    Anyone having problems with @O2 . Can't check data allowance or add a bolt on more than 100gb. Partner has had a text saying out of data but we can't do anything

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come

    Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future

    @O2 I got the services back eventually with such an odd 1999 way of doing things for a company funnily enough that same day the "money was found" it's already a complaint now anyways
