    @O2 Of course. The number is +44 20 4552 1701 They say they’re calling from o2 and have all the information for me that was correct at the time when I was last your customer. It’s out of date now.

    @PenWorksMedia @O2 You know what is the problem don’t you? It’s cos that store don’t want to give out free coffee etc. or sounds like that’s the problem. Try complaining to Cafe Nero directly and see what they say
