@O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

@O2 @KemiBadenoch @Residents4U Still little or no signal for our village near Saffron Walden since 17 July. Still no meaningful information on the issue which is affecting an entire area - except for trees which suddenly grew to become a problem on 16th July…

@O2 please help. I tried to change my tariff the other day cos I use way too much data and have to buy bolt a few times a month. Low and behold I run out again and was ready and willing to add more, but I can’t. It says to cancel my new tariff which I thought I did, but no joy.

@O2 Hi, I’ve just changed my sim over to you. I haven’t received the sim yet but I have to pay my first month’s payment today. Is this normal? I can’t use your network but yet I’m paying for it? I’m confused.

@O2 The only other network showing as available is Vodafone IT which selects but shows no service. Data on I TIM is working fine, but voice calls dialled using +44 or 0011-44 both produce the message that “calls to that country are not allowed”
