    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

    @O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    YAY! It’s my 1-week anniversary for initiating an O2 to O2 sim swap (wanting to keep number) I still don’t have ANY service on either my current phone/number or the new phone/number. It’s getting ridiculous now @O2 🤬🤬

    @O2 I am trying to port my old number to a new O2 sim. I was told this would take 1 hour. It has instead taken 11 days!! I spoke to your customer support team 6 times and no one is able to speed this up. I have no signal on my new sim, which I am paying for. #leaveO2 #terrible
