices and it won’t stop buffering. Is there an issue with the website/app at the moment?

@O2 I’m not a person that leaves a company etc that I’m with easily so it took A LOT for me to say enough is enough and leave o2. My contract with my new network is nearly up but I haven’t seen or heard anything from o2 to make me want to switch back and @EE has been good so far.

Over an hour on live chat with @O2 just to upgrade my phone. Imagine how long this would take if it was a real issue. Jeeeez. They've got 5mins or I'm off to @EE

@O2 I’ll just have to put up for it! If you had sent it off in the first place instead of making me sort it then I wouldn’t have it being put back on me now. O2 Just don’t want to take responsibility for it when turned out it was a problem with o2 in the first place

Hey guys @O2 I'm aware that Clark Telecom are working on the mast at NN1 4RR for the last two weeks during which my data speed has been intermittent. It's bad again today. Any ideas when the engineering work will finish coz it's driving me nuts. Regards, Kev 🤕
