    @Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

    @BenInRushcliffe I used o2 switch up the other month. The phone got lost in the post, they tried to charge me £900. Several phone calls and its still on going @O2 customer service is based abroad and it's terrible

    I love how @O2 brag on their adverts about their great service yet I spend my life waiting for my ‘4G’ to work because you can’t be bothered to provide decent service. What am I paying for??

    @o2businessuk @O2 are there intermittent issues with your data services today? I changed tariffs yesterday, taking a new contract and now today my data signal has been pretty much non existent for most of the day! Coincidence or not?

    @O2 I'm absolutely pissed off with O2 i can't log in to my app as its asking for virgin media login details which I don't have an account with 2 calls to customer services & just a waste of time

    Dear @O2 - your CS chat function is as hopeless as my 4/5G reception…And having your rep close it without resolving my issue is a tad suboptimal. Coverage for Leics/Northants is abysmal Even without a crystal ball, I can see @EE in my future
