    @O2 worst customer service ever! To anyone considering a phone contract please avoid!!! Misinformation, lies & completely unprofessional. Currently waiting for a call back from a manager but since I’ve been waiting for that since 5th October I’ll just go complain to the CISAS

    @O2 Hi, I've tried multiple times to speak to an actual person on your Access line about disabled seating for an upcoming concert and have spent hours waiting, with no one answering the call, no matter what day or time I call. Can you help, please? I don't want to email.
