    @O2 just bought an iPad Pro with data allowance from O2, came with offers to choose from. However signing up requires a code to be received by text, this goes to the iPad which can’t receive texts! How can this be a sensible system? Is the only solution to put the SIM in a phone?

    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 how am I supposed to pay my bill when you’ve made it impossible to access my account? I’m not a virgin media customer and also, every time I click on the number that I need a verification code sent to, you send it to the other one instead! Sort it out!

    @O2 @bt_uk DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH @o2 mobile they are a dreadful company who will create a massive problem on your personal credit file for simply closing your account within the terms of the contract!! They are an evil company in my opinion

    @O2 So, no more myO2 app? Every time I want to see something I have to log in via the Internet, jump through hoops with security only to be confronted with one of the worst websites I've ever had the miss fortune to use! Nothing wrong with the old way!

    I would like to make an official complaint about @O2 they seem to think that I haven’t paid my bill yet? But I paid my bill on 11th July so I don’t understand why they would think my bill is overdue and want to stop me from using my phone and stop my direct debit? I so so angry 😡

    @O2 hi there can I ask you please to send a new SIM card (replacement)for this old one Tel 07599-555676 , I recieved a text message saying you will disconnecting the old G3 network- I be very grateful if you transfer the number plus the credit on this one to the new sim
