    @O2 Hi O2 🥰 I’ve read the terms and conditions. I’m aware of some damage will be present. But that device doesn’t meet your like new terms. It doesnt even meet your grade B terms. It’s a shame really. Always used your like new devices. Gone to ID mobile now for a brand new at £19.99

    @O2 I’m trying to sort my Mums account as she has had a brain bleed and is not capable herself. Your password reset for the portal online isn’t working and tells me to speak to customer service but I can’t reach anyone on the phone as it just demands payment. Help!?

    @O2 not happy to find out today ive been paying damage insurance monthly on a phone since the contract taken out out but can't claim the repair to be done as it was done in December. How could I claim in 14 days when I didnt know I had the cover until now?

    It's absolutely criminal how @O2 are treating customers. Issue ongoing from February, having to wait 8 days for a complaint reviewer to respond to an email. Then to be informed that from a fault from their side they have put a mark on my credit file! PURE CRIMINALS! STAY CLEAR

    @O2 Yes, it’s on its way. No real beef with your network. Just a shame about the prices you charge and that your standards have slipped a little on the ‘like new’ devices. Might see you in 2 years time x

    @DavidHarperTV @O2 Doesn’t surprise me. Anyone in a customer service or sales role should have impeccable product knowledge in my view! I know my customers will always get that, it’s basic professional pride!!

    @O2 I spoke to them and they are putting in a complaint but they've said it is policy that you cant make claim over 14 days, so what is the point in paying on a policy for 2 yrs but can't claim cos I didn't know abt it within the timeframe

    @O2 Yes theyve put in a complaint but I'm not happy with the outcome and the fact that if I wanted to cancel I had to call bk, after trying to have online chat and 3 calls before I got to talk someone today. Plus being told the phone was a completely different colour
