    @O2 I have now had no phone signal or mobile data for over a week, rendering my phone useless if not on wifi. Even then I can’t receive calls. This is stressful when I’m moving home. When will the broken phone mast be fixed? Such poor customer service

    @O2 I’ve been paying for airtime on my Apple watch but it’s not been working for months, I’ve called 202 twice and been hung up mid-conversation as your customer service are useless and don’t know how to properly resolve issues. Can you advice how I can get this fixed?
