@O2 Im absolutely fed up with the coverage I'm receiving on my new s21+ countless times speaking to the online support and all they reply is try restarting the phone. Went into local o2 store and they changed sim and checked settings but still get extremely weak signal.

@O2 Yes, I've been with o2 for 17 years or so. I contacted Huawei (their customer service agents weren't unavailable) and they said it's a service provider issue as Vodafone allow WiFi calling on their p30 lite

Barbara in payment management at @O2 just hung up on me after I told her I was going to jump off a bridge. That’s really good customer service that is! I thought they have a duty of care towards vulnerable customers? Clearly not!

Typical @O2 call centre. Waiting for a while, phone hanged up without answering. For two calls made by a customer, they only answer one. Changing next month to a better supplier.

@virginmedia wow how bad is your ability to answer calls, all we want is the new mobile we are paying for, but no surprise we can’t actually speak to anyone, when I do I’ll cancel the contract.. @O2 @EE I’m looking for a deal please

@GarethTurpin @O2 Let’s hope o2’s customer service rubs off on Virgin media. I used to be with 02 and customer service was good. Virgins however is perhaps the worst I’ve had in any type of industry.

@O2 been with o2 for over 25 years , think it’s time to leave , terrible signal where I live , can get a deal elsewhere for less money and a year less !!
