  @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

  @o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

  @O2 My wife is switching to you today, something hasn't worked, getting increasingly annoyed as, with the phone not working she can't contact you. Apparently was going to be a quick thing. This is not resulting in a pleasant evening for me.

  @O2 Your customer services are terrible and abject. I've been awaiting a promised call back now for over an hour, after you passed me from pillar to post to try and buy a new item. I've been with you for well over 20 years and I am very likely to cancel everything with you if you don't pull your finger out and do as you have said you were going to. Very unhappy with your service.
