. @O2 support is ****. You just get taken round an endless loop of useless “help” pages and automated replies. The chat system is a bot, which, when you ask for a human, gives you a link back to the useless help pages. Is anyone there?

We’re on day 4 of having no network with @O2 so can’t make or receive calls, texts and can only use messenger when connected to Wi-Fi and to try and get help it wants to text me codes I can’t receive to log in to chat with a person aaaagh

@O2 have sent you a DM. Have been trying to get my account sorted out since 17th July. Have spent over 3 hours “talking”(mainly on hold!) with customer services. Please someone get back to me and actually help me out.
