    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    @Miniv20 @O2 How do you find out what other network coverage is like? I pay about £150 a month as it’s used so much for work...well, it’s not right now thanks to this “broken mast” 😭

    @O2 Hi, thanks for your reply, however as already stated I have tried! How do I find the APN for my device and iOS. I think this may be the issue and after following the videos etc. I still can’t find it! If you can help that would be great

    @O2 spoken to someone from your SA call centre who was very helpful but not looking forward to the call with bereavement team on Monday to sort the issue you've given us today! That's if they call me as he has requested
