    @DavidMacG1972 @O2 @davehpayne They're disgraceful. I am 70 disabled and live alone and I have had no DATA service and can't make calls for 3 days now and their answer? Phone our Support team....

    @O2 Can you please tell me what is going on with your network? The signal has been dire in the last month or 6 weeks and it’s not just my area, LN5. You have a mast 1 mile from me. I can’t hold a conversation now unless on wi fi at home. My contract has expired but i wont renew with current situation. Ive been with you years because the signal has been very good, not now though.

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    @_Greazemoden @O2 Looool I moved from Three to O2 about 10 years ago. Recently the network has been on some joke ting. I thought O2 was the best outta all of dem. KMT

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me. My wrist hurts a lot. 💔 Just thinking about it makes me cry @O2 I hope you can read my email.

    How on earth can it take 4 hours to do a switch up request via chat support , and then they announce there's a 33.02 activation fee but refuse to provide any proof? @O2
