@O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

@O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

@O2 I have no signals on my phone don’t know for how long and have missed a very important doctors appointment due to this. Complained about losing connectivity only today morning and now I have none. Absolutely pathetic service and it says O2 has switched off 4G on this phone 😡
