    Hey @O2 – unbelievable Srvc. Requested eSIM via ur app last Thrsdy. Physical SIM dactvtd, eSIM never works. Chat sent me to phon support, phon sent me to store which says “eSIMs are problematic” and thn sent me away for lack of physical ID (in 2026!) @MartinSLewis

    @O2 it's that frequent you won't deal with issues, we've even got a scammer below in the comments attempting hijack the opportunity. This is horrendous customer service.

    @O2 Yes I confirm. I seriously hope o2 are able to solve this issue because it shouldn’t be made so difficult, jumping through hoops and a bunch of loading screens with portal errors, to do something as simple as making a payment; it’s incredibly anti-consumer.
