    @O2 Oh no this was different. Everytime I spoke he put me on mute. When I asked him to relay what I had said he couldn’t tell me. He was putting me on mute and not listening. Your entire service has been absolutely shocking since the merge with Virgin. Can’t even get signal

    @dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!

    @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    Is there anyway to submit a complaint to @O2 via email? Their online form doesn’t work and I don’t have hours to sit on the phone and go over something that I have already spend hours on the phone dealing with.

    @O2 Does anyone find O2’s Data absolutely atrocious these days? I’ve been with them 15 years. Just got a new phone and plan and it’s as bad as I’ve ever known it. Might as well not have data half the time when I’m out. Really bad
