@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

I’m done with @O2 . I live in a capital city (Cardiff) and I can’t even get a signal strong enough to talk on the phone. It says 4G/5G but it’s rubbish. Apparently ‘too many people are using it now’. Not good enough. #O2

Does anyone know why O2’s signal has gone so bad? I used to get a great signal but now all I get is mostly 3G. It’s horrendous! @O2 is this likely to be permanent as it’s been this way for months now.

@O2 Your IT team is terrible! They’ve clearly fiddled with your payment system & have no clue how to stabilise it again! I’ve been trying to pay my device plan off since TUESDAY, but all now, my payment can’t be taken because your system is down with no fix time/date in sight 😤
