    @O2 you have a data breach, maybe you should deal with it! My mother had a call from "O2" they knew all her info, name address, bank details,memorable information,everything! A phone has been ordered in her name. She called, but your systems were down. She is stressed and angry.

    @O2 your O2 Priority app isn’t finding location accurately at the moment. So cannot access local offers. It seems to randomly select a different location each time I open the app. Can you fix this please?

    @O2 What reduction will I see in my 2 mobile phone bills? No service at all since Monday? It's now Thursday, and you send me a text (we have had to turn on WiFi calling to be able to receive anything, and that is patchy) to advise 'you are working on it'!

    @O2 I’ve been cut off for the second time this week! I’ve now missed an important phone call and a delivery because I’ve been without service…. Again. After being told it definitely won’t be cut off before new sim pack arrives. And I can’t get through to an advisor!

    @O2 are you aware you have illegally taken money from my account and are now refusing to call me back? I've asked how to escalate a complaint and have been told it is by speaking to the manager only, who won't call back, so how do I do this? It needs to go to an ombudsman.

    @O2 I haven’t been able to get signal at all for 4days now. It says SOS whenever I’m not on wifi. I’ve been checking the network status and it says there is a mast broken near me. When will this be fixed?! I can’t contact anyone in case of an emergency!

    @O2 4 hours and still nothing, got no further, absolutely ridiculous now. How hard can it be to cancel an order? I'm £400 down, which is the deposit I paid. And I bet if I called, it would go around in circles as it has done for however long.

    @O2 Starting to regret leaving three to join o2 after 15 tears already been almost a week now first I was told they couldn't see no pac request on the system, tues 12th customer advisors does it again three line disconnected but o2 number still hasn't changed. Shambolic
