Mr H (@silestanix) reported@O2 I've already submitted a formal complaint, I'll be asking for my PAC Code when I'm back in the UK next week. Enough is enough. I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.

Ive tried to cancel my contract multiple times to which im told im atill in a contract (this was signed by fraudster!). You have blocked my account. Ive tried to ring multiple times to no avail as I am abroad

They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
