@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 your 5G signal is absolutely shocking!!! And when it drops to 4G nothing at all loads. After 17 years with you, think I’m gonna jump ship!! I’m paying for absolute piss poor service!

@O2 Dominican Republic. The sim was in my phone for less than 24 hours before I moved to a Dominican SIM card. I have always had o2 travel applied, have never opted out and when I check in my o2 app, it’s showing as active there

@O2 Day 6 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

The support team from o2 have been so unhelpful with out issue and even not believing that we recieved a fake phone even after we produced the completely wrong IMEI number, stating that we recieved our iPhone from DPD even though it's completely fake. @O2
