@O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

@O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

@VodafoneUK are saying no issues with site even though zero signal. Interestingly @O2 also use the same mast & they have confirmed that the site is down and is being worked on. I'm told to "wait 24 hours" I mean come on! Time to look at another network! @O2 any good SIMO deals?

first time in 10 years, I’m ashamed to use @O2 ! I’ve always had an outstanding service, Now their service is unusable! I raised concerns about lack of data connection, they investigate and say resolved…still no data! But Ee with the same phone give 80 meg connection!

@Thejourneyman01 It’s absolutely shite and @O2 will do nothing about it. It’s got to be the worst network out there. It’s not just the internet, calls constantly drop out.

@O2 I have been into store to change my sim to an esim and got a message saying the sim swap request was successful. I now have no signal. I then followed the information given with the QR code to be scanned,says I need a text get a security text but I have no signal now. Help!

Imagine being with a phone network and when travelling around, and manage to actually call someone, all you speak about is how **** your signal is... But have to tell them over 20 different calls as always loose signal. @O2 Invest in your network!

Hey @O2 - trying to get support, but my call quality is so awful I can’t call and every time I try the chat feature it just says you’re too busy to speak to me! Rubbish customer experience. Need to get you to enable WiFi calling on my account because you won’t fix the local mast!

@ispreview Christ I hope @o2 doesn’t switch of their 3G too quick as often it’s the only network that works as their 4G & 5G is often so congested it’s useless. Only thing that’s annoying is that @Apple removed the option to force the phone onto 3G with the 12 series and newer.
