@O2 got to be the worst customer service I have come across. Different advisors give different advice for the same problem do they really know what they are doing ?

  • GarryClarksonUK shirleybusiness (@GarryClarksonUK) reported

@O2 @virginmedia The Internet service provided by o2 since the merger is terrible, myself, friends and work colleagues are all having this issue. Really struggling to get Internet working fast enough or consistently enough to use, are there are any issues in the Nw uk, its getting ridiculous now

@O2 Seems like my AirPods which I bought brand-new from O2 where always faulty although that’s not 100% it’s most likely install saying they can’t do anything even though apple seems a bit unfair I wonder if anyone else has had this problem i feel cheated

  • BrownieLB_1 Lisa-Marie (@BrownieLB_1) reported from St. Ives, England

@O2 Thanks for getting back to me they knew my full name, and that I was the account holder that’s as far as they got before I put the phone down. I didn’t give any details at all. Can these people access my account? It is worrying

  • EmlynAD Emlyn Akoto-Dwemoh (@EmlynAD) reported from Esher, England

@O2 Same network. PAYG to SIMO. I was told on the phone yesterday that it would take 3-4 hours. Not happy. 😔

  • geeeeeezzzz Geeeeezzzzzz (@geeeeeezzzz) reported

@O2 I changed my Virgin media package to a Volt one but they’ve sent me a new Sim with a £25pm contract. I already have a pay monthly contract with you so don’t need another, how do I cancel this new one received today?

  • Patrick091001 Patrick Roberts (@Patrick091001) reported

@O2 I recently switched from EE to o2 but I’m having significant problems with 4g in my area - even though I checked prior to sign up and coverage was rated as excellent. Despite showing 4g on my phone, I can’t use the internet.

  • ajb1975 Angela Beardsmore (@ajb1975) reported

@O2 is there a way to exit a contract due to the signal being consistently bad? I’m paying good money but am unable to use my phone at home or at work. I’ve had to buy a payg sim with another network 😡

  • a1mikesmethurst Mike Smethurst (@a1mikesmethurst) reported

Hi @O2 I have noticed recently that the coverage in St Helens Town Centre is virtually non existent. I am with Tesco mobile using your network and a lot of my colleagues are saying the same. Can you look into it please?
