@O2 why can't you speak to a human on your customer service line??? The IVR just keeps spitting me back out (unless I ask to leave!) Currently in a queue for retention just for them to put me in the Customer Service queue - sort it out!

@O2 my 71yo mum has received 27 letters since August threatening legal action and bailifs for a fraudulent account that used her address. She has called & emailed but they keep arriving. She's so distressed. This is harassment! @mtpennycook @BBCWatchdog Please help! #harrasment

@O2 not being funny but if I’m paying £80 for a contract I at least expect signal in and around my own house I can’t even get signal at work?!? Wth? I cannot load anything and have 1 bar if signal everywhere I go. What’s going on?!!

@O2 Over the course of 4 days?I’ve been in three different counties so I would like to think so. Although the area I moved to last year has had little to zero network coverage from O2 for over 11 years, according to the neighbours. And O2 have done absolutely nothing about that.
