    @O2 why is or App so bad I can’t raise a complaint I can’t cancel orders that were made by mistake because your app is completely rubbish. Also I was trying to raise a complaint but your agent end the chat why is this???

    @O2 @DarkSabers2013 Nearly 48 hours later and u still have not resolved the issue. Took you 36 just to respond it’s absolutely shocking and nothing to do with being busy. Respond to dm asap and get this sorted immediately

    Stay away from @O2 prevented me from using my phone and data for a week. Done **** all to fix it and two replies in a week. Time to report them

    Very upset with how @O2 treat customers who have been with them a long time. I have had an ongoing complaint since Aug 25. Can’t seem to get a call back or even a response from the social media team. Disappointed is an understatement.

    @O2 Yeh it works .had no reply though .sent the problem and nothing, zilch, not a responce what so ever.but wouldnt expect anything different these days

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 O2 are awful. Virgin was brilliant. I can’t log into my O2 account despite having changed my email address with them. I should have changed when my last contract ran out. Next time I will.

    @O2 hi @O2 I have been charged for to bills since December & after monthly phone calls to resolve my number I’ve had for over 20 years is unavailable! Calls never returned
