    @O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

    @O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

    @SamsungUK So if my phone doesn't arrive, because @o2 never told customers they had no stock, I can't claim my offer? I got that phone because of the offer and I expect one of your to honour it. This should not be made customer's fault.

    @O2 My phone has broke, 3rd o2 phone to do this. I know how it works, you send it for repairs claim water damage snd I pay. I know there’s no water damage but this has happened twice before. Rang to speak to someone about upgrading early, even though you are....

    @O2 By far the dearest company. Asked if I could be helped in paying the outstanding as I’ve always been an o2 customer (over 13 years) straight up no! So now im stuck, won’t be staying with you in future

    @O2 was sent a sim replacement about a week ago and it still has not arrived to my adress. I have another O2 SIM card that was meant for my mifi and I was wondering if I could use that as a swim swapI have activated the sim but it apparently can’t make any calls to customer servi

    @Kinstry @O2 Same pre ordered s21 ultra 512gb told problem with uk shipping due now 5th Feb but just had an email saying my ordered phone was out of stock the whole point of pre ordering is so they can order the stock in time for release date

    @DamonLeigh @O2 Get it taken up the line boss! Phone monkeys have no power to do anything decent for customers @O2 you should be whipped in the street for services this bad at an even worse time!
