Meanwhile @O2 keeps chasing my wife for payments on a contract they confirmed on 3 separate occasions she'd cancelled because the SIM never came. Grrr. @WhichUK

Rachel (@krachel21) reported@O2 when in store I purchased a new contract and was told the the nhs discount would be added on with the next two months. Now when I’ve been told to I have to do it myself they told me I don’t qualify as it’s too late. Could someone help please ??

You have today debited my account for the cost of a phone I’ve not received, the day before I’m due to pay HMRCs VAT deferral. I need this to be rectified today!
