    @O2 What a ***** up!! Order new phone and they try to deliver 100 mls away, spent 2 hours on phone and they attempt redelivery only for it to end up 100 mls away again at the same destinatio. This has taken a week to sort and still no new phone, hence to say I've now cancelled said new phone and now looking at new new phone provider, By the way this is not a knee jerk reaction, months of poor signal and network have been part of my decision to leave, the latest ***** up, being the straw that broke the camels back!

    How on earth can it take 4 hours to do a switch up request via chat support , and then they announce there's a 33.02 activation fee but refuse to provide any proof? @O2

    @O2 how do you allow all these touts and scammers to buy all the tickets to your shows at the o2 and let them re sell them for 5 times the value when there's children lose out. What a **** show

    3 Days no service, I am 70, disabled, and your still lying saying its a Mast problem when my phone says SIM NOT PROVISIONED. I cannot make an urgent call and your chat team say they can't help. @O2
