    @O2 please help. I tried to change my tariff the other day cos I use way too much data and have to buy bolt a few times a month. Low and behold I run out again and was ready and willing to add more, but I can’t. It says to cancel my new tariff which I thought I did, but no joy.

    @O2 Hello! Yes the cashier tried about 5 times including entering the code manually. The drinks were on the offer (1 carling and 1 pino grigio). Another customer behind me used hers fine.

    Hi @O2 - been having signal problems with our local mast for months now. Getting a bit tedious of only having one bar of signal when my monthly contract payment isn’t exactly cheap!! #o2down

    @O2 Great that you are investing in 5G but I can hardly even get a phone signal never mind data indoors in a Glasgow suburb. O2 says signal fine but three households near me are all the same

    Hi @O2, I have been trying for months to cancel my contract as I have moved countries. Your support staff haven't responded, the number suggested is constantly busy. Help me cancel my contract! It's bad ethics to make it so hard #badcustomersupport
