@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@FullSen70316301 @O2 Write an email of complaint, saying you’ll take it further etc. they’re quick enough to take your money but never give back. Pisses me off that!! Then at least all their replies are in writing you have all the evidence then too.

@O2 I called again last month; as ever advised that this has been escalated and the fraud team would contact me. As yet no one from o2’s customer service or fraud team has been in contact.

@O2 you have disconnected my Friends phone for an error which is your fault. She can not male or receive calls. She can not even call u. Disgraceful service. Someone needs to sort this straight away ans get in contact with her immediately. Poor customer service

Phoned @O2 again, gave them details and times they advised me about my phone being sent and they’re saying it never happened, funny they record calls though? Vanessa (whatever her real indian name is) said it and they refuse to apologise..
