@O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

@O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

@O2 I have been a customer for god knows how long, I order an iPad for a present a week ago for next day delivery and it still hasn’t arrive and nobody can seem to explain to me where it is??? After waiting ages an agent just cut me off too!!!!

To all @O2 customer, be aware that o2 staff are calling customer and upgrading their account without their consent and ordering them new phones. The scammers are calling from 08080020202, this is o2’s customer sales number.

@O2 tried to talk to chat support to sort out my problem that upgrading to a new plan. It was actually a data plan without ability to make or receive calls. Not stated when upgrading, or explained. Now am stuck with a useless 3 year contract and you cant help. leaving o2 asap
