Can’t wait to switch away from @O2 can’t believe they have the ***** to raise my airtime plan by 7% when I CONSTANTLY have to reset my network setting on my phone to get a slight bit of signal? You lot can get in the bin

@TicketmasterUK and @TheO2 venue - probably the worst customer service I have ever received - shocking. Perhaps @O2 should stop being associated with it? Won't be using either again.

It’s time @Ofcom looked into this con job of Supercharge your world with Volt between @virginmedia and @O2 .The continuous loop of being bounced from one website to the next & non existent customer service. You click on O2 to be sent to Virgin only for Virgin to do the same thing

@O2 Thanks, yeah messaged you guys on the app, said that..as I thought, wait for my old signal to go, then reboot with the o2 sim...just confused with a text saying keep phone off all day until porting!
